Rented a truck and Dolly today the lady working was super nice friendly and very helpful with making sure i had everything I needed!

This storage facility is great. It’s really clean and it’s monitored 24hrs. They sprayed regularly for bugs. Guys there are friendly and professional. They are also a UHaul dealer. I give it 5 stars!! Had a great experience.

New storage facility with locked rooms, both climate controlled and regular, sized from 8 x 10 to 12 x 30 feet. They also have RV storage spaces both outside and fully enclosed locked, with electrical plugins.

This storage facilty is impressive, wide open spaces to maneuver all my stuff in (I have alot)! Cool fence that raises straight up, available at all times, and knowing Im supporting a local texas business has to be the best of all. Great job guys!

Very clean and well-maintained

I had what I thought was a great experience with this location until I went to move my stuff out & found MANY mouse droppings in my stuff as well as chewed up dog bones that were brand new wrapped in plastic when I put them in the storage unit. I called them to just give them a heads up & was treated rudely. I called the manager told him, hey I moved my stuff out the other day and wanted to give you a heads up I found evidence of mice having been in my stuff. He replied, well we have boxes on the outside of the building and there are no signs of mice! I told him I am not sure about that, but I know I didnt bring mice with me not were the bones chewed up or mouse droppings in my clothes when I put them in there. Then I was told, well we have no evidence so sorry that happened to you *click*So moral of the story their facility isnt had but their manager has an attitude probably and terrible st managing. I wasnt even rude or being demanding or compensation or anything, I could have saved $153/month to store the items in my brothers garage if I would have known this is what I would find in my things when I removed them from the fscility!
