When every other storage place in the city told me they didnt have space for our 10x20 worth of stuff, Storage King Fresno made it work. The owners called me immediately and we threaded a needle to get us the space we needed on virtually no notice. Place was clean, easy to access, and run by friendly, helpful folks. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Fresno area and will definitely use them again whenever we need storage in town.

The place is pretty good.. the workers arent bad they understand for the most part. Theres work going on around the place, so u have to take long way around right now but other than not a bad place.

The girl that was working there was great I believe her name was Stephanie she was also really cute and friendly very professional thanks again Storage King great customer service

Warning! Do not use Storage King! First off, the location in Lakeland is on the outskirts of town as far as you can get - on the edge of the Green Swamp. Second, theyre going to use the standard bait and switch on you. They will promise you one price and then theyll raise it as soon as you get your stuff moved in. Theyll tell you that thats what the market demands, but theyll offer no proof! Basically, theyll just raise your rates whenever they want more profit! This company is unethical and immoral. Avoid them at all cost and use their competitors! You have been warned.

We have had a unit here for 2 years and are very satisfied. The management is great!! We either make our monthly payments by calling in or online and have never had an issue. We are truck drivers and come into town every couple of months to check on our unit and have never encountered any problems with the safety of our personal belongings. We definitely would recommend renting a unit at Fig Garden Storage!!!

RENTER BEWARE - Storage King USAs Website mentions use of a free move in truck at this location, but it has suspiciously been out of service for months. When I asked if I could have the truck for a move out they offered to RENT me the truck which is allegedly inoperable. Seems like a bait and switch.

Great storage with option to store vehicle enclosed. Carl is very friendly and helped me ensure my car would fit in storage before renting. Awesome experience, highly recommended

Very clean and the managers are extremely friendly!!! They are really concerned about protecting your belongings here. Some may call it inconvinecing because you have to get out to let them know that your there to get into your storage unit, but at least they are keeping track of who comes and goes out of the storage units. And no one can basically rio you off. I have been with them for a month and downs sized my u it and they were so helpful and willing as wel. It was no problem to do so...I am super happy with this business and what they offer...
