I saw a lot of negative reviews on this place online but noticed that a lot of the complaints were a result of customers not taking preventative measures in their car buying endeavors(carfax, multi-point inspections), setting payment arrangements without money in their accounts, or just irrelevant opinions on salesmen. These guys have been open long enough and my experience with them was absolutely supreme. People shouldnt post reviews when their issues are results of their own shortcomings in life.

I went in yesterday looking for a family car and was greeted with several SUVs. I was surprised that I qualified for a good loan with excellent rates. I heard some reviews on Yelp but I let the inventory talk for itself. Very cleans cars and Im glad not all cars are on 20s and 22s. I walked out with a test drive and credit check but still looking for an awesome ride thats just right.

I know buying a used car is a risk and a month after I got my civic it needed an oil pan. I called 365 and they hooked me up with a good mechanic. Obviously they werent responsible but Jay, the salesman, went above and beyond for me.

I had a really great experience!! Tommy was super helpful! I loved it and felt very welcomed.

I wouldnt recommend anyone get a car here cause if u do its gonna comes with some issues with the car once u buy one the car would run fine for a month or two my fiance already had problems he had to get oil change at it was really bad the dealer shop would put used dirty old on top of dirty old and now the brakes are bad. just dont do its not worth it

Went to this sorry car lot looking for a car and after 3 hours of going back and forth with them and test driving cars that are over priced by as much as $3000 bucks they tell us we cant help you. We have a 620 credit score but they want more money. Dont waist your time with this sorry place. i would give them no stars but you cant post.

This person has no respect for our Veterans! Plus the law is that the dealer is responsible for making sure the registered owner takes inventory of any personal items in the car and give that person 60 days to pick up his personal property

They sold me a car that was in a accident before and spending money to repair it now . They say they help you but at the end they want more money..they even got my address wrong so they wont send me my registration and I told them and they said I had to go to the D.M.V and fix it my self. And the car didnt even come with plates.

Liers and manipulator..I went here Oct 2017..Edwin pretented to be my friend and made promises to me on the car I was getting ..after I got it he gave me the run around and unfilled promises..they took the down payment out of my bank account when I told them not too..and caused my bank to be over drawn I. Confronted edwin and the owner about it and told them Im a single father of 4 kids I have bills to pay..they laughed in my face told me to go work over time at my job or borrow money to pay my bills..watch out for edwin..he has skeleton tattoo on his hand..he also told me the owner of the store is a drunk, smells like alcohole and forgetful and a races..we the people deserve better, we work hard for our money....

Its a waste of time. They sell you a crappy car that isnt properly inspected nor have the issues fixxed with the cars. And try to put the blame on you when tell them about all the issues with the car. The owner t takes no responsibility for his actions. And trys to brush everything off. Since i bought my car i have gone back and fourth with issues. Continuesly call and they forward calls and dont get back to you at all. All the sales reps are incompetent. WORST PLACE EVER!!! A SCAN ARTISTS WITHIN NOT HEART. NOR REALIZING PEOPLES ATE BUYING CARS FOR THERE FAMILIES!!!

I would not recommend 365 autos. Almost bought a 2013 chevy Malibu but glad I walked away. When I first looked at the car I asked for a carfax and Edwin said it will be in the paperwork when we sign the papers which I thought was odd and should of walked away then. When we got to the paperwork I asked for the carfax but was provided with a experian report that wasnt detailed at all. It showed the car was involved in an accident 5 months ago but had no details so I asked Edwin to find out some more info on it and an actual carfax but they could not provide anything else on it which is a huge red flag. I would stay far away from this place.

I got a car from this place in june and the first week i got it i started have to spend money on repairs.... transmission issues, it needed oil change right away, the battery was no good, had to buy new tires, had all kinds of breaks issues its just eating away at my bank account. I wish i would have just waited and went to other places for a car. While the person who aold me the car did everything he could to get me approved... he lied and said it was a great car, it had been serviced and it will run for a long time before needing repairs which i found out was a lie the same week i got the car. Ive made so many calls to this place and no one really cares about screwing me over they dont call you back they dont fix any issues its just a scam ... total rip off especially for what im paying for the car... go elsewhere or just wait ...

I my fiance and my 16 year old granddaughter was left in the cold do to this dealership. We had asked the fiance manager to make sure we could get finan ed before we left with car he assured us both that it was already financed before we left with the. Car we gave him the $1000 down cash and a 1000 dollar check to be cashed within two weeks which they did 3 moths later on thanksgiving eve on our way to my parents for dinner we had called 365 auto and they stated dontbworry about the payment until they call for it to make along story short they took the car back we live in mariposa 1 hour 20 minutes away I missed a family gathering that I will never get back and then dropped us off in Oakhurst 17.5 miles from my home me my finance and my 16 year old granddaughter at 6 pm snowing we have just moved here we have no friends I ended up hitchhiking home or pay star taxi 80 to get home. In my experience I dont trust a car lot anymore also taught me that values are not honnered a smile and handshake is not worth anything

My daughter got a car from there. Check engine light turned on within a week. Took it back and they wouldnt fix it. The problem ended up costing us $1200 to fix. This is a scam dealership. It shouldnt even be allowed to remain open.
