This was my first time investing in a really good mattress. I had previously only bought those “bed in a box” memory foam mattresses and while my younger self had no problem sleeping on them, I really started to feel like my sleep was suffering as I got older. Awesome. I sort of knew the two brands I was going for. I tried both out with the Rep, Danny. I ended up going with a Nectar. I’m a side sleeper and looked at a bunch of reviews online first. I knew I needed to actually go in and personally try the bed. Do not rely on someone else’s YouTube video to determine if a bed is right for you- go and try the bed at a store.It made a big, big difference. One of the bed options I thought would be good inflamed the shoulder when I layed on it- I’m a side sleeper. But the reviews said it was great. Well, those reviewers are not me. Go in and try the beds out before you buy. Talk to a REP. Save yourself time, money, and a headache. Great REP, convenient location, good price, efficient and effective process and delivery. Took less than an hour. And, they have a good return policy for a worst case scenario. Mattress comes on Monday.

Very disappointed with the customer service. If you want to return anything they make it next to impossible. Salesman was friendly but very pushy. We are now stuck with a bed we don’t like and cannot return, unless we pay an arm and a leg. I will never go back there. They were also very expensive for the quality of their items.

My fiancé and I were looking for a new mattress, and had no intentions of buying one when we walked into the store. Tim is who helped us and he was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. We told him our budget and showed us options within our price point. He never tried to oversell, or push a sale on us which was really nice. Definitely a relaxing and exciting experience. We will definitely use mattress firm for future purchases.

Robert was very helpful, and provided me with what I sought. He even helped me move the items to my vehicle. However the process took longer than I expected. Unlike a normal transaction that would be simple as exchange of money for a good, it took about 15 mins or so to complete the transaction that included some paper work. They definitely need some new computer tech to speed up the transactions.

I must say that I received the best customer service from Mattress Firm salesman Timothy Marshall. I was unable to come to the store but my sister did and was transacting the sale over phone with me. He explained the differences in the mattress choices and recommended what was needed for each mattress. I ended up buying two. Within 45 minutes he had set up so I could pay for mattress online. Great customer service.

I stopped in to browse their Purple mattress selection, but wasn’t intending to buy through the store. My salesperson, Lori was very attentive and we got along well due to our shared experiences in the Navy.I ended up purchasing the same items I would have purchased online, but got sale discounts from Lori that made my final decision an easy one.Lori also went out of her way to help me out with an old adjustable bed frame that had stopped working. The original seller was no help even though the frame is still under warranty. Lori got me the contact information for the manufacturer and the company that covers the warranty. I contacted the Southpoint Fredericksburg Va. shop to help me solve an on-line ordering problem. I cant tell you how pleased I was at the willingness to help.
