We got a call from Pam just as we had left another let down, no good dealership.. she asked what we were looking for. Told us where to go as we were already driving and looking. We showed up at Watson, started talking to Steven and Kirk. Thanks to those two gentleman who worked their butts off to get my husband into the truck he really wanted. They were up front and honest, caring and yes, it took most of the day because they were outrageously busy but still got us an amazing deal on the best truck they had on the lot! I went down there yesterday evening and Rebecca told me she couldnt get me financed and I dont Think she even tried she was flirting with 2 guys in her office and she came out of her office with some people that came in after we did and they was waiting on her and she came out and right in front of us me and my wife and told this young lady that she didnt make enough money well I could crawled underneath the table so embarrassing and she went back in her office and came back out told me she couldnt get no in one that would give a loan I dont even think she tried after I was told before earlier yesterday that I was totally approved just bring my paper work documents and I did and I would drive off in car excuse me I wouldnt never would have gone nothing I wasnt approved and they have since where I work at and Rebecca told me that she couldnt get me financed because I work for Uber or Lyft well yall knew where I worked it was on the application told me I was totally approved I think yall need to pay me for me losing time on.my job.and gas in my car gas is high owe me me $100 just let me when come over to pick up the cash no checks this was the Watson north east 128th street in ft Worth don not recommend run

We’ve bought cars since 2014 from Watson Auto Group. Seems like we go to dealerships and get a NO then go to Watson Auto and always get approved. Every situation is different, we’ve had no problems with some banks and we’ve had to put down a little more with others to get into the car we wanted. All our situations and we’ve never driven off the same day because they like to get the best deal possible but within a week we always get our vehicle. Kirk, Bobby, and most recently Bruce have all been great to us. Will definitely keep spreading that word and sending people up there. They have the ability to approve lower credit. They are nice. They sell cars with lower miles, but they ALL have bodydamage. You can bet if the car on the website doesnt have a photo, or its far away, or not many angles, its because there is extensive body damage. There are many people who dont mind this as long as they have a reliable vehicle, so if thats you, go for it. I am NOT one of those people, and the minute I let on that I was having second thoughts, they started being rude and evasive. Im sure they get jerked around by alot of people. I dont blame them, but I take car buying very seriously, and to me it felt... sketchy.

My husband was approved for a black 2014 2ss camaro by Pam was made an appointment told it would be at the burleson location on Saturday. We get there the car was sold the night before. Melvin said Pam was not aloud to hold cars or make promises and they wont bring a car to a lot without a deposit. THEN Melvin tried to sell him a different car. Not what he was looking for.

Melvin was very rude from the moment I walked in and until I left. He told me I was approved for zero down and had me come in just to tell me it won’t be until Monday when he hears from the bank. I was on a covid leave and one of my check stubs had 0 hours on there because I was on a LEAVE and then he started to interrogate me about it and asked “so they pay you while on leave” UM DUH it’s a covid leave. I work for amazon. How are you going to tell me that I was approved for zero down without running my credit first? I should’ve known it was a red flag when he was on the phone dealing with a customer that he sold a lemon car to. Wasted my time and his. I would not recommend this place to anyone. That whole place looks sketchy. I will take my business elsewhere.Update: I was able to go somewhere else and got approved for a 2015 Chrysler 200! Blessing in disguise ❤️

I was buying my first new to me car Kirk Watson was a great sales person he helped me out so much!! He made the process very easy, quick and painless. Everyone else who I meet up there was very nice and helpful I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a car.

Horrible experience and no communication. They were supposed to to put on 4 new tires, fix a seat belt, get a 2nd key programmed and fix the radio. They promised 1 week but it took 2. Never gave any updates unless they were harassed for them. They didn’t reconnect wiring after replacing the seat belt, replaced the worn cracked tires with other used cracked tires that didn’t match and there is an issue with the 2nd key. I would stay away, these guys have 0 customer service and are definitely not honest.UpdateI replaced the tires myself, they offered to replaced the mismatched used tires with different used tires, even though the sales guy agreed to put new tires on it. I inspected the used ones, 1 had multiple patches in it, and another was patched with a plug, which is not allowed for tires on public roads, they are meant for riding lawn mowers.I can’t recommend staying away from this place highly enough.

Stopped here last November to buy a 2015 Jeep Renegade for my wife. Dealt with both a salesman as well as the owner. They were very friendly and professional. But much more importantly. I scheduled an appointment to look at a car. When I arrived, after driving an hour to see the car, the salesman told me they forgot about my appointment. The car was not even on the lot and couldn’t be looked at. The salesman then let me know that their lot was always full and that usually they park their remaining inventory on the street, which added to their unprofessional appearance. The salesman took my phone number and told me he’d contact me as soon as he got the car in. I was never contacted by them. This is not a legitimate dealership. It’s a used car lot with bars over the windows and cars parked on the dirt and in the street. Huge waste of time.
