We did a relocation from NJ, to TX and the crew was really careful with all our stuff. From the packing to the moving everything went smoothly.The crew was always on time so no need to be waiting for them hours.Totally recommend it.

I would not recommend this company. They took apart a working refrigerator and when they moved and put doors back on it it does not work. Right and giving us grief about fixing it. They did not properly wrap our pool table not to mention scratched a beautiful desk top although the guys where nice. I would not recommend this company The woman my wife spoke to about the fridge was disrespectful and blamed it on a name brand fridge which they claim no one works on Samsung which my wife found online in 10 minutes Very disappointed

The people here were very pleasant and professional.I had an appointment at 12 but they were able to work me in earlier.The lot is small and hated so there is no over night parking or much room to maneuver.They loaded me pretty fast about 45 minutes so I took advantage of the sidewalk that runs along outside of the fence to get my steps in on a really nice morning.They have a nice break room catered for the workers but useable to truckers making deliveries or pick ups.

Suddath moved me from a second story townhome to my new home in the Frisco area. Henry did a fabulous job and was incredibly respectful the entire time. His crew was gentle with my belongings and made sure to protect my brand new home every step of the way. I greatly appreciated them waiting for me to decide where I wanted everything placed. So much patience! It saved me from having to move furniture again like Ive had to do in the past with other companies. I would definitely recommend Suddath to family and friends. Thanks again!

Relocated an small office 4,900 sq ft and it was the worst experience that I ever had in 15 years and 6 office moves. They lack professionalism, honest, and end up leaving my furniture behind and I had to pay another company to come move my furniture. List of items that went wrong with my move #1. Defamation: Employee, Mike Torres, said unkind words to a vendor that I had decided to move my cubicles and the other vendor decided to not do business with me because they did not want any trouble with Suddath. (Suddath moved my cubicles for $1200 discount for this mishap) #2. Movers showed up late and and had poor attitudes. #3. Movers dropped my entire executive desk and damaged (I did not obtain any payment #4. Move bent metal frame on a commercial door (I did not obtain any payment for damages). #5. Hung a picture frame and dropped the entire picture and the glass busted (I did receive $1,000 payment for my broke frame). #6 They left some of old furniture in my office space and did not come back to pick it up and I was suppose to be out of my space by Sunday (no refund for the mishap). I had to call another moving company to come finish my move. Overall I would not recommend Suddath. Do not deal with Mike Torres as a sales person. He is integrity issues and will do what ever it takes to get your business. My move cost $12,000 and I had a lot of dings on the walls, doors, and several pieces of furniture was beat up badly. They were not worth the headache.

I’m thinking twice about writing this review since I’m still here waiting to be loaded it been 4.5 hours since I check in, before my appointment time. And is not the wait that upsets me but to hear from another driver that got here 2 hours after me and got his 3 truck loaded about 1 ago that he paid the guy in the office money to get loaded faster, that mean that if you don’t slide money under the table or buy they guy in the warehouse food you’ll be here all day. Management should pay attention to that because that’s not right!!!!

The team at Suddath are the most professional, most thorough and most accurate movers. Moving is always controlled chaos and occasionally like a cakewalk. Suddath gets you closer to cakewalk than the other guys so we keep using them!

I cant begin to describe how happy we were using Suddath for our moves. It was a very stressful time, but they made it so easy and pleasant. Starting with Leo Klisch. Super nice, genuine guy who helped us get a thorough quote and then get set up for our moves. Mandi Jewell, so very helpful and nice, coordinated our moving days and handled our billing. And finally Osman Rodriquez who, along with his crew, did an amazing job with our things. He was so friendly, knowledgable, professional, prompt...I cant say enough about him. His crew included (but not limited to) Big D, Pasqual, Rudy and Devon who were also very professional. Moving is hard and stressful for everyone, but the team at Suddath can help make it so much easier. We had a bad experience in the past with a mover out of Georgia, and it made me hesitant to use Suddath. I am SO glad that we did. We will use them for any future moves and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Suddath has moved me 4 times. Each time the crews have made move as easy as possible. The last 2 moves have been in the heat of the summer. I never heard one complaint out of any of the guys. I am planning another move in the near future I will definitely be contacting my friends at Suddath.

It was because of Leo Klischs pleasant personality that I chose Suddath Relocation. Leo gave me tips on packing and was very helpful. My move went very smooth. Amanda Jewell always answered any questions I had and kept me up to date on the process of the move. Henry and his helper were very careful with my items and packing them in the truck went well. I was moving from Texas to Arizona and I thought it would take about one week before delivery of my items. I was surprised when I received a call from the truck driver that was delivering my items, that he would be here within 2 days. That driver that delivered my items was so nice as was his helper. I regret I do not remember their names. Excellent performance by all. I would recommend anyone use this company.

For the Dallas area, it was great!!If your late, your going to wait!!!I was 2 hours early and got called into a door within a 1/2 hour .. and was out, total time less than an hour, others that were late, were still waiting.Place was busy.. they let you use the indoor watercloset.. so dont screw it up for the rest of us that are already house broke..!!!!

We were more than impressed with Suddaths work. We had the Denison Forum office library moved 8 floors with 45+ bookshelves and books. The library move was both smooth and efficient. Devin and Lawrence were the 2 in charge of our move. I was so grateful that they were able to work around our schedule. They even came out last minute on Tuesday night for 2 hours to move office furniture. Then were here bright and early the next day and ran their team so well.

Please stay away from this company. My husband and I recently relocated to the Dallas area from Oklahoma City in January. Our things have been stored in their warehouse for three months. Upon delivery there were several household items missing, complete boxes of things. Over 1000$ in curtains, drapes and curtain hardware, over 250$ in missing floral arrangements and our washing machine which we have had only two years was broken beyond repair and had to immediately be replaced. Our 5000$ bedroom set had chunks of wood knocked out of it. Not small dings, huge noticeable chunks that cannot be camouflaged. When we realized we had items missing we did email the agent responsible for our move at Suddath and he said there was in fact a box of ours left at their warehouse and he would schedule it to be delivered. When we received the box, I noticed that it had obviously been opened after it was packed because the top of the large box was reinforced with another box on top with tape connecting the boxes together to make it larger. When I opened the box labeled garage there was one panel of 6 curtains I was missing, all my hardware and my throw pillows for my couch had been stuffed down there and two were even in a deep fryer. Obviously the box had been combined with another missing box we had. All other items were just gone. We contacted them again and basically just got a sorry. Its apparent that these boxes were set aside so someone could go through them and get what they wanted. This place has been a nightmare and we are in the process of filing a claim. Just sucks to have to replace items that you already bought and paid for. Stay away and find a professional company to move you.

Already knowing them to be a reputable mover, with 100 years of experience under their belts, I was still pleasantly surprised at their courteous disposition, work ethic, and unique skillset.Polite and Professional:Though my own morning began quite a bit earlier than the scheduled move, it was still nice to hear from the crew leader, as he was leaving his facility, letting me know I had approximately 30 to 45 minutes to get my life together, and be ready to move (dont act like you havent been there). Of course, he didnt say it that way - all day it was maam, please and thank you - be still my southern, beating heart.Men at Work:The team jumped straight in, completing a walkthrough of my home, and protecting my surfaces, to prevent damage to the apartment. Not only was it a nice touch, but this little attention to detail more than made up for their tip (hello, security deposit!). Then, while I stood there in awe (and maybe experiencing a twinge of jealousy at how effortless they made it all look), they broke down one home, and put everything together in the next, working tirelessly, both independently, and as a seamless unit (when it came to some of the heavy lifting).Moving Isnt Rocket Science:Why all the fanfare and praise? You pick it up. You put it down. Right?These gentlemen did so much more. It wasnt just their pretty muscles, that they brought to my move, but technique, training, and good old-fashioned experience. Great consideration was paid to protecting my dwelling, as well as the items I hadnt thought of packing/wrapping as thoroughly as they did/would, and their quiet way of going about doing things the right way was a salve to my fried, ragged nerves. This level of caution and preservation was clearly cultivated by men who took pride in what they did, and an organization that expected nothing less.In summary, Suddath was the way to go. Moving isnt an easy process especially when youve been in the same house for over 26 years. Leo Klisch and Suddath Relocation made it as easy as it could possibly be. Leo gave us a very detailed not to exceed estimate and set us up with the best crew possible led by Mike Alexander. On the day of the move they showed up early and worked non-stop until we were out of the old house and completely moved into our new house. Moving is stressful but I couldnt have been happier with our experience with Suddath and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Hired them to do a commercial move. Very poor management of project. They bring in personnel that are not allowed to help with the move. Communication on the processes non-existent. No clear definition of responsibilities with in their team.Go ahead and hire Bob and his truck to do your move.

My move is from Jacksonville, NC to FT. Worth, TX. Started off pretty well for my first move. The company that Suddath contracted out for the packing and pickup were nice people but that’s where it ended. My families belongings were packed up June 14th and picked up and put into storage on the 18th of June. My delivery date was July 2nd. Didn’t even get a phone call or email saying it was going to be late. Fast forward to the July 14th. I get a call from the driver saying he can only get about 40% of my belongings. We called suddath and begged them not to separate our belongings. They did not care. Their managers don’t even have the decently to speak to you directly and rely on that poor receptionist to take the blunt of it. Needless to say I had some of my things delivered on the 16th but it was mostly useless stuff like 1 box spring for my king mattress, Tupperware lids without the actual Tupperware and a piece of my sectional couch if that gives you an idea. I call EVERY SINGLE DAY for an update and I don’t get through to anyone in the Govt services division then I leave a detailed message every time with my contact information. I have not received a SINGLE call back or an email about when and how the rest of my belongings will arrive. They are taking advantage of the situation because they get paid either way. I don’t believe anyone that works there realizes what it is they do to families when they don’t deliver. Most don’t have the funds or backstop to just spend money in hopes of being reimbursed. Thankfully the Govt does require them to attempt to reimburse you. If you’re just a civilian they have no obligation what so ever. Just an FYI. Today’s date is the 19th of July and no word as of yet.Regardless of what they say about driver shortages and a saturated market, if you can’t deliver then you shouldn’t have accepted the contract to do so. But since you know Uncle Sam pays either way, making the families wait doesn’t matter. I’m doing a DITY move next time around.

Worst moving company ever!!!! They broke stuff and packed things together that should not have been together! We were very upset finding the things we found while unpacking. They ruined photos and birth certificates because of how poor of a job they did. Very disappointed in this company and there employees.

Bring a lot of food and enjoy your day here checking on time and took 3 hours plus truck all over the place to park!
