Edit: after arriving at the final location, I found that they had loaded heavy items on top of an antique sofa, even tearing off part of the upholstery. They completed the work in less time than expected and double checked that the right things were being moved. Anthony, Brandon and Bryant were courteous and all wore masks when I asked.

We moved last week and Well Done Moving assisted with moving our furniture. The movers were professional and skilled as we had a lot of big pieces that needed to go through doorways. It relieved a lot of stress knowing that they could take stuff apart and put it back together at our new place. They were also very kind to my kids who wanted to watch and help along the way.

Anthony was great with communication. Austen, Manny, and Anthony were efficient and careful with all the furniture. They were organized and worked quickly. They were also easy to work with. I would highly recommend Well Done Moving to anyone.

They took good care of my items by wrapping them well. They move extremely slowly though. The company under quotes severely. I,ve used other moving companies locally before, and will absolutely not ever use this company again. I felt extremely overcharged. Movers acted like snails, until they got their six hours. Expect the high end of their quote and over. One of the movers did virtually nothing the whole time and was useless.

We hired Well Done Moving for the first time. Lindsey was a pleasure to work with start to finish. They were well prepared as they came with 2 trucks and 6 men. We had two labs that were moved that consisted of large, heavy hospital beds, equipment, etc. They were professional, polite and efficient. I will hire them again if I need to. It was a big move, but they were quick and efficient, even though they had to trundle everything down our very long, narrow driveway. The mover men were all excellent, careful and fast and the cost was so reasonable. Unlike other companies I checked, Well Done Moving cost calculation was simple, a flat hourly charge for the men with a large truck and no double hourly charge for the driving time. I would recommend this company for any move. I personally would not use anyone else.

Everyone was very aware and courteous regarding our animals (including one crazy cat who hides in the cupboards) with opening and closing doors until we could corral them.All the guys were quick moving but I never felt rushed. Everyone was attentive to requests for where to start in the home as well as asking about small, sensical items did you want to keep these out? for easily forgotten bits and bobs. Even so far as making sure we had grabbed toiletries and toothbrushes before they started in the bathroom.The value was INCREDIBLE and I would ABSOLUTELY use these folks again as well as recommend them to anyone in the service area.

I had a water line break which flooded my entire first floor. I got a fast response when I e-mailed looking for movers on a rush basis. The movers who came were very helpful and very friendly. They even brought me a dining room chair to sit on while I waited for them to unload all of my furniture into a storage unit. I was very happy with Well Done Moving.

Denzel & Brandon were on time, fast, efficient, and very polite! Our job was an old family storage unit, and they cleared it out in under an hour (it would have taken me and my 15 yr old hours!) I would recommend WDM to all my friends and family!

We used them to pack our Uhaul in Aug 2020. They damaged a cedar chest that belonged to my now deceased mother. (They lifted it by the lid instead of from the bottom) Lid is now sprung and one of the hinges is pulled from the base. I turned my claim/photos in to them. It was a minimal amount for them to pay since we chose not to take out the extra insurance. Lindsey’s last email to me was Feb 2021 when she asked for my address to send the check. We have never received a check nor have we heard from them even though I have emailed numerous times. The money is not the issue; it is the principle.We also experienced damage to the lock plate on one of our bedroom doors while the two movers were there. One of them had riped their shirt and when I asked what happened, he said it was on the door. He did not say that as a result the latch plate was bent on the door. We did not find it until after the movers were gone that there was damage to door.They also advised us on the size Uhaul to secure beforehand. When they arrived, we asked them again if the truck was sufficient in size. The lead advised it was. After loading half the truck, he said it was too small. Too late for us to secure a larger truck. We ultimately had to make 2 trips btwn CA and AZ.I would have given no stars but not an option. I would not recommend.

Well Done Movings Denzel, Bryant & Brandon went above & beyond my expectations for moving. I had huge job for them. Heavy, expensive furniture in a 2 story house. Plus, it was a distance move. These men were friendly, punctual, professional, & took great care in handling my things like their own. They made what I expected to be a stressful 2 days fun! Dont use these guys! They charge a minimum of 3 hours ($600) to do a fast and sloppy job so they can work in as many moves as they can.

My husband and I were moving into our newly remodeled purchased mobile home. Well done moving ink actually did two moves for us in one week. First they moved about half of our belongings from a storage unit into our new home, and a few days later they moved us out of our apartment into our new mobile home. They were on time, professional and most importantly move very swiftly. We have moved a lot over the years for my husband‘s career and I think this is the first time I can say nothing got broken or damaged. Well done moving is amazing I moved from fresno to LA yesterday.I called lindsey and she was so helpful from start to finish.moving is stressful and then to pick a company to move are your belongings. They had Carlos come look at my apartment in Fresno and from then Lindsay called me and told me a price and the price was in our price range. Two days before the move I got a call from another company that I didnt choose and they were trying to bad mouth well done moving. I got nervous because this is all your stuff and you hear all the horror stories. I talked to Lindsay and Carlos about my concerns and they both assured me that they would handle my stuff with care and they actually had a couple more people help load my stuff. Yesterday morning I got a text from Lindsay let me know the name of the crew that will be helping me. Shortly after that I got a text from one of the movers Anthony letting me know that they were on the way. I had a two bedroom apartment and they were able to load up my whole apartment in one hour. They did amazing they were fast and careful with my belongings. Austin and Anthony were the ones driving to LA and unloading our stuff in our new home. Anthony was amazing he was very sweet and working very hard with a smile on his face and made sure our packages were handled with care. I have MS so I was trying to unpack my car and I wasnt a lot of pain and Anthony offered after they were done with all the boxes to unload my car and that meant the world to me because I was an immense amount of pain in that just made my day. Austin was the one driving from Fresno to LA and helping unload and he did good too. I definitely recommend this company theyre amazing.IF you can ask for Anthony he was amazing hard-working.

My experience with Well Done Moving was not the best. Ive used other moving companies in the past and this was my worst experience with hiring movers. Would not recommend them.We had rented two Pods to help move all our boxes and furniture quickly; however, not everything fit. We hired Well Done Moving to help move big items and some remaining furniture from our old house. The two movers arrived late and were working slow to load their truck. They did not wear any face covering or gloves. One of them mentioned to the other that he was hungover from the night before. They required a lot of supervision and direction to stay on task and not be on their cell phones. One of the workers put a hole in my wall and told his supervisor that I asked him to move something extra (not true), which is why the accident happened. When I spoke Chris, his supervisor, he accused me of being dishonest and did not take ownership of the mistake. It was upsetting to me and showed poor customer service.Be careful with hiring this company. You dont know what kind of workers youll get and end up paying a lot for damaged property. Also, Lindsey and Calli are great in the office, but the agreed work order is NOT communicated to the rest of the team.

This review is long over due, this is from November 2020. My family worked with Well Done Moving and Lyndsey because the original moving and storage company we had became unreliable and unresponsive. Lyndsey and her team were great from the beginning. They moved a storage unit for us from Fresno to Roseville. My husband and I met the moving team in Roseville and the two men were outstanding. The two men, Brandon and Denzel, unloaded the truck quickly, were careful with our belongings and furniture, and were very nice and professional.The following review is from my mother who scheduled the pick up and move: Lyndsey was absolutely wonderful in making this move as easy as possible and coordinating with the storage and moving facility my belongings had been stored for years. She made every effort to make sure my valuables and personal items were well cared for in the move and transport to location 3 hours away. I live two states away and she knew I was very concerned about the move. She and her crew took photos and was in constant contact with me and my daughter and son-in-law prior, during, and after the move. She and her crew were absolutely fabulous. My daughter said the two young men who drove the truck and unloaded the items were top notch and extremely professional. Thank you Lyndsey for putting up with me! Well Done Moving was amazing! We had a very delayed escrow and we had to change our moving date four times at the last minute! Lindsey at Well Done Moving took it in stride, adjusting our move date to accommodate us. Any normal company could have charged us a deposit over and over, but they were understanding and flexible. On moving day the crew worked super hard, and we had a lot of stuff! I am so impressed with them, I will continue recommending them to friends and family!

Can not recommend WDM enough! They were so helpful, professional, and went above and beyond! Fernando, Anthony, James, Oddie, and Brandon were so patient and never made me feel like any request was an inconvenience. We had to move our moving day a couple times due to delays in our new home and Lindsey was so patient and always responded quickly. You won’t me disappointed!

Trying times these are, but Well Done Moving soothed the pain of moving house from Fresno to Long Beach during the time of corona virus —well done indeed!Lindsey was incredibly attentive and we loved that a second truck (back up if needed) was included from the beginning—WDM’s professional experience anticipated our own woefully under-estimated amount of stuff! (yes we needed both trucks) Carlos and the team picked up and delivered our goods quickly and with good humor—definitely appreciated. These folks are the best!

These guys were wonderful, and very professional. They put down packing blankets so the carpet wouldnt get damaged, were very calm even though things needed to be shuffled around a couple of different times. I am so thankful they did an amazing job.

We recently put our house on the Market and in order to do so for pictures, minimizing inside the house needed to take place. I packed up a garage full of stuff in a week. I had seen a WDM truck months ago and knew we would use them at some point. We haven’t moved yet, but today we utilized their services by having them move everything from our garage to a storage container in our RV Parking space. Denzel and Giovani came willing and able to move some heavy things my husband and I couldn’t! We look forward to using them again for the actual move! I love knowing that they are taking extra care of our belongings! #InHisGrip 🙌🏼💪🏼

Moved to area and needed help unloading uhaul. The office staff was able to easily work with my schedule which was lovely as was a quick decision to come here. The movers showed up on time and worked swiftly but carefully. They unloaded and set up my 3.5 bedroom house much faster than I thought possible. When I move again someday I will 100% use this company to do it!

Good crew .. they knew what they were doing and did it well.

They came in and got right to work in my 3 bedroom house move. They disassembled the bed frames and reassembled at the new house. Also Set up the fridge and washer dryer. They were fast and kept us abreast of the clock. We kept them a couple extra hours but the price was still Very Good!I would recommend to any friends!
