Went to Lazy boy and 5 months wait for a recliner. On the off chance we stopped by Recline & Design to see what they might have and met Mr. Amen Belman. What a wonderful man. Not only did he show us his selection, he sold us the most amazing recliner! Made in America and we took it home the same day! Cannot recommend this store and Mr. Amen strong enough!

7 months after ordering a single recliner, I cannot get my calls returned nor can I get a better answer than I dont know you might get it soon maybe. I have been told countless times that they will call me back or that I should hear back from them within the week only to find out they must not know how to dial the phone and to be told the same thing when I finally call them. Its a shame they think so little of their customers that my questions were answered with laughing. I will NEVER deal with them again nor would I recommend them to my least favorite person.I finally do not have to call them ever again!! After posting my review I received a call with a delivery date. Funny how my chair went from incomplete with the manufacturer to ready to deliver in a day after 7 months. Guess they werent willing to give me any updates until I gave them a bad review, which Im not changing, I still would NOT recommend them to anyone.Per the reply:.I do not hold the supply issue against you, I hold the utter lack of communication against you which you failed to address in your response. I never expected miracles, but did expect a call back when told that is what to expect, maybe more effort should be spent in that area.

Recline and Design has great products and excellent customer service.. the products are everything they claim to be .. dont bother wasting time or $$ at another furniture store!

T.J. at Recline and Design, ask for him. Located conveniently right next to Gander Outdoors off of rt3 Fredericksburg. I wish I found this place when I was looking for a NEW couch last year. It was refreshing to see a furniture store not cluttered with home decor and ways to trap you in like dealership lots. It’s as simple as if you know what you are looking for, or if you don’t, there’s no pressure, the way it should be. But if you need help, T.J., he educates with the heart of a teacher, to find out what you want. He’s not here to move inventory, sell you something you don’t want, he is here to completely satisfy with every dollar you spend on quality product.I’ve heard so many shoppers say, “I never buy at the first place I look”, I’ve always wondered why you would go look at some place that you wouldn’t buy from.Don’t waste your time going anywhere else first, if you value your time, and quality relaxation, like I do, you will shop at only Recline and Design just like me, and you will only ask for T.J..

I had a very pleasant experience while at Recline and Design. My husband and myself were looking for reclining furniture and we were met by a gentleman that made us feel at home. We let him know what we were interested in and he worked with us throughout the selection process to find something that met our needs. Our experience at his establishment was one we will be back to visit when we need to purchase more furniture. He was very educated with the products he sells. We are enjoying what we purchased from Recline and Design and would recommend it to anyone interested in a similar experience as ours.

Tj was more than helpful when we ordered a couch. But 5 weeks later when trying to find out status for delivery. Cant be bothered with returning call. To let us know when our furniture will be delivered. If we would have known how poor customer service was would have went elsewhere. But unfortunately we put a deposit on couch so we are stuck dealing with them.

Great sales experience. The love seat arrived with a non-functioning USB port; once made aware of the problem it was quickly repaired. Thanks TJ!

After some delivery confusion everything was made right. Very happy and satisfied with our recliner.

I had a problem with the owner but after he had time to recollect the conversation, he called me and apologized and is trying to make things right. In business and everyday life you need to admit when you are wrong and it always goes a long way. He has done this which shows you he is trying to promote the best business and appreciates his customers.

TJ (store owner) is amazing. We got the best couches and everything we were looking for. His prices were incredible compared to the other bog box stores we went to in the area. His customer service is beyond. I could not find furniture like he had in his store at any other store. Who knew that recliner couches could actually look modern and not bulky. LOVE IT

We are happy we went somewhere local! Unfortunately, our couch tore and the footrest was crooked. The company no longer carried the fabric so TJ was able to get our couch replaced with something new. We were concerned that our set we bought together wouldnt match so he refunded the chair even though there was nothing wrong with it and we ordered the matching one to our new couch! Not a great set of circumstances but he got it worked out so we would be happy!! And that is why you shop local!!

I am so excited about this place, the whole experience has been fantastic! I spoke with TJ, who explained the furniture in great detail. I am confident that Im buying a superb product because TJ explained every part of it to us in a clear and concise manner. I went to Ashley, Bassett and La-Z-Boy first. None of them had a recliner that would fit me. For some reason, the backs of all the recliners were so short that my head was hanging off the back when I reclined. (Im only 62 and 220 lbs, so, barely bigger than average.) Plus, the cost didnt seem consistent with the quality. At my wifes request, we made our final stop at Recline and Design before giving up and going home.The owner of Recline and Design, TJ, was great. I very bluntly told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, and he walked me right to the recliner Ive had in my living room for the last year. The price was fair, (almost half of the other stores), and with a good warranty. TJ helped my wife pick from hundreds of different fabrics, and I left happy. Delivery was free and without any issues. Now I can reline with my head resting comfortably against the back of my chair without having to build a multi-pillow head support system every time I lean back. Nice.Recently, I had a small issue with the chair. I dialed the number and braced myself for the inevitable argument I was expecting to have. Nope! TJ was cool, apologized for the trouble and scheduled a free repair visit where hell come to my house and fix it himself. You dont see that kind of customer service anymore! So, I had to write a review.Go see TJ. Hes a good dude.
