I went to a couple places looking for a car. I didn’t have any luck. Then we went to AUTOPLEX. I looked at 2 cars and the second one was mine. I liked the fact that they listened to me about what I was looking for in a vehicle. They are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and refer my friends to them.

My experience with Fresno Autoplex was beyond great! I was pre-approved for a car loan through CapitalOne. The next day after I was approved I get a call from Johnathan Alvarado who was very friendly. He also made me feel like I was more than just another sale. Found this vehicle on AutoTrader so I called to see if available and it was. I drove 40+ miles to go see it, when I got there the salesman said it was the owners vehicle and I needed an appointment to view it and in order to do that I had to get pre qualified.This is B.S. ! When I drive a vehicle off the lot it looses value and this guy is driving it around and still charging brand spanking new pricing.Second I dont finance my vehicles I purchase cash on the spot! I shouldnt need a pre approval to look at a vehicle!!

I have been shopping around at different dealerships for a car. at other places i had to deal with rude and often times very pushy salesmen. We have walked off of car lots due to the terrible customer service.The employees at Fresno Autoplex were very welcoming, honest and willing to work with people. I was nervous about making my first vehicle purchase but Danny made me feel at ease. He showed me several cars within my price range and explained the factory warranty remaining on them. I was interested in a car and was allowed to test drive it on both freeway and city roads to get a good feel of the performance and see if it was a car i would be happy with for the future to come. Danny was amazingly helpful and patient. He took the time to answer any questions i had and explained the various forms and papers i was signing before i even signed. All in all i would HIGHLY recommend Fresno Autoplex to anyone who is car shopping!

I definitely recommend this place, I went in with low expectations considering my credit score, but never did I expect to get approved for a 2018 Toyota Camry. I bought a used car here,Within 6 months head gasket went bad,Along with a few other issues.I had to replace tires right away,When I called manager that sold it to me.He said well you know you did have itFor six months. ! Not our problem.I never seen where my down paymentCame off my loan, high payments.I sajest buy something at Honda North,Or buick a real dealership. This car wasA 2017 should not have had a head gasket problem so quick.

So far my experience with this place has been awful!! I worked with Jonathan/Raul/and Carlos.. Still waiting on a call back from General manager who knows if he’ll ever call.. anyways just bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and 1 1/2 week in and car giving me issues i’ve taken it back twice in the last 2 week and had a rental for a couple of days.. I have my car back but we shall see if issues are fixed. I had to have them replace brakes/battery/alternator but they state they check the cars monthly (highly doubt) I recommend you really test these cars out before buying. I paid money down and did my part. let’s hope this place does the same. The communication they have is somewhat poor. I just hope i didn’t waste my money on a bad car.

Quick speedy service and so quick on getting approved and taking the down payment, when it came to getting our car the kept giving us the run around, once we got the car it started giving us issues we took it back multiple times to get told that the car was fine and it was just us over exaggerating. Got fed up and just asked for my money wasn’t till then that they were willing to fix the car. I should’ve listened to my friend when she said that they are known for screwing people over never again!
