I have to make it known publicly that I received some of the best customer service Ive seen, let alone received in a LONG time! I went to check on a storage unit at the ALL Storage on Camp Bowie in Ft. Worth, and there was this young lady by the name of Emilia there. She was so informative, intelligent, and just all around helpful that I wouldve gotten the unit regardless of price! (The price was very competitive also😉)! Her winning smile and informative take charge attitude said Manager loud and clear to me. What an asset she is and would be to ANY company! I think she said her main store is in Benbrook but she helps out at other stores when they need it. Versatility/ team player! Im glad that I just happened by and she was there. It made all the difference in my day/move. P.S. When I called to get the info. to contact All Storage about my experience another young lady who was very nice also! I apologize for not remembering your name but you know who you are!

Very nice customer service Emilia shes got good customer etiquette youre greeted with a smile only problem you dont have access to storage till a certain time and when one works late need something you not I feel 8:00 would be a good time but my overall experience with them are great so far just the early closing hours but I was explained why so your belongings will be protected while they here and no one can break your lock and steal makes good sense too me

Not to happy with this place my son has unit here. His unit was broken into the took all his military stuff including his dress blues. These things can never be replaced and what hurts the most. We trusted this place because it was clean and highly secure thats what we thought. So before he left for Germany to service another four years in the Army we placed our trust with company with his valuable.

I was very impressed with this location and how clean it was, and how convenient it is to be able to drive right up to the elevators to load/unload your belongings. I have never used All-Storage for my storing needs before, but I am very happy with this place! I also really like that they have carts you can use to at no extra cost to bring things from your car to your unit.

This place is organized, safe as far as I can tell and reasonably priced.The biggest issue we have is the hours, I suppose All Storage thanks they’re operating a bank. Open at 8:00 AM, close at 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM on Saturday and 11AM to 4:30PM on Sunday doesn’t work well for a contractor or anybody else who has a full time job. On Christmas Eve, which is a typical work day, they were closed when I went to get some Christmas stuff a few minutes after Noon. That is very poor management!

The facility is really clean, and seems secure. I like that they have so many cameras, and that the units cant be accessed from the outside and the hours are limited. Makes me feel like my things are a little more safe. They have some little dolly/ cart things that make it easier to move stuff in or out.

I have been storing with all storage for many years and am very satisfied. The access hours at the camp bowie store are great and safe! I have stored with other companys in the past and had my stuff broken into. Camp bowie hasnt ever had a storage unit broken into. The facility is by far the cleanest Ive seen and very well managed. I like how everything is inside so i drive into the building to get to my unit. I dont have to plan around the weather. I always recommend All Storage!

Michelle was very helpful and thorough went inquiring to rent the storage tent. Not only did she have no issues with sharing all needed information she did it with a smile at 9am. Not to mention she didn’t crack a single joke about my bed hair.

I just want to write a quick review because my parents have used this All Storage facility in Fort Worth off Camp Bowie for years for different reasons so when it came time for me to leave my dorm at TCU for the summer I decided to store my belongings here during the summer months. Im so impressed with the unique building and the nice employees. I went with my friend to get his stuff out of his storage at another place and I seen the difference in the cleanliness and service. Wow I will never use another storage place. I very highly recommend All Storage Camp Bowie.

I give a 3 only bc I work Monday through Saturday, 8-5 and they close at 6. Doesnt give me much time to get my stuff in there or take any out. Itd be nice if they could think about the customers that work those kind of jobs, stay open until like 7 or 8...

If you need a fully professional location to store your treasures, I would highly recommend All Storage at 5529 Locke in Fort Worth. This was the perfect place for my family to store our belongings when we moved. . .and after that, we decided to store out-of-season things. The security is exceptional, the prices are reasonable, and we really appreciated that our units were climate-controlled. When I was last there to remove some items, Mikshell was especially helpful to provide a friendly reminder that closing time was near. The store manager is very professional, as are all of the employees we encountered. We have been 100% satisfied!

My husband and I own an RV that we like to travel around in from time to time. When we arent using it however, we need to store it somewhere. We had tried a couple of other storage facilities, but werent happy with the service, or we couldnt get shelter for the RV. All Storage Fort Worth provided protected storage at very reasonable rates.

So far so good, Staff Dyana is very helpful at explain the different units, And also saving customers money I appreciate that because Im a single young woman and its always great to save on everything.

They have the most courteous and helpful staff you ever want to encounter. Ruben and Mitshell were more than helpful they actually gave me my first month free and a free lock just because their system was down. They have 71 cameras and that made me more comfortable with my belongings being there. The office was spotless and so was my unit. I Appreciate the dolly and the elavater too!
