We always have great service at this Life Storage. The staff are friendly and the grounds are always clean. Dave was very helpful as we weren’t quite sure what size unit would be best for our needs. He answered my questions about climate controlled units vs. non and explained why we would need one vs the other. I appreciate people like Dave who explain the difference instead of just trying to automatically push us towards something we don’t need. We will forever be customers of Life Storage. Worth Life Storage Self Storage on N, Beach St. the excellent customer service received from Andrew yesterday starting with holding one of the last two storage units for me until the next business day. The office, facility and units are extremely clean, but most importantly the staff is amazing. Specifically, Dennis the facility manager. He was very professional making me feel like a valued new customer despite current changes and temporary adjustments to the workplace due to COVID-19. He has such a passion for helping others which was made evident while he explained the rental agreement in laymans terms. Dennis is truly an asset to the Life Storage Brand.

He has a very warm with a kind personality! The units are clean on the inside and the entire place is very secure! I had a wonderful experience with Kathleen with the whole process. I was especially impressed and thankful that they provided a moving truck at no charge for the move. The prices for the units are very reasonable and Kathleen personally keeps the facility very clean - I saw her sweeping up outside. Thanks Kathleen for helping a terrible day (moving) go much smoother.

From Moving in to checking out Kathleen Reynolds (Store Manager) made this a seemless experience. She was always helpful, friendly, and upbeat. She helped me check out ensuring I didnt incur any additional costs. Please give this woman a raise. The indoor unit was very clean. During the several months I rented, I didnt find any critters and the facility was kept nice.

Awful customer service, confusing and terribly frustrating Life Storage location. The website offers one price and the employee on site another. The website and Life Storage call center both offer a free month (2nd) but the employee on site knows nothing. Stupidly confusing experience. There are far too many storage options in the area to put up and pay for such terrible service.

Cant say it enough! Great place. The staff was friendly and the service was quick and concise. Keep it up!

Very disappointed in our experience with Lifestorage. They made promises about the use of a free truck and dolly, but didnt bother to tell us that the dolly had been stolen and that the truck was limited to 50mi at which point they then charge you 89cents a mile until we arrived to pick up the equipment, resulting in another stop and money to rent a dolly. They also didnt bother to tell us that our unit had 3 rolling doors and required three padlocks, leading to an extra trip and more money for more padlocks. After calling to see if they would work with us, they went through two levels of customer service management to tell us all they could do was apologize, but they would not offer us extra mileage on the truck, discount on unit or extra time with truck. Long story short - poor communication, broken promises, and no compensation.
