Literally the absolute WORST dealer in town!!!!!! I went to purchase a 2006 Lexus IS 350 from them. Upon test driving it the car DEFINITELY needed some work done. I informed them of the issues that I knew were wrong with it and they “PROMISED” to fix those things before purchasing. Well we told them we had to think about it and left. The salesman then calls me OVER and OVER again for about a week when we finally decide to go buy the car. At this point the issues STILL have not been fixed so it was in our contract that they would fix the problems. Extremely long story short after having to go back and forth with them several times and them having my car for weeks at a time for the entire two months that I owned it. The car still wasn’t fixed correctly and all the dash lights were on. Extremely frustrated we go to take the car back YET again when the car loses traction (due to the traction light being on) was involved in an accident which caused the car to be totaled. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere like I should have!

I wouldnt buy here ever again. I bought a 2011 ford flex was told it was in great condition, I didnt have to worry about anything about this car, put more than i wanted down on it and then 2 months later it wont turn on. Called Steve to see if he could help me out, tells me he would help with the parts and I pay labor, next day he doesnt answer any of my calls

I havent bought a car from a dealership in about 15 years, I had my eyes set on an avalanche they had. I just changed jobs and it would have been a problem for anyone to finance me. They worked with me to pay cash and drive away with the title, at 8k I paid just what it was worth according to kbb, i couldnt even find one private party for this price.... this is my forever vehicle and wont be getting another one but the wifey is looking and if we dont go private party, Steve clark is the only other option...

Got my sons car from here and went back to get my daughter a 2016 suv,great customer service. I told them what we could afford down and monthly and they got it for us even getting the payments lower. They let you get the car not like Paul blanco where you go in and they tell you what car you can get they dont let you pick, Steve Clark lets you choose a car and gets you into what car you want.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Never again would I buy a car from this place. They literally test drove my car all the way to Reedley and back from Fresno. Who in the hell does this? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They got very upset with me because I wasnt there at the time I said I would be to drop off my car for repair. Very unprofessional for getting upset because he had to get there 30 minutes prior to opening but unfortunately I was running late. So he took it out on my by driving me home unprofessionally. Jumping in front of incoming traffic twice to hurry up and get me because of his anger issues.

Purchased a 2004 For F-150. Broke driving off the lot. The said they would fix it, all they did was have their Dad work on it. And it kept breaking, come to find out he is NOT a licensed mechanic. Ended up needing a transmission about a month or so later. Steve Clarks Auto Sales refused to accept responsibility for selling me a broken truck. Beware of them and Steve Guzman. They will take your hard earned money and laugh in your face.....

Day I bought the car the AC wasnt blowing cold and was told to bring it by the next day they would charge it up. Come to find out the AC compressor is out and they wouldnt fix it. Then the throttle body went bad and not much longer the transmission went out. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD RUNNING CAR!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a truck on eBay from Steve Clark. The truck was on eBay, Craigslist, and Commercial Truck Trader. I had previously called on the truck and the sales rep. said that the truck ran perfect with NO problems. The salesmen said the truck doesnt even smoke. The truck was a diesel. I asked why he mentioned the smoke thing. He said because everyone asks if it smokes. All ads quoted a perfect running vehicle. I called an hour before the end of the bid and the truck was still available and still running great. I bid on the truck at the last minute and I was the sole bidder. I live 2 hrs. away, so I called to set up the purchase contract and pay for the truck. The owner finally calls me back and says that he can not sell the truck because, all of a sudden THE TRUCK IS SMOKING!!!! I asked him to get the truck diagnosed and he refused. I told him that I was willing to take the truck as is, if he had the truck diagnosed. However, Steve Clark, biggest fraud dealer ever, refused to diagonse or sell the truck to me. SCAMMER!!!!!!
