Horrible customer service. Seem like all the employees does not want to work. Never come back again.

Michael, general manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. I popped in the store on my way through town looking for a trailer wiring harness to be installed on my SUV. He went out of his way to make time for the install and even gave our three kids pop-sicles while we waited.

Fantastic customer service from Michael helping me get set up to tow a UHaul trailer. Things seem to get rushed on Saturdays, but they move through it as quickly and courteously as possible.

I didnt get a uhaul or get a storage but the associate Michael Neff saved my life. My car stopped on the side of the road and let me used the phone. He was very nice with the entire process and very patient. If the associate is like this even when Im not a customer I cant imagine how great he is towards his customers. If I need a uhaul I know who Im going to

I rented a trailer, my lights/plug were not working, they fricken fixed it for FREE. The manager Mike Neff is one awesome dude, and really puts the customer and service first. I will go here as long as he continues to work there, lol, even though it is out of my way and usually 14 miles northwest of my home. The parking lot is kind of cramped, but thats kind of a good thing because they are probably going to have what you need for your rental. The inside of store was clean and organized. They are following pandemic protocols for everyones health and safety so bring a mask and maintain your distance please =).

Michael was awesome! He was very professional, personable, and all around helpful on moving day. I originally reserved with Budget Trucks but their customer service was iffy at best, they called to tell me the truck I reserved 4 days away was too far out of a reservation and they werent sure if a truck would be available. I reserved with Uhaul instead and am so glad I did. I wish I received this type of customer service everywhere I went.

Michael and his crew were absolutely amazing, they were able to be flexible and very helpful when it came to any questions or concerns I had. I very much appreciated their help in such a stressful time.

Michael was very nice, honest about what I needed vs didn’t need, and helped me carry everything to my car. I will definitely go here again. I also really like the policy about if you don’t end up using things, you can return them for a full refund with a receipt. This is a great place to get packing materials for a reasonable price!

Michael and his team were beyond helpful this morning! He made sure we knew about everything in the contract, had all the materials we need and our truck was running well. This is our first long distance move and he helped it start on the right foot!

That guy I think his name is Mike is friend, fast and through. You can tell he has been doing it a long time and cares about getting things right. The closet one open to me on a Sunday. Great price online, didnt have trailer gave larger one at same price. Awesome service!

Came in for a trailer and the owner was at the front door to greet me. He processed the paperwork quickly and had a really bright personality. I also purchased a trailer hitch lock and he installed it for me because he knew it could be tricky the first time around, he was correct. He hooked up my trailer and I was on my way in under 20 minutes. Upon my return that same night he was there and unhooked my trailer and I was off in under 10 minutes. This will defiantly be the place I go to in the future.

Manager was super helpful n explain everything to me

My wife & I just had the best experience at this Uhaul store. The manager, Michael, went above & beyond what he needed to. The website showed us the wrong business hours for the store, so we showed up just after closing. Mike opened up the doors & still allowed us to pick up our reserved trailer. There was a problem with the wiring for the trailer hookup on my Jeep & Mike did everything he could to get it fixed. He spent an hour (after store close) getting everything working for us. He was so incredibly friendly about all of it & even apologized to us for how long it was taking. My wife & I felt so bad that he had to stay behind to help us & he reassured us that it was no problem. We were both impressed by kindness, humor, & willingness to help & get the job done right. Thank you!

Jeff at this location is top notch. Exactly the type of person any organization should consider an asset. He worked me through about 5 different truck/travel options and even ran the numbers for me as we went based on the mileage needs I provided. I will go out of my way to do business with this company in the future. Thank you for being an asset to your orginization Jeff!

Terrible terrible terrible. Reserved a truck at 9am and went to pickup at 11am. Waited in line for over an hour. 1 guy working at counter. No help. When i got to the front they told me they didnt have the truck. They tried to send me to another location. I asked for a free truck and they told me no

Nice people. Extremely slow. No need for a check out to take almost 30 minutes.Edit: And they double charged us. We had a card on file but we opted to pay in cash rather than with the card. Assured us we could pay with cash and that they wouldnt charge the card. They charged the card.

I very rarely write bad reviews but I had a pretty bad experience with Michael and his attitude. I would not recommend at all if you have a choice.

Jason was extremely helpful this morning. We appreciated him laughing at my husbands cheesy jokes and I appreciated him anticipating what we needed (adapter, 5th boxes, etc.)

I picked up a U-Haul in North dollars and paid for it then I dropped it off the next morning and the smug little man says that we scratched it when clearly there was an x on or near the scratches put there by U-Haul to let other U-Haul retailers know that it was scratched well we just left I didn’t wanna get into an argument with this little man, and then he charges me again for the rental, so I called my bank and got my money back I wouldn’t deal with this Little man, and the reason I referred to him as little man is because he was a very short man. Very rude disrespectful person, I will never go there again, may even look into other Hauling options,

This location is great, clean, informative and has plenty of accessories. Uhaul truck leaked much like the last 3. Always check and be prepared.
