We used Two Men and a Truck to move my mom from Montague to Keller. Jason and Charlie not only were extremely professional, they took care of my mom and made sure she was comfortable with everything. Moving from California to Texas is like night and day. The hospitality of the people in the state of Texas is just so phenomenal and not even comparable from the service I had in California. Keith and Tray the two guys that came to bring our stuff to the new place are super welcoming, friendly, easy going and straight to the point. The company itself I guess is different in the west coast than here. I am only picking these two guys for a next move locally in the DFW.

We received this service on September 1st. The initial consultation was very professional. Even the movers communicating and showing up on time was great. The issue arose after the movers were done. We noticed that items were broken and that some pieces were missing parts to them. I proceeded to inform the management (Mark) what happened. He responded back in a day or two stating that his operations manner (Tanner) would be calling. He called the following Thursday. I missed his call. Called right back and Noone ever answered the phone even though it was their business hours. Again.. emailed Mark to explain how his operations manager had not returned my call or voice-mail. He proceeded to state he was in and out of the office on the day he called me. Remind you, I called him right back. Mark then proceeded to make a definitive statement that they would be getting back with me on Monday(September 13th). No call or email from either one of them. In the email, he asked for all the information on my damaged items to expedite the process. We are now 16 days from when we used their services and nothing has been resolved. I would NOT use them if this is how they operate. Think twice before considering them!!!!

I am terrible with names. I think Brad and I dont remember the other boys name. But the other boy got his arm smash trying to put this 81 in German Hutch where I wanted it up against the wall so they anytime I wanted to move a little bit or this so that they did it they were great!

I was amazed at their professionalism and the care they took with our items. We live on the 4th floor, we have an elevator for most things to bring up but it wouldnt fit some large heavy items. That stressed me out. But when we got there everything happened so fast I didnt even see them haul the large sofa and buttress up 4 flights of stairs. SUPER impressed with them. Will definitely use for any future moves and will recommend them highly to friends and family.

I’ve had movers for the past 3 moves and I’ve had experiences where you just feel like you have to take what you get as far as service. Of the 3 moves every time something was damaged or mishandled. 2 men and a truck exceeded all expectations and I couldn’t stop thanking the two guys who did our service. GREAT experience with this company! Very punctual (I was shocked by this), very cautious and caring towards our belongings, and very quick. My service came out lower than what they quoted me for because they were so efficient. 10/10

Input my all my information online for a quote to move. Received a few calls early in the morning, then an email (which is the preferred contact method I put in the form when asked also). I let them know email was best for me, then they proceeded to ask the very same questions I filled out answers to on their website. I asked them to review the info I already submitted and get back to me with a quote. Ashley proceeded to tell me they do not have the info I submitted. My question is, where did my info go? I filled out everything they needed to know, addresses, dimensions, property type, floor number etc. I told her it seems disorganized and no longer to use the service. She proceeded to sayI am sorry if you feel that way. We do have a 98% referral rate and do stay quite organized.Just call if you want a quote from them, obviously the online form is pointless. All I wanted was a quote from the info I put in already. Customer 100% lost.

Had a team of movers show up that cost me 320 bucks for a move I never confirmed never had a call back or anything until I called in to complain and al I got was a lady on the phone over talking me the whole time. I use to to really like this company now I have to find someone else to help me move. Since I cant reply to you I was on site and surprised when i saw your guys at the house I am aware of the policy also asked your company to call and confirm since the covid-19 delayed my move date of my new house if you wanted to make it right you have all the info you can call me or just take another month to get back with me.

Two Men and a Truck helped us move into a 3rd floor apartment. They were extremely helpful, professional and moved everything at a quick pace. They even setup our bed and placed all the dressers/boxes where we wanted. They were also a few hundred dollars cheaper than what other moving companies quoted me. I would definitely recommend them and intend on using them in the future.

Jesse and Aaron showed up right on time, and things just got even better from there. They did the stated work - moving a household of stuff from one 10x30 storage room to a smaller storage room - faster than estimated.It was loaded so meticulously into the new storage room, I decided to see if we could add and consolidate a second storage room of stuff in there also. No problem. Then a third storage room. Done.Then we considered a fourth storage room. I was skeptical. But Aaron did some mental calculations and announced that, yes, it could be done. So I approved the effort.And they did it!! Finished the added work within the time estimated for just the original scope of work. They took no breaks in five hours. Just worked. And now, instead of paying every month for four storage rooms, I have only one. Thanks to their outstanding work and Aarons spooky accurate perception of spatial relations. Hes the Doctor of Dimensions.

They charge an additional $180 for a location a few miles outside of the Fort Worth area. I told the lady booking, it was an unreasonable price and that I was not going to book and she hung up on me.In response to the reply: You have the right to charge what you want and I have the right to give my opinion regarding the pricing. I was not confused at all. I only mentioned this to give background on what lead to the REAL issue. During the phone conversation, an appropriate response to my concern might be, sorry we could not accomadate you, thank you for considering our company. AND perhaps, I will forward your concerns to our owner. Thats going above par but who does that anymore? Instead the person is obviously annoyed that I wasted her time and hung up the phone, while I was speaking! If it were an accident she had my number and could have called back.To ignore that in the written response from Two Men And A Truck lets me further know the level of incompetence is across the board.

Needed to move my daughter and grandchild from her 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, Ask for a quote to move large items sofas,beds, night stands and dinette set. All other items we would box and move ourselves. The move was only 10 miles away would fit in a 10 mini box truck like Budget Truck Rents, Im older and have bad back so needed to hire them. They said it would cost a minimum of $1000.00 to move her items. I may have been born at night but it was not last night!!

Usually great customer service, but this move not so much! They were told specifically what items were to be moved, but failed to mention that washing machine needed to be unhooked prior to the move. My mother (73 years old) was not told this so they moved all of her belongings and left the washing machine in the apartment. So she was left to figure out how to get it moved by someone else after she paid and handsomely tipped the movers. One of her night stands was dropped accidentally and the handles got broken off. We emailed pictures but have yet to receive a response as to how the damage would be corrected if at all...

Excellence, efficiency and approachable are only a few words describing the service I received from the entire staff at Two Menand a Truck.They arrived on time and listened!All my questions were answered and every details was professionally completed.Of course, I will be using this company again.

Im not usually one to write review with completely negative content, and I get frustrated with people who have nothing good to say, but this time it is deserved. They took pretty much the entire day to move our stuff, and we were in a smaller house than we are now, plus we had corralled most of the boxes to the garage before hand. They were sloppy and didnt work as a team when moving the big stuff. They took some boxes to the truck that we had said we did not want moved because we were taking them personally, and sometimes they had stuff in front of the boxes before we could catch them and tell them to take them back out.In addition, they dropped several things, including a clay water hose holder, which shattered, (they said they thought it was rubber--really??--did it feel like rubber when you picked it up??) and a bookcase with glass sliding doors, which was destroyed, front and back. They damaged another bookcase (it has several large dents in it which were NOT there before the move), and they ripped the handles of many boxes, to the point where the boxes were almost unusable (and these were the heavy duty boxes). We moved those same boxes to the garage before hand without ripping any handles at all. We have found numerous, random things (like underwear, sweaters, cords, and decorative trinkets, etc.) in drawers and armoires that we DID NOT put there, and all the furniture was shrink wrapped.That leads to another thing. They put way too much shrink wrap on stuff that didnt need very much, if any. We are also missing a shelf for an entertainment center, which was shrink wrapped, and did not have any shelves removed before it was wrapped. The little metal shelf holders are still in the sides, but there is no sign of the shelf. We bought the movers insurance, but they have been extremely slow and reluctant to file any claims. They moved us to a storage facility in our new town almost a month ago, and they still have not done anything about our damaged property, even after repeated calls, emails, and letters. Thank God we got another moving company to move us from storage to our new house!

One of the furniture delivered was not unwrapped. I had to unwrap it myself. Also one of the movers used our bathroom in our new house without permission; we had to sanitize afterwards; he wasnt a clean looking individual.

The team of 4 men from the Haltom city location broke our belongings, lost our belongings and now the company refuses to take any responsibility for the destruction of our belongings. They smashed a bookcase my dad made for me in 1972. It is irreplaceable. They smashed a custom made bookcase from my husbands office. It is irreparable. We graciously bought these men lunch, served it to them around our table in our home and they treated us with the grossest disrespect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE, AGGRAVATION AND EXPENSE.

I have nothing but good things to say about two men and a truck. They were extremely courteous and very professional from the time thier employees answered the phone and up the time their employees left my new house. They were extremely courteous even when they found out they had to move an extremely heavy peace of furniture all the way around the house and thru the backyard to bring it in the back door because it wouldnt fit down the front hallway. They turned a two hour job into a one hour job, they did not milk it out for the two hour or more like the other companies have done.its my opinion that two men and a truck could not have hired any better employees than these people.i will refer this company to everyone i know.

Worst than I ever thought possible. Work done was nothing like I was expecting. All boxes were unloaded into kitchen and storage building. I had to hire another mover to move furniture left helter skelter.

Movers showed up at 11 after being told we were the first move of day and would be around 8 am. Then when they showed up saw the stairs of the apt and immediately changed their mind and said it would be 2000$ to move a one bedroom apt on the 3rd floor after quoting 150$ per hr. ( which is already a higher price to accomadate the 3rd story makes sense ) So your telling me it’s gonna take over 13 hours to move a one bedroom apt with three guys? Glad we waited so you could show up late, complain about your job and keep the 100$ deposit.Save your money for a better company.Edit after owners response-Since there is no response button I will use this method. Yes, I am not the customer listed, the reservation was under my roommate Nick Babineaux. That name may look a little more familiar... I firmly stand by all of our comments.

During my move, two items were damaged. I was told that I would receive a call from the manager (Mark) the next day. I got an email 6 days later. When I called in response, he wasnt available and I spoke with another manager (Josh). He explained that he and Mark had been out of the office all week and that the office staff was out of the loop concerning their absence. He was also very clear that neither he or Mark had any control over when my furniture would be repaired. Dont use this service. Theyre difficult to contact and dishonest when you do speak to them.

Upon arrival of the moving team the load estimation was the cost of the entire moved I was quoted by the office. After speaking with the interim site manager I was told I was given both quotes which they could not provide and I could afford the additional cost based on where I live and was moving to. I called on numerous occasions to verify move date and cost and was never communicated to about two different charges for loading and unloading. I feel that I was misled because I expressed that I was getting multiple quotes, bait and switch. As for the moving team they were professional polite and would use them again if not associated with this company. No customer service recovery was offered to me and was told either pay the additional cost or do not accept the service at the new terms. It sad when a company can take advantage of you or make a mistake in the quote given to the customer based on the companys site visit is shameful. and essentially hold you. I was quoted by their specialist during a visit to my home and the total cost was 40% more than the initial quote.

I would never recommend anyone to ever use this company. I had an appointment for the movers to come and pack my apartment and they NO SHOWED! They called me at 4 p.m. to tell me they were running late and would be there at 7:30 p.m. At 8:10 p.m., I hadnt heard from them so I called and got their voicemail. I then called dispatch and he said he couldnt get a hold of them either and that nobody was coming to pack my apartment. I had to pull an all-nighter and pack my apartment myself because I had movers coming the next day at noon. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I never received a phone call from management or the owners to apologize for their irresponsible employees. YOU CANNOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They dont keep their appointments and they might leave you high and dry. I HAVE NEVER POSTED A REVIEW BEFORE BUT FELT IT WAS MY CIVIC DUTY TO LET OTHERS KNOW TO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY. EVER.
