This place is just WOW over 40 years of the same ownership and it shows. Gary Keller went above and beyond and got us an exceptional deal. My friend loves here new Volvo dont go anywhere else when you have the best within reach.

Never would I ever buy a volve not only from the ft.worth deal but at all and I would tell any and every one not because I went in and had a simple question about the yellow line on some rely and they could or would not help me or answer my questions and even asked tech. The car i have is s60 2002. Why buy a car from a dealer that wont just help but one that cant even answer a simple question of there cars

After we picked up the car I had a question about some of the service. Michael quickly helped provide information to me and even had the service manager call to follow up with me. Every question I had was answered and the explanation for questions I had helped me understand the service process. I was really happy with the response to my concerns and this is why I am an Autobahn customer.

Just purchased our seventh Volvo, starting in 1996. We have purchased the last four from Autobahn Volvo and had all service done there as well. We have found their customer service to be excellent and more importantly, everyone at the dealership is personable, professional and enjoyable to work with. A very large Volvo dealership with a large selection of cars and very attentive and friendly staff. Obviously they are looking for you to buy a car, but the laid back atmosphere and true help makes you feel comfortable. Parking can be very tight in front of the dealership. My recent purchase experience was tremendous. The service is friendly and focuses on making sure they do everything to make you comfortable in tour new car. Daniel was superb and in case you want to know the 2019 S60 is a fantastic car!!

Bought a new 2021 Volvo x40, the vehicle started leaking oil the next day. They had to replace the oil pan. Avoid buying a new car here.

(BTW - One thing I did before I went in was to chat with Colton online the night before, so he knew the exact S60 I was looking for, and had it waiting for me to test drive when I got to the dealership the next day. I also had filled out the credit app online, which made the financial portion of the day, much shorter than it would have been had I waited to do it at the dealership.)

I’ve bought many vehicles in my lifetime and I can truly say that the experience I had at Autobahn was one of my best! I first came across Autobahn while searching for my dream car and realized what a huge selection they had. I reached out to them and within an hour or so Piers responded back. The place is clean the waiting area and customer service are great not as expensive as I thought for a dealership. No one is trying to get me to upgrade on a new car. So far so good. If it changes I will update my review.

I purchased a vehicle from another city so dealt mostly through email. Danny answered all my questions promptly and we were able to work out a deal including a trade-in via email. Once I arrived, everything went very smooth.

Chris was a great salesman. He was knowledgeable about the various models of Volvo’s we were comparing and was so patient with all of our questions. Each person we encountered during our transaction was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I agree with another reviewer that the coffee machine and waiting area was great. Autobahn Volvo deserves far more than five stars. From beginning to end, the service could not have been better.

Making the appointment was a miserable experience. I tried to do it online but the site did not work. I tried to call but could not get through to a service advisor or get my call returned. I sent a message online, but no one returned that message, When I dropped off the car, I was not given an estimate. I was never given any updates from the service advisor as to the status of the work. Then, suddenly, I received a bill via text. The bill did not outline what work was actually done. When I picked up the car no service advisor met me to discuss it. I was just sent to a cashier to pay without being given any explanation of what was done to the car. We had a good buying experience when we bought this car three years ago, and several good service experiences. But, this past experience was absolutely horrible. Certainly not up the standards of a premium brand like Volvo. We had been considering buying an XC90 in the next few months --- but based on this experience, we will likely consider other brands. Its a shame that the quality of service and support at Autobahn as become so poor. I could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Which is a shame, because we used to talk very highly of them.

Great service during the sale. Has a small piece come off from my bumper and talked wi service department to see if this is an warrantable item. They referred me to a local body shop. They wouldn’t tell if it was even able to be warranties. I want to deal with Volvo not a “local shop”

I brought my car in for the inspection and oil change. The Staff was professional and the facility clean, lit and stocked with drinks. Why the 3? The intake agreement was a poorly centered copy that had a good part of the agreement off the paper.Just how valid was that agreement and how is it that Management didnt see it?

Talked to a person for about 5 minutes and never heard from him again. I guess they don’t want to make a deal happen that bad. Good trait in a salesman. Lost my business.

Another great experience with Autobahn! When we leased our 2019 Volvo XC60 I (somewhat reluctantly) bought an enhanced warranty protection package that covered roadside hazards. Just picked up a nail in the left rear tire, and after going to that national tire chain that wouldnt be able top get a matching tire for 4 days. I called Autobahn - and Service confirmed that threy had the tire in stock AND could complete the repair in 2 hours. I drove over, provided my insurance information for a loaner car, dropped off the vehicle and got a call back in about an hour and a half. Wow! Great service, free loaner, and - NO CHARGE!!!!

Wow wow wow! I do not have enough positive things to say about the service team at Autobahn Volvo. Jessica, Mike and all the rest of the staff have been so helpful during a time where I have been so stressed! I had to put my Volvo into repair and I was kept updated with every change and update to my vehicle, and receiving my consent on even any price or service changes! Ive never received service like this and its the reason I will probably continue to travel the 50 odd miles to Autobahn to service my vehicle, because you cant buy or find this kind of honest and reliable service everywhere!

I went into the dealership for service to my 2002 Volvo and depending on how much work would be needed, I entertained buying a new one. While waiting for service I ventured to New Car sales and was greeted by Jason who was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about the products. He wasnt pushy while being very helpful. I purchased a new 2015 S60 which is the best car Ive had in my life so far! The buying process was great from intro to purchase. I would buy from them again.

I bought my new Volvo on line and worked with Reed. I think that was the key to the sale. I never met Reed face to face so I was able to perceive him in the image and style of a sales guy that I like to work with. He had no tattoos on his neck nor any querky winks. He probably was wearing a red plaid sport coat with a striped tie, snake skin cowboy boots and a big 4X Stetson, but since I would never see that I was able to carry on. Reeds the best. If you are buying on line, ask for Reed.

Excellent service from the moment I pulled into the service area. Michael greeted me immediately and alsosaid he noticed noise coming from my brakes. He said he would notate that for my maintenance exam.Inside two smiling service women greeted me (sorry for forgetting names,) and signed me in. They immediately set me up with a loaner vehicle. In less than a few minutes Michael showed me to the awesome car and off I went.After returning to Volvo, and being advised that parts needed would take a bit longer, they said I could take the loaner car home, rather than wait another two hours. Later they went above and beyond, returning my vehicle to my residence and exchanging for their loaner car.The day could not have gone smoother. Nothing was left undone to make this otherwise necessary chorethe best it could be. Kudos to your entire team! Thank you for the unbeatable service.

Reed Bulaich made my purchasing experience enjoyable, exceeding my expectations. This was a 180 degree difference from my prior auto purchases at other dealerships.Reed was easy to communicate with, and would promptly return calls and emails.It was refreshing to not deal with typical car-sales tactics.I highly recommend this dealership in general and Reed in particular.

Extremely disappointed in this dealership.Bought a 2016 S60 from Colten Thomas in February of 2017. Got a great deal; no trade or other things to hassle over.Went to trade it in January of 2018 and was told the car I bought less than a year prior was worth half of what I paid for it. Thats less than 11 months!Paid $30k in 2/17 and was offered $16k. Guess theyre not interested in repeat business or taking care of their present customers.His comment was my hands are tied. No apologies or second tries. Just gave up on a customer.I went to Eddys Volvo in Wichita and got $23.5k for the car. I was treated with respect, courtesy and they were genuinely interested in helping me.There are better options for buyers than Autobahn Motorcars of Ft. Worth. Do your homework and youll find the deal on a Volvo youre looking for.

I recently took my new car in to have its first service and the customer service was top notch as expected. The waiting area is fantastic with snacks and drinks and WiFi! I worked while I waited and was in and out quickly. I highly recommend!

If you get Jeff or Mike as your servicing consultant when you bring your Volvo in for maintenance, youre just not going to get any better service anywhere else. They really make the experience and are literally why I keep coming back to this place. Theyre honest, upfront, friendly, and every single time Im there they really seem to do their best at a high level to make sure that I leave feeling good about the whole thing.

Danny R at the dealership is one of the best salesperson I have found in a car dealership. This is the third time I am leasing a car, and I was looking for a best deal for leasing a S60. We agreed on a good price online before hand (Mitch gave me the most attractive deal I can find in town), and all that I needed to do was to test drive the car, and shake hands and finish the paperwork. Mitch simply offered the most polite, honest, efficient, no-bull-crap-no-hassle leasing experience throughout the whole process. He also never tried to sell you any stuff that you don`t need. Great guy, great experience.

I have to say that I have not received the usual telephone call following my service appointment a couple of weeks ago, nor did I receive any email communication from my service advisor. In fact my service advisor was occupied with smartphone when I arrived to pick up my car and one of his associates had to step up and deliver my car to me.When making the exchange of vehicles, I left my telephone in the loaner. when I called the service department to confirm this I was asked to hold for my service advisor but was never connected to him and he wasnt even aware of my presence when I immediately returned to retrieve my phone. I spent just shy of $1,500.00 for the services to my car. One would expect the service advisor to keep track of his clients. I dont recall the advisors last name, but I wont be doing business with him when its time for my next routine maintenance check.

Mike in Service is my hero. My wifes XC90 began having a battery issue on Sunday and we got the dreaded red warning messages. Called 1st thing Monday and were given an immediate appointment to bring it right in. Was met by Mike in the lane. Took like 2 min to get the paperwork going and I was out of there back to work. Got a text 2 hours later, car all fixed, no charge (still had warranty unknown by me). Car was waiting for me in the lane all washed up. Thanks for saving my marriage Mike! ;>)

If the deal is remotely possible, he goes the extra mile to get it done. The Service is out of this world. I had an appointment for 10am to get my first oil change. By 10:03 I was leaving the dealership in a loaner car free of charge. It’s nice that you can request a loaner for a short period of time. They told me it’d be about 2 hours- and it was. I got a call saying my car is ready around 1145 and to take your time getting back. Andddd I didn’t realize when I bought the car that the first 3 oil changes are free. I was expecting to fork out at least $140 so that was a nice surprise.

I am very impressed with the service department, always so helpful and patient. The waiting room is nice and with a complementary choice of drinks and snacks. I love that I can drop off and they will bring me home if I choose. I took my car in today for general service and was helped by Jonah. He could not have been more nice, helpful and pleasant.

I recently purchased an XC60 from Autobahn (so many to choose from). I work with Chris Howard (Internet Sales) who was responsive to all my questions. Since I was coming from out of state I had a lot questions...Chris answered all of them and if he couldnt he would put me in contact with someone who could. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and drive it back, it was setting out front gased up and ready to go! Great customer service. We were running late for our scheduled appointment so called ahead to make sure that would work. They didnt make a big deal about it, and we were in and out in about an hour. Just purchased my new 2015 Volvo S60 and I absolutely love it! I went to a few other Volvo dealerships prior to going to Autobahn and I received terrible customer service. Alan responded to my email almost immediately and we start the process of looking for the car I wanted and getting it in a price point to fit my budget. He was wonderful to work with and always prompt in his response. Alan did leave for vacation during the time we were working on the car deal and he passed along all of the correspondence and information to Jason and it was very easy. I finalized my deal with Jason and he had everything ready for me to sign at the scheduled meeting time. I came in after work at 5:30pm and I was in to see the finance manager at 5:40pm.
