It’s one of the best storage facility I have ever rented. Due to COVID I have to relocate. So rented a climate controlled unit in Armored self storage. Staff and ownership are so friendly and attentive and even prices are very reasonable. I 100% confident to recommend Armored self storage for people to store value items with peace of mind.

These people were seen on youtube selling units that they staged to be better then they were. Using home depot boxes, wrapping up furniture, putting boxes in boxes. The gentleman’s youtube channel is lunkersTV. The owner replied saying an employee was fired in a previous comment but i doubt it was a single person effort. Shame on the entire establishment for allowing something like that OR letting it slide underneath them

We had a situation regarding a damaged lock we couldnt get resolved on a management level. The Owner stepped in and made things right and really got us out of a bind. -1 star for the initial inconvenience, but knowing the business owner stands by their company and quickly and professionally resolves issues that was no real fault of the business or client is A- ok in my book.

Affordable prices, clean really spacious storage rooms, plus a free rental moving truck available when you move in if need! Saved us tons of money by choosing this place. Haven’t had any issues so far, the receptionist at the front desk ( I think her name is amber) she is great! Very friendly and helpful in explaining everything to us. Glad we picked this place to store our furniture while we move into our new house !

The manager is very knowledgeable and knew just what I needed based on what I shared. I liked that the manager lives on the premises. They have cameras that keep an eye on all the storage units. We have our belongings here while we are waiting for our house to be built, and things are always quiet and safe. I periodically check on our stuff and the property is always clean and well maintained. Everyone I see is friendly, and I’ve never had an issue with the gate or door. They are doing storage the right way at this location, and I’ll continue to utilize their and recommend them to people who may be looking.

I recommend Armored Self Storage to anyone in the area. I had a great experience with Natalie. She was extremely helpful and assisted with my move in to her best ability. I even got to use their moving truck for the day free of charge. I reserved a 5 X 5 unit that is enclosed and easily accessible. I reserved it online the night before and received a call from Natalie the following morning. I got to Armored Self Storage around 9:30am and completed all paperwork. I was in and out before 10am with the truck. The total for the unit that I have with no additional fees from Dec 27 - January 31 was 93$. That includes: 5x5 unit, new key and lock, gate code, and insurance for my items. If I decided to continue storage for another month and so on it will be 63$ monthly. Thanks Armored Self Storage!

She went out of her way to show us a unit that would fit our needs and was patient as we discussed our options. The manager informed me that she was doing a walk of the property and realized that I had left my lock in the open position and immediately called to let me know. The units are what they are: units. The place is clean and well kept. The lady who runs the place (Natalie ) lives there - so shes easy to find and she does a great job! She returns calls and emails in a timely manner and she is very helpful. The prices of the rooms are competitive and.... they let you use their u-haul style truck for free.

Crooks should have put you on blast with the news... fake units dont buy them.

I would highly recommend this facility! It is clean, well maintained, and the units are in good shape. The manager lives on site and is extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and showed us our unit. When the free truck rental was not available on the date we needed, she called the other location and reserved us that truck. I cannot express how happy we are with this storage facility.

5 STARS!!! The best service you can expect. Steve was super awesome. I was planning to use the free truck for loading but it was not available till 4:30 pm. I initially felt its just sales gimmick but Steve promptly called me at 3 pm and said the truck is back and you can take it now if you like. Wow that was customer service. Nice place. very friendly staff. Unit is clean and easily accessible. Gate works like charm. I would definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues as well.

I am very happy with my experience with Armored Storage on Western Center so far. They do not allow 24 hour access which is a plus in my opinion--makes the property more secure. They also have security cameras. They let us use their moving truck for free for storing with them. We were able to pull the moving truck straight up to our unit and unload in a short amount of time. They also provided us with a free lock for our unit which was awesome. The manager also lives on site and did a wonderful job at making us feel welcome and getting us leased quickly. They also provide insurance if you dont have it through a different company. Leasing with this property was as easy and quick as picking up a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk from the grocery store.

Very friendly and professional company. Never had an issue. They even provide a moving truck when moving your items into a locker unit; awesome. If the time came where we needed a storage unit, we would rent from them again!

Ive continued use armored self storage for business and personal use for the past couple of years because of the incredible service and price that I received. Natalie the leasing manager has gone above and beyond to help me personally as I am moving out of state and found myself with the 26-foot truck without a place to park it while I loaded it over multiple days. Natalie graciously contacted another customer who had a spot empty for the period of time that I would need it, she knew he wouldnt not be using it and received permission for me to be able to use it. Exception of service does not in there because I must mention Eric another employee of armored Self Storage always offering to assist, truly needed and appreciated more than once. If my personal experience means anything I hope you give armored self-storage a chance and have the same experience I did.

Great Customer Service-front office people were extremely accommodating and friendly; Reasonable prices. Really appreciated the month to month rentals and they threw in a lock for no charge. No hidden fees or gotchas. Great experience-will certainly use again for next storage need.

Nice, they gave us small wood packs to keep any rodents out of ur storage unit. They are always friendly and helpful. Cedar is the wood sachet they gave us and it appears to work.

They let you use a moving truck for free (just replace the gas) and they have carts also. The staff is super helpful and they give a BNSF discount. The place is clean and I havent seen any critters. Highly recommend

Armored Self Storage is a great place to store your stuff. The main reason we use them is because of Natalie! She always has a smile on her face, and bends over backwards for her customers. Shes awesome!

Have rented my unit for almost 2 years, had two units for a while even. Unit is temperature controlled, has cameras. Never seen any bugs or rodents. Never had anyone break into my unit. If they did, they would be disappointed(mostly my kids memories and rock collection. No worries with this location, and the workers are always good to speak to. Thanks so much.

Be warned the price increases periodically. Air conditioner is hit or miss which we paid for . Summer time sucked especially that was when we needed it the most. Paying all that money cannot use dumpster, I understand if it’s big things but little trash really???? Employees only ! So expect to pay good at this place after special pricing is over be warned you will be paying good money !!!!!

I rented unit #66. I moved out on the 4th of the month. They made me pay the monthly rent of $55. Why should I have to pay a full months rent when I am moving out? I dont think that this is right and right now if someone was to ask me about this company I would tell them not to rent there. Plus I live on a fixed income and I cant afford to be throwing money away. Or, at least they could have prorated the rent since I was moving.

I love the time they take to personally take care if you. Very friendly, understanding and just down right hospitable. I would highly recommend!
