Waited till 10 mins after it was supposed to be open and then left. No one showed up. 😩

Decent selection of mid-range watches. They also offer battery replacement. A smaller kiosk shop so the selection isnt great, but they have frequent discounts and promotions.

I went here to get the battery on my new Movado watch changed. Mind you I changed the time on this watch literally 30 minutes before I came here. I realized the battery needed to be changed since the hand didnt move so I took it here. The lady BROKE MY WATCH. After she replaced the battery all of a sudden the time wont change on my watch. She said they movement isnt connected to the stem anymore which is a major issue ! Its guna cost me over $300 to fix this. Im extremely upset and dissatisfied. Why would the watch be mechanically broken when I changed the time right before I came there. Dont go here !!!! They are reckless and will break your watch.

Good selection of Invicta Watches however the prices are way over priced from the official Invicta store. Charging $99 for their pro diver quartz watches which are $49 and under on the official Invicta online store and they dont price match to the retailer. Automatic pro diver watches they charge $150+ which are normally $99. Aside from that I was looking for a Swiss made Invicta for my collections and the model I was sold was told it was swiss however it was not and had japan movt quartz. Still a very clean and nice watch so decided to keep it anyway but wish I hadnt been lied to just to make a sale when I was looking to purchase a watch regardless.

The customer service was amazing! Sama was a such a great help she replaced my boyfriends watch band and it looks good as new!

Super bad costumer service.. went in 3 weeks ago for a battery replacement and they left my cap still open so water got in my watch and it doesn’t work anymore, went back to tell them and they said they could send it to get fixed. Now 2 weeks later they call me saying the watch is fixed which it wasn’t, my Casio doesn’t work anymore and I didn’t even get a refund and the lady working didn’t even want to explain or talk to me, she gave me the watch and went to talk to another person.

I stopped in for a battery replacement and the attendant cracked the face of my watch. I was told that it would be sent to their repair center and the approx. time to complete would be 3-4 weeks. After 2 weeks i called for an update. The watch could not be repaired and was sent to the manufacturer. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks of waiting I called again for another update. The attendant gave me a number to what I was told to be a repair shop but turned out to be another store. I left a msg for the manager. Gina the manager returned my call the next day with an attitude and derogatory tone. She talked over me, she raised her voice and she hung up on me. I had spoken with Gina a few weeks prior and she was the one who had told me the watch would be sent to the manufacturer. All I was asking for was an update on my $200 watch that her attendant broke. Their handling of this situation is completely unacceptable and the customer service is horrible. I asked her for her managers number and she refused to give it to me. She said she would leave a msg and she offered me $60 for my watch. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I am at fashion time in Spotsylvania mall right now and it is 10:28 and the place isnt open. They are supposed to be open at 10:00 am. Very poor service, obviously.

The only place to go for watches and batteries!
