Compass representative Mr Rodriguez was polite, explained and went through Compass guidelines thoroughly. Walked me through facility and made sure I knew how to get in and out of the facility. Would definitely refer my friends and family to Compass.

Its OK as far as convenience and cleanliness but the major downside is they will increase your bill periodically. We got a storage last year paying 198 a month for a 20x30. After 2 bill increases and a third one coming next month our bill is now going to be 325 a month.

Arie Humphrey helped get my mom and I set up with a storage unit and was extremely helpful and patient. The units are also reasonable priced! I would recommend!!

The office staff is always nice and polite, the grounds and units are always clean,well lit I feel safe when ever I have to go to my storage. The only storage I choose when needed.

The staff and management here are incredibly helpful and responsive. They have a truck to rent on site and boxes. Each times I have dealt with them, they have exceeded my expectations! Lowest price in town and great deals.

So at move in they promised one month free, I’m still waiting would move but they know folk will not pick up and move that large of a storage, it’s been almost a year I found another place... here we come U-Haul2/4/21 UPDATE: could not respond except to update, my question is how did you try and rectify this? Just credit my account one month problem solved, this is not brain surgery. I pay almost $200.00 a month.

Great place to do business with. The manager there is a veteran which I absolutely love. More companies should support hiring veterans. Every time I have to go in for anything at the office he always greets you with a smile and takes care of any concern I have at the time.

A little bit more expensive but very clean. Security gate is always comforting. Plenty of space to back trailers into units. I have a 2 place jet ski trailer that I have no problem backing right into my stall. Larger units have lights in them as soon as you open the door

Had a unit here for several months, and they raised the price without any sort of notice by $30-35 bucks. It went from $63ish to about $95. Their late fees are also ridiculous. Total, if you’re late, will be about $117plus. They raised it not long ago, and during a pandemic. They’re absolutely pathetic.

This place is the perfect storage facility in South Fort Worth. It’s conveniently located in a safe area of town. The staff is polite and helpful. The facility is well kept with no riff raff in sight. I felt like the rent was a bargain, especially with the quality of the facility. I recommend this place to all.

Nice place very protective people if you are not to be there they will make sure you are not there the stuff that I had stored there was safe and protected for sure LOL

Climate control storage facility.

The storage unit was very secure and it allows easy access all the way up until 9 p.m. the units were clean and have lighting.The overall layout was bad for driving a truck in and was very difficult to turn around. Be careful if you are inexperienced to may get stuck. There is no sign of shade whatsoever and all these units get hot. It is also very inconveniently butted up against a residential housing unit.
