Havent been to the store since before covid-19. Selection in the store used to be much better. Selection in this store seems less than the stores also in the Richmond area where I shop.. longer lines today also but then I guess it is the season for spending!

Cant wait to visit again all the way from Baltimore MD..see yall soon.

At this time the store is in shambles due to they are moving. Still have good deals and the associates are helpful.

Love shopping at Big Lots. Their prices are better off than Walmarts. They have everything, furniture, linen, towels, and a wide assortment of groceries.

Hadnt been in the store and over a year-and-a-half and it was in much better shape than the last time I saw it. The merchandise was of decent quality and I found the things I needed with no trouble Tri shopping there sometime its a nice little store and the prices are reasonable

Just did window shopping, trying to figure out prices for certain items Ive been thinking about as was recently researching for, such as mattresses Top Pad. Which I plan to replace my old one soon. You guys had the one Ive been looking for and at a reasonable price.

I went in for Christmas decorations but they had none not even Christmas lights. I did pick up on a few gifts at a decent price. I have to go elsewhere to try to find decorations

Very nice store. Very clean. The only things I didnt like about this store is out of stocks. Especially in the can food section and the cashiers are not nice.

Scarcely empty since they are relocating store hardly any items to buy or even look over at all.

So many things to buy. People are friendly and helpful. There are gift sets there that no other places have. Like vintage sets. Pretty neat.

Cleanest & most organized Big lots Ive ever been in.

This is where you go when you cant find that weird thing you want. Also these awesome people now have a discount for people in the medical field.

This one is so big compared to the one here in Indiana, Pa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would shop here all the time if I lived in the area. We only stop here while on vacation.

I always find great deals! They are always stocking with new items and the home decor department was pretty impressive! Found some super cute kitchen things the other day, Im going to try to stop in more often.

Big Lots has improved its store layout and appearance significantly over the past year. The store is organized and attractive. Staff is helpful and friendly. Its come a long way since moving to the area in 2005. Go Big Lots! The restroom could use improvement. An accident happened because there is only one stall and my child had to go.

They have 2 liter diet Pepsi on ad for $.88. I went there 2 times this week, and they have NONE in the store, and they DO NOT give rainchecks! If they cannot keep the product on hand, to support their ad price, and not give rain checks when they dont have it, then I will NOT give them my business, especially since it takes me 20 minutes to get to rheir crummy store!!!

The staff here were nicer and friendlier than at any other Big Lots (or ANY) store that Ive been to. I was asked if I needed any help by more than 1 employee. The store was in good order, shelves well stocked, and the store was clean & well organized.

Switching over to fall decorations. Went looking for curtsins. They have them. Just not color I needed. I was surprised. Store is clean staff busy. They have about anything your looking for including mattresses and furniture. They got every dept. covered. Parking lot, carriages restrooms. Also canned and boxed foods.

The lady who rung us up name started with Q. She was so nice and professional. She was wonderful.

Much more pricier than they used to be a few years ago but they do have a lot of very modern household items that I have not seen anywhere else but Walmart still crushes Big Lots prices definitely.

You can find some good deals in this store, but sometimes you can find name brand products cheaper else where such as walmart or target.(reminds me of Roses)
