Have taken my car in multiple times that is still under warranty and specifically told them the exact tell tell signs of engine/ transmission issues I’m having. They then proceeded to do nothing except “test drive it” to see what the issue is, even when I would leave it there for them to specifically run a diagnostic. Every time I was told they would run a diagnostic, yet each time they never did. Now my engine, on my car that I barely ever drive, is having problems because their staff refused to do anything other than a “test drive” for my car that is under warranty and tell me that I should replace the air filters. Very disappointed with my service experience.

Worst buying experience ever. Purchased a used super low milage 2020 Stelvio for my gf. At first it was all great, till they hit you with the Pre delivery fee. $(1500) add on and they use this money supposedly to get the vehicle ready for delivery. Yet it has a rock chip on the windshield the size of a dime and wouldn’t replace it. And was suppose to fill it and never did. I asked for the work order to prove it got $1500 worth of repair and wasn’t provided. Only an oil change and break pads were done prior to selling. I brought my own finance then the manager tried to adjust the price because I brought my own finance. Claiming they had another buyer for it. Even saw another salesman throw a pen across the room after finding out we were buying it. Super unprofessional for a dealer claiming to be #1 in TX. Even negotiated a price and they went back on there word because we weren’t financing with them. Then the finance department had me waiting for over an HR. Keep in mind, there were no deals going through. All finance office were open but since I wasn’t going through them they took there sweet time. Finance guy was a joke, WAY to pushy after kindly telling him I wasn’t interested in any additional packages. I’ve work at a reputable dealer for over 4 years in my days. And I know this transaction was poorly executed. My sales man wasn’t even around when we left and had to track down our own keys. There online price says “Cash price” I brought a bank check, so I don’t understand why they don’t disclose the “$1500 up charge” Will never have my car service there nor will I purchase another car from them. I hope corporate sees this.

Like all car dealerships, be weary. Watch yourself and never take first price. BUT some of these employees were exceptionally considerate and worked with us. They seemed genuine and I feel like I didn’t have to hide every emotion behind my eyes. A few to mention by name would be their GM Tony, and one of their GREAT!! sales associates Chase. I’m personally glad I got the chance to work with him as opposed to other associates in the store. Thank you, Chase.

Trust this review. The cars look nice but its not worth it unless youre ok with it being in the shop A LOT. Ive had my Stelvio for 2 weeks and its already in the shop and Im paying out of pocket for rental. They will ghost you if you have any issues and ask if they can help. They are not in the business of helping. Driving down the road with no traffic and my sunroof completely closed, the sunroof EXPLODES around the edges. In trying to get assistance with a brand new vehicle they tell me I have to call my insurance and see if they can help or I have to pay out of pocket. The parts are 1,500-4k depending on what they find yet they claim its a glass and insurance issue. That was the 1 and only time anyone I originally dealt with has spoken to me about it. Since my issue came up, I have received a few text replies but no calls and no offers to help. The service rep said he sent a picture to manager who immediately denied any warranty claim before they even dug into the issue. Avoid the nightmare all together by not going there but if/ when you get in the office with the finance person and try to drive a hard bargain and their phone keeps going off its because theyre all listening in! Walk out. Trust your gut.

Pros: Sales gets 5 stars! It was a great experience working with Madeline. Very nice and knowledgeable. Chase, the sales manager was extremely helpful in getting us the deal we wanted. Cons: Finance, We waited for ever and only to find out that they didnt joint account my wife and I, so it took a few credit reports to get financing just for me. Thanks for the credit dings fellas. Once in the office to sign papers, it was a non stop of sales upgrades after saying no several times. No means NO!Over all the experience was a great one. The follow through from Madeline was fantastic. We will be back in the future.

Truly the worst experience. From sales all the way up. Everyone lacks communication. The vehicle I purchased has a laundry list of issues that even when inquired about were not disclosed. I was blatantly lied to on multiple occasions, I was sent someones personal information and someone else received mine. I am currently waiting on contact from the finance director but I wont hold my breath as I myself have had to bother and bug even the director of sales himself. If its not fresh from a factory dont trust these people because they do not care about the safety and well-being of the customers they are selling to.And no Jeff please dont respond how you tried to give me $200 to satisfy me when you know good and well that you would never accept that if you were in my position. I strongly encourage anyone else with a similar experience to report this business with the BBB as they will straight up ignore your issues.

Hannah from internet sales was great from the beginning.We were looking to trade and she assured that they could beat any current offer. She then passed us on to the sales rep Hayden and we were continually impressed. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She also got us more than what we expected for our trade! She is a great asset and everyone we came in contact with was friendly. They also ordered pizza which is always a great choice with kids! They also have an arcade game and tablets to entertain the littles.

This is definitely the dealership you want to buy from! Chase’s service is impeccable. Not only did he jump through hoops to put together a deal we were ecstatic about, but he also made the whole experience comfortable and causal, it was not at all like any other dealership I’ve been to. We had to come back a couple days after our purchase just to have something double checked in the car and wanted to get some BBQ while we waited for the car to be ready. Chase stopped by to say hi while we were in the lobby and we mentioned that we couldn’t find a Lyft to get to the restaurant so he stopped what he was doing to drop us off, definitely not something that he had to do but he’s is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure every trip to the dealership isn’t dreadful but rather a pleasant experience. There was an issue I found cosmetic wise on the front lip spoiler of the car but they talked with the owner and are willing to work with me on a resolution through their recommended body cosmetic repair specialist. I bought my Stelvio from Fort Worth Alfa Romeo. Love my Stelvio. Hate the dealership. The lack of knowledge by the salesperson was mind boggling. The number of lies I was told by the sales manager and GM was incredible. The only reason we did go ahead a buy from them is we did finally get a good deal ($11K lower than sticker). But the delivery was horrible. After a quick walk around, there were a few items they needed to fix, including a small chip in the paint on the back gate. “Our paint guy is great. You won’t even be able to see it.” Guess what? You can still see it (see attached photo). The other few items that had to be address by their service department were handled so badly, I swore I would never go back. The sales person never did a walkthrough of the vehicle, nor was it vacuumed or washed for delivery. There were so many issues that the GM offered two years of service (which is really only an extra year of service since the first oil change was already free from Alfa Romeo). Which when asked for that in writing, quickly changed to just a free oil change. Which he still wouldn’t put in writing. But after my experience with the service department, I wouldn’t trust my vehicle for a single minute inside their doors.When it was time for the first service, I took it to Essence Alfa Romeo in Hurst. NIGHT AND DAY!!! Essence Alfa Romeo service is fantastic!!! I now schedule all my service with them, and they offer loaners. During the first few months of the pandemic, they would even come pick up your car for service. They are knowledgeable, customer focused, go above and beyond. They deliver your serviced car with a fresh wash every time. There’s a reason they were the 2020 US Alfa Dealer of the Year and 2021 Texas Dealer of the Year.

Wow. This might be the most deceitful dealership in the metroplex. They have been bugging me for months to buy back my lease. After confirming multiple times that I did not have buy or lease another vehicle from them. I agreed to come in and discuss it. When I got there, that wasn’t the story. They said they would only buy my lease out if I got another vehicle from them. This was complete waste of my time and a complete lie just to get me in trying to get a new vehicle from them.I highly recommend staying far away from this dealership.

I am writing this review on behalf of my father who visited this dealership on 5/7/2021. He came in for an oil change and had a very unpleasant experience. He normally pays around $59-79 for an oil change. The service advisor asked if my dad wanted a tire rotation. My father said no, just the oil change. The service advisor said that the car dealership was now owned by another company, and that the oil change would now be $120. My dad thought it was overpriced and declined any services. The service advisor proceeded to say “that’s what I thought. You can go to the Quick Car across the street. That’s what everyone is doing. We specialize in Alfa & Romeo cars.” The point here is that my father says the service advisor was rude and unprofessional. His tone of voice and body language was discriminatory and kept looking at my father from top to bottom.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a CERTIFIED 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. First we spoke with the sales person over the phone and made sure the car was what we wanted. We Drove 4 hours to the dealership, when we arrived they couldnt find the car. After almost an hour they found the car in the service bay. They hadnt finished getting the car ready for us after they told us over the phone that the car was ready. We went ahead and purchased the car, paying cash so I cant comment on their financing department, The car was delivered to us two days later in Oklahoma. The inside of the car was filthy, hadnt been cleaned, even had trash all thru it. The passenger seat adjustment button was broke, and the back cover had paint sprayed all over it. Now its been over a month and we still dont have our tag. Which we were forced to pay for thru the dealership. Ive spoken with the manager so many times, and absolutely nothing has been done. I would avoid this dealership at all cost. Youd think after spending $33,000 they could atleast clean the car and get me the tag that I paid for.

We were not actually looking to buy, but they made us a deal, and got us at the payments we needed. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Made my internet enquiry, and multiple email reached out to my inbox. I responded 2 of them with my goals, and they got all my information and disappeared on me. Next day I was told the car was sold the previous night. I accidently bumped into the same car while looking out a week after. Therefore, My wife enquired, again multiple people jumped on her email about the vehicle availability and looking to get more info. When I reached, they confirmed car is still available. Then back n forth discussion about the pricing, after that Sales rep said, she will check with her manager and disappeared on me as well. Finally marked the car as SOLD. Bad experience, perhaps I picked the wrong car.

I called back and the offer was never real, he just “thought” he could do it.. when in reality he was 20% off.Two days later they gave me a written offer once I told them I would have to Uber an hour each way to get the car. They promised me it was firm. Once I get there they said there was a mistake and I now needed to pay 10% more than what we agreed upon. I asked why they couldn’t eat the cost of their own mistake and was told “well you’re already here you might as well pay it.” I said the least they could do is pay for my Uber home since you gave me a false promise, to which they replied no and instead of me paying for my own Uber “I should just do the deal.”Whatever they say will be a lie and I could not in good conscious ever give these people my business…hopefully you won’t either.

Car shopping is not always fun. But I really enjoyed my experience at Alfa Romeo. They brought the vehicle to me to test drive, and dedicated the entire day to helping me decide what I wanted. I am happy with my purchase and happy with my service. Go see Cory!!!
