Poor service, they dont care about your time. They will only attend selective customers. Service department is worst. They never attend your calls or reply. They kept my vehicle for three week and didnt do anything on it. Never gave me any update. When they said that it will be done in two days. I have to take my vehicle to other dealership for service after three weeks of wast of my time here. Take your business to somewhere else. Zero stars....

Im a long time Volvo customer from years ago when they were downtown. When they moved from the downtown area the dealers that took over were awful. I sold my car. Now that they are back in downtown Fresno again, I am now back with Volvo. The staff at Haron is great, the building/facility is amazing, and everything is new and awesome. Its like the new crown jewel of downtown Fresno!! The Volvo product has come a long way, the car is gorgeous and the quality of the cars now are second to none. My wife and I have that feeling again of being safe, and knowing we have a car that will never quit. I got my 250,000 mile badge on my old 240. I cant wait for the day I get to put it on my new Volvo!! Really happy that the folks at Haron will be there a long time to help me get there!!! (They also make a great cup of coffee too!!) :)

Haron Volvo is at the Same or Greater expectation than Haron Land Rover, I will always buy my Vehicles from this Amazing Family . Their Customer service is amazing, I never feel like a customer, I feel like family! From the past 25 years Ive bought my vehicles from them. When you see their TOP of the line Service Center and Show Room, it makes you feel that they know how do get things done. Its worth the drive, While you wait the Refreshment Center is nice..TOO I recommend HARON VOLVO!

So happy that Haron Motors picked up the Volvo line. Customers are in for a treat. Not only is their new showroom beautiful, it is so easy to schedule service, they send you a text reminder & email of the service form so you can check the items you requested be completed during service. I love that they are being very cautious right now during COVID-19 and delivered my car to me with a white glove service. I was nervous about dropping it off for maintenance during these times but they have everything dialed in. Gorgeous vehicles and dealership. Every time I have purchased a Haron Motors brand, I have always had follow up and help if there was anything additional I needed. A+.

I would not recommend you get your Volvo services here. It seems that this dealer is primarily focused on jaguar and land rover. They had poor knowledge of Volvo car service packages and I had to wait a long time for them to look mine up (he told me he ended up just looking it up on google).It was also very difficult to get a call through to the service department, I was sent to voicemail several times and was unable to get updates on when my car would be ready for pick up.

I had great expirance buying my new Volvo from Haron, easy go, hassel free process, I purchased my first car from Haron 20 years ago, and I am still a happy customer.
