Ive tried different storage companies in the city before and this company and location is by far the best! From customer service to knowledge and cleanliness, I wouldnt use any other company. I highly recommend Life Storage and Aleina is always helpful and willing to give recommendations.

In the process of moving and I found this storage very close to where I’ll be staying at for a short period of time. Very clean, nice, amazing customer service, every detailed I needed to know was provided. Great prices. Aleina took care of me, very kind and profesional! This is the best storage unit you will find in DFW, possibly the country. It’s customer service is second to none, but the cleanliness is also mind blowing. Had my stuff in there for almost 2 years and it smelled the exact same it did when I put it in there. I’d give them 10 stars if that was an option. Incredible experience. Go see them!

Life storage was super helpful when I didn’t have space for all my things, staff was always helpful and willing to answer questions when needed. When I vacated my unit Eileen was so friendly and did not make me feel guilty in any way for needing to vacate my unit. I would definitely recommend life storage not only for their staff, but your items will stay good in the air conditioned units

We have been super pleased with this facility. The Manager, Alena, is vigilant and we even remember her name by saying we can Lean on Alena. Our only suggestion would be facility maps, bathroom signage, and more fabulous large carts. Maybe some bumper guards for the shins for those carts. They are great carts. This is a nice facility, kept clean, and locked down.

If your need more room so you can get more stuff, and youre like me and have a hard time throwing away anything, I recommend getting a storage unit. And that storage unit should be at Life Storage in Haltom on Western Center. Its super clean, well managed, and easy to get your stuff from your car to your unit, which is a big deal. If you need help, advice, or even a smile, Alena is ready to accommodate. Our belongings were well protected, no issues there.The business practices during this pandemic, deplorable.Full disclosure...we fell behind on our payments every other month, but we were in constant communication with the office. As a lot of people have had monetary problems.We were informed that they were tired of us getting behind every other month, and were going to auction off our property.We are currently looking for other avenues to take our stuff to.Someone reading this might side with them, and thats okay.but I think youd feel differently if it was your stuff up for possible auction...a good portion of your life.

I wanted to take a few minutes to mention my experience with Aleina, the manager at the Western Center/ Haltom Road Life Storage Unit #91. She knows and calls me by name. I mean that in a good way. Not because Ive been making a fuss about things, but because Im just another normal customer and she knows how important customer relations are. There are so many storage units to choose from. I highly recommend this one. Everythings new, well lite, clean, and secure. Definitely one of the best places to store your valuables and stuff.

We booked this storage unit site unseen simply on the best rates in the area but was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendly staff! The restrooms were super clean too. They also had some carts to use to load up your belongings to take in or out. Definitely would use again. The staff was super helpful through our whole stay.

This is hands down the nicest, most well-maintained storage facility Ive probably ever seen. They were very efficient with my check-in process and have an updated locking system that makes me feel extremely comfortable about my belongings on their site. The Climate-Controlled feature is also very awesome! Its Truly Climate-Controlled! Aleina was super awesome as well!

This storage facility is so nice and SO clean! Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful! Their climate controlled units are truly climate controlled. Other facilities may keep the temperature at 85 degrees and call that climate controlled but not here. Best storage facility with best prices!!

Very nice location, extremely clean and well kept. All interior floors are kept spotless with a gloss finish. Elevators to second floor are roomy and easy to use. Good security. Larger units have supplemental lighting, and dual doors at either side which is great when youve stuffed it full. Onsite restroom and water fountain is well kept, and much appreciated. Would strongly recommend this location to anyone.

Went looking around for a storage facility for a move I have coming up and Dave was very helpful in showing me the different storage options they had and explaining the lease agreement. This facility is very nice, I love the new storage units and the climate control, I do however wish that they had more then one person in the office, As I know it does get hectic in there.And about the office staff ...I was once told I could insult people in the most polite manner without saying one bad word or raising my voice, I was very good at insulting someone in a polite way, I used to be that way but thankfully I realized it’s not ok to behave that way in anyway and I should either come out and directly say something or kill people with kindness.The reason I say that is the staff here have polite sarcasm down to a fine art.I won’t be renting here long, even as nice as a facility as it is.

Im always amazed how clean this place is inside and out, the staff here do an excellent job keeping up the facility, they actually give you a personal phone call every month, a couple days before the 1st, as a friendly reminder to pay your storage.
