The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Pedro is the best & this is the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership! I saw a car deal online for the car that I was interested in leasing. Pedro helped me every step of the way over the phone, and was honest and transparent. Im not sure if the labor/service costs are the lowest in town, but the overall customer service and quality of work is outstanding at Lithia. I was given excellent assistance even though I had no appointment (which Ive always had in the past for services). I was going to go out of town that coming weekend, and I had a few concerns I needed to have checked. They took care of everything-- and I was given a ride to work, and was picked up to return to get my car the next day. Truly exceptional!

Suggestion of possible appointments with the financial officer would be useful so you can step out and get a bite to eat instead of sitting in the showroom waiting for hours. Made it a very long day, bad headache and not so excited with our new purchase as we drove it home. That took away from our positive experience. This place was awesome! This was my first time buying a car on my own, and thankfully all sales reps I dealt with were great, but Maria Segura at Hyundai went above and beyond! This dealership offered a great experience when purchasing my first vehicle. I found an awesome deal post on edmunds.com that brought me to this location. I was lucky enough to buy right away as many others were in line behind me. Francisco was the name of the salesman that took care of me and made sure that I was in fact getting the best deal possible. Crystal, Eli and Maria also helped with coordinating with me. The vehicle they sold me was detailed washed very well, received new tires, oil and gas. The vehicle had no problem driving across country immediately after purchase. I bought my first car from here 3 years ago and had the best service. I just went back this Sunday to get another car and Francisco was the person that was supposed to help me. I was looking for a specific car and Francisco told me it was still being detailed and he told me not to buy it until I saw it. He told me that I would be the first person to see it once it was done. I called back on Tuesday to check the status of the car and he told me again it was in detailing and he would contact me once it was ready. I called today(Thursday) to check again because I had told him I needed a car by Saturday. I spoke to a woman named Maria who said the car was there but in detailing and we could come in to start the paperwork and they would have the car ready in 24-48 hours. I went in and waited nearly an hour for them to find the car and pull it up only to have them bring me a different car entirely. When I told them that was not the car I was here to see they told me that the car I wanted was at the Lithia Nissan next door. They walked me over there only to have them tell me it was sold in Wednesday. Horrible service! They lied to me and Wouldn’t take ownership in their mistakes. I would have been inclined to buy the other car had they not lied directly to my face! They absolutely lost a loyal customer today. They obviously don’t care if you come back or not because I haven’t even received a single apology since I left there at 2pm today. Good riddance!

I sold my vehicle to Hyundai. They did not send my vehicle payoff in time, because there was paperwork on their side was filled out incorrectly and had to be resubmitted to the DMV. It took me days of calling to finally get ahold of a manager willing to help me. They supposedly fixed the issue and sent in the extra couple days of fees because they were at fault for the delay- but they didn’t send enough. Now my vehicle still has an owed amount. The amount is small, less than 100 dollars, but that’s not the point. The whole process ended up being a mess and I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Their paperwork issue caused delay, and they were supposed to fix it and didn’t.

Super helpful and professional!We were helped by Gianni!We took our Tucson in to ask about the brakes and tires, as well as a secondary issue with the drivers side seat heater.They gave us the millimeters of tread on both, didn’t try to sell us on anything, just gave us the facts and their professional opinion. They were also able to check to see if our car was under warranty and get us set up with an appointment to have the seat heater fixed.Fantastic! Would recommend!

The engine was on a recall list.it was stuck in park when this happened. After new en gine was put in it hasnever stopped getting stuck in park.this happens occasionally. It has been back to hyundai 3 different times. The managerof lithia of frezno promised to take care of it, which of course has never happened. When this happens i have to turn car off, and star again to get it out of park.i swriously am very disappointed in lithia of Fresno

After bring this to Lithia attention they gave my file to a different salesman. Pedro told me he got me approved with a lender even gave me the terms for down payment and monthly payment. Once I got down there and drove and feel more in love with the car started paper work and then he was called in the back and came back and told me I wasnt approved anymore. Been in tears and feel like they are wrong in the way they do buisness.

Got my first oil change here the other day and the staff were very friendly and polite, especially Jeff who was the man who took care of us that day. Overall, everything went very smoothly and it was a very positive experience. Great service!

I went in asking for just a quote, I dealt with Maria, I never said I was going to purchase, I just wanted the out the door price. Maria took my information, then she asked for my social, I did ask her why did she need my social if I only wanted a quote. Maria said, If you want to buy the vehicle cash, I will need your social. I again, told Maria that I only wanted a quote, she continued to write information on the computer, she then handed me a paper with my information on it, and asked me to sign it, she didnt explain to me what I needed to sign, I asked her, why do I need to sign, she mentioned that, that is part of what they do, I read the document in which again, there was no statement on there as far as what exactly I was supposed to sign. I then told her, I dont understand why I need to sign if I only want the price. She then proceeded saying, thats fine, you dont have to sign, then stands up leaves the office. Come back with a price, she would not allow me to take the quote with me, just take a picture. I felt very uncomfortable with her asking for my social and a signature with no explanation. I received a text from Lithia the following day asking me about my experience with Maria, I told them exactly what I am writing here. I later received a text saying, the paper she asked to sign is called a commitment between the buyer and the dealership meaning you will buy today, as soon as I read that, it really made me feel like Maria was trying to trick me in to committing to buy from them even though I only asked for a quote. You can ask for a quote at any dealer and YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR SOCIAL OR SIGN ANYTHING. Please be careful with people like Maria, I hate dishonesty and trying to be tricked in to doing something different from what I am asking. I hope this helps anyone that goes to Lithia Hyndai, I dont know if this is a protocol, but DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you get the full price and know exactly what you are being charged.
