TL/DR - Awful service, misleading product postings. Francisco provides AWFUL customer service.Let me first say, I am typically not the type to leave reviews, especially negative reviews. I sent my mom in to get assistance from this dealership. There was a car that was advertised as being in good condition at a fair price. Upon getting there, the car had SIGNIFICANT hail damage (see attached pictures). I double checked the posting and there is no mentioned whatsoever about hail damage. The sales person, Francisco, indicated that the car was priced for the hail damage. This was completely untrue based on their competitors pricing or they are trying to take advantage of their customers. After their misleading posting, Francisco told my mother that he had some other cars to look at and went on to offer her another vehicle that was listed $8000 more than the vehicle that she came in to see.At this point, I recommended to my mom that she still drive the car with hail damage to see if she liked the vehicle. Francisco told my mom that she could not test drive a car unless she committed to making a purchase from him that day and continued to deny a test drive. He continuing to be extremely rude and not helpful. We were not going to purchase the vehicle with hail damage, but terrible customer service has ensured that we will not purchase any vehicle from this dealership. I will also go out of my way to ensure that anyone I know does not shop at this dealership. If you do shop at this dealership, verify that they are selling you what they are advertising, and DO NOT seek assistance by Francisco.
I had a good experience. I message the dealership about a 2021 Ram 3500 to see if they had it in stock. I got a call and message from Anthony right away letting me know they had it and made appointment to hold it so we can go look at it. Then I had to push the appointment back and he was nice about it.Finally we got there and got to see the truck and loved it. He worked with us and waited hours. But we got it and couldn’t be more happy.St.Louis also delivered the truck to us, he was nice and helped my husband with the app.
This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. They do everything wrong from the beginning to the end. I only stayed doing business with them because I don’t shop dealerships, I shop certain vehicles. And after all the lies, smoke and mirrors, and haggling about a fair deal for hours, I get delivered a scratched up new vehicle. First attempt for delivery, truck was still dirty. 2nd attempt truck was covered in a paste. After washing it off, truck showed a bunch of scratches. Some deep that they covered up. Brought it back to them and they promised to fix it. They simply waxed it down with black finish wax and after washing it again, scratches galore. I now have swirl marks like crazy from their “fix” and still all the old and now newer scratches from their terrible job. I wish I never bought from this dealership and if you read this, stay away from them. Their prices on the internet are not what they truly are so don’t fall for going into the dealership.
Kevin Maher is my salesman that I worked with on purchasing my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Overland. Extremely helpful, a veteran too, he made the purchasing process easy for my wife and I after we had a terrible experience at another dealership. I will recommend him to others looking to buy a Jeep as his knowledge was impressive. Can not say enough about his professionalism and just kindness. I am looking forward to the many years of fun I know I will have in my truck....So looking for a great salesman at this dealership...ask for Kevin! PS his manager was nice too and came and asked me and my wife if we needed anything or had any questions....a plus too!
I am not Anthony. I am his wife, Wendy. It took a minute for me to get to five stars for AutoNation. However, I stuck with them after having a bad experience and they corrected the situation. They didn’t make me feel badly about it. In fact, they bent over backwards to make sure things were right. Gary in finance I helped me get the best deal possible on my jeep. Freddy listened to my problems about my purchase and helped make everything right. Amanda oversaw quite a bit with this transaction and she helped steer me in the right direction. They worked as a team and won me over as a team. I’m very happy with my jeep renegade. Thanks to the team at AutoNation for helping me with such an important purchase.
We saw the vehicle online and contacted the dealership for test drive. The salesperson, Anthony Gonzales, had the car ready for us to drive when we got there. Didnt have to wait. We loved the car, and decided to buy it. The Finance Manager, Jishai Lawrence, did a great job finding us an awesome rate and affordable payments. I would buy from them again. We are definitely happy customers and the car is a beauty!!!
I loved shopping here. Went to check out a car, there was absolutely no pressure and no hassles. Walked away totally happy with a machine I was only dreaming of owning. Ask for Irfan (Mr Z) and deal with confidence. Brandon was great too.
Absolutely awesome. I cannot tell you enough how easy it was to drive out with a brand new vehicle. Miss Kim was very helpful with everything and the finance team was an absolute dream
Isaiah was great from the start: from our very first initial phone call when we first inquired about the vehicle, until we got to the dealership. He kept us company and answered all of our questions. Can’t forget about Brandon and the service he also provided during our financing/paperwork process. He did all the leg work prior to us coming in and signing. The work he put it made it a seem less process from start to finish. We have never had a car buying process quite like this. We will definitely be coming back in the future and buying another vehicle from Autonation. Thank you for a great car buying experience!
I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them not too long ago. The guy who sold it to me made it seem like I was getting a great deal at the time. Well a few days after purchasing I notice damage all around the car. When we bought it they said the carfax report was clean and no accidents on record. Looking back now I should have looked myself because it had been in 2 different accidents, the last one being almost considered totaled and the dealership bought it from auction. This dealership will do whatever to sell you a car.
Came in unexpected to look to do a trade. Sales consultant Tony was very impressive with his genuine approach to listen to what I was looking for and to see what he could do for me. Though there was some stumbling thru the process with some difficulty from both dealership and my side, Tony was on point to simply work to see if he could make a deal happen. I bought cause he was consistent and not salesy. Hes new to the business but operates like a veteran. Managers Ruben and Vijay are stellar in their field by profession. My second purchase from an AutoNation dealership. This experience was much improved from my last purchase from a different brand under AutoNation. Thanks to Tony, Ruben, Vijay, and Brandon!!!
From the moment I arrived for my appointment, I realized there was no organization at all! After pulling into the service line, and waiting on direction on what to do next (I waited for about 20 minutes with no one even inquiring if I needed help), I went into the service center and stood (in what I thought was a line near the desk) waiting for someone to ask if I needed assistance again for another 20 minutes or so as everyone sat at their work stations, and walked past me as if I wasnt there... Finally Matt Thompson, whom was being trained in this department was passing by, and stopped to see if I needed assistance, he wasnt able to do anything in the system yet but he asked Rolando Garcia, whom had been sitting in front of where I was standing, not once acknowledging me, to help me please... WORST experience ever, and he never even called me back as he promised about my key fob, I called the service department back only to find he had gotten off work, and he knew, we talked, about me staying in the area until I heard back from him, so very unprofessional!!! Matt Thompson was the only customer care qualified person I encountered throughout my entire visit on this day, and he was NEW!!!
Had a great experience Manuel Velásquez is an amazing sales professional. He made the whole process smooth and easy and was super understanding and found the best vehicle for my budget I am so happy I definitely recommend Manuel super professional and was on point on everything.
They had a vehicle Listed on auto trader for a specific price. They honored the price, but started adding in all these extras. I was trading in a vehicle for $14,000, and putting $10,000 down. That’s for a total of $24,000 off a car advertised for $46,888. I have a loan approval from Capital One, but said I would lose all my rebates if I use my own finance company. Their rate is 6.99% compared to my 4.45%. Same Bank!Once my wife was saying no, they started hard pressure sales. Started telling her that if we don’t take it someone else will! Wow! Okay, that is logical. They may rebuttal, but the truth on how these companies get so big isn’t because of honesty. I’m for making money, but not ripping them off or treating people like they are unintelligent.
Anthony Williamson was hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He wasn’t pushy, he listened to my needs and delivered. He made me and my husband feel overly comfortable with our purchase. Even after purchasing the vehicle he called more than once to double check on how everything was going. He responded to my questions via email quickly as well. He went over and beyond to make sure my experience buying a car was spectacular. Car salesman’s get a bad rap, but salesmen like Anthony really show that there are diamonds in the roughs! Thank you Anthony for everything! 10/10 recommend!
Unfortunately my experience was not a great one. From the second I walked in, it felt like I was bothering the representative, not to mention that nobody even try to greet me (even after looking straight at me). As for the work, my truck was at the dealer for 3 days, and no work was performed. My service rep would not answer my calls, and I had to send many text to get a update. I ended getting frustrated with the lack communication, and lack service, that I went to pick up my truck. I did not mind if they where working on it and it was taking days, but with no communication and in the end no work was done in 3 days I had to take it back. Just to clarify I had requested 3 different services (oil change, speedometer re-flash and transmission check). I was looking for a premium experience, but at least a basic one where the work done. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I go to see a car they had in their inventory as I am there, they cannot find the keys to the vehicle (very unprofessional). So, they say while we look for the keys lets do the approval. They run my credit get it approved and guess what... the car is not available, but they have another one I can look at. I should have known to walk out of the place as soon as I walked in it was filthy dirty and it stuck so bad in there. According to them they are remodeling but it does not look like they are. Do not go to this place.
I have been buying vehicles for over 25 years and this is by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. They treated me like family from start to finish and they were not pushy when it came to purchasing a vehicle. Miss Rosemary and Anthony Williams were by far the best individuals that I have Encountered in the car dealership industry. Anthony Williams knew everything about the vehicle that I purchased from The tail pipe to the wheel locks. I really appreciate everyone that had a hand in me purchasing this vehicle.
This place was so unprofessional, they’re pushy, and LIARS. If I could leave a zero star review I would. Long story short Marcus Finnell told me if I put a 1000 dollar deposit on a car I can get a refund if I see it and end up not liking it. The day comes and I decide I don’t want this car, he says he’s bringing his manager and brought a finance person over to try and bully me into choosing a car. I’m not settling so they say actually you can’t get a refund. So they basically hustled me out of 1000 dollars, I don’t recommend this place at all!
I went this week to buy a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Initially reached out to AutoNation for availability on a specific vehicle and got in touch with Kevin. His communication was perfect and when I went in later that day to make the purchase, it was almost like car buying how it should be! Taken care of the whole time, honest feedback on all my questions, I didn’t feel like I was getting the run around and everything was very clear. I will not hesitate for a second to go back to this location. Amazing experience! Thank you Kevin and thank you AutoNation. Also a shout out to Nick in the financing dept who was also very professional and extremely nice and helpful.
At first things go smooth until they get the deal closed and the money! They lack communication and overall honesty!! Me and my husband went in a Thursday to check out a vehicle, the finance was very expensive so we decided to pay full price. We left a deposit or as it was going to be withdrawn from our bank acct. Anyways we were told all had to be done was a oil change and state inspection. Following day (Friday) we went ahead and closed deal. We waited over almost 2 hrs! Just to sign paperwork that mind you was going to be ready for us when we got there. (Or as told) So after we sign and give full payment. Our sales rep says the vehicle isn’t ready. That service tech for inspection left at 5 and so on. So we went on and agreed it would be delivered following day (Saturday). Again Saturday came and I felt like I was bothering because we didn’t get any updates at all. I was texting him frequently, multiple times before I even got response back, then he came up with oh they are changing the brakes and they had to order parts and so on. I was furious, I wanted honesty! If they would tell us the real deal we wouldn’t be bugging on what’s the hold up. I mean a vehicle paid for in full and you can’t give it out yet? Obviously we were needing it. Then Monday came and still no vehicle update. Decided to call and speak to the Director Daniel, he was quick to address the issue and by 4pm I finally got word the inspection was done and ready. Then again waited in sales rep he was going to manage the delivery process but then didn’t reply anymore that Monday evening. Tuesday came and I called sales rep and his phone was off. . So I called the dealer and they told me it was his day off! Again lack of communication. So I stayed wondering who the heck was going to deliver the vehicle. I called Auto Nation again and let them know the situation then also let them know their accounting personnel or someone had withdrawn our deposit twice!!! & our bank was going to reverse that payment! So finally around 1pm Tuesday our sales rep messaged me, he mentioned his transport left early Monday and didn’t come back til late so that’s why he couldn’t bring it Monday evening. (Umm again I would of rather much you let me know rather than no answer at all). To finalize that day the vehicle was finally delivered til 5:30ish pm. of Tuesday. . I know our sales rep might have not had fault at the vehicle taking so long but things would of been very different if we would of been spoken with truth since the beginning. Auto nation is quick to close deals and get money but not to prioritize a closed deal with customers. I think Auto Nation shouldn’t close a deal without letting customers know the vehicles aren’t even ready. That’s our experience with Auto Nation. Therefore, If you don’t mind waiting days for something you fully pay for. go ahead and give them a try otherwise look elsewhere, where they actually appreciate your time.
I bought the 2021 Jeep Mohave Gladiator at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep and I can’t say enough the people their took very good care of me. Kate my salesperson was truly great. She communicated with me the entire time of the buying process. Big thanks to everyone. I would buy another Vehicle here in the future.
Manager Anthony is the star of the show. Dude does great work, and goes out of his way to communicate, which I consider a very key part of customer service.I haven’t driven my repaired truck enough to comment of the quality of repairs, but I will relate that after a nearly $3000 fix to the DEF system, it would have been a low cost classy move to at least have filled the system up prior to returning the vehicle to me with it nearly empty.
Beware if your buying a used vehicle here, if the vehicle does not have gas in it and it’s empty you have to bring your own gas to fill it up, I bought a tesla from this dealership and I spent 8hrs up there and when I went to go pick the tesla up it wasn’t even charged, so I had to spend $131 out of pocket to have it towed so I can charge it… and when I asked them for a reimbursement they told me no!
If I could give less than one star I would. I took my 2018 Jeep Wrangler here for service on three separate occasions, two of which were AC issues. The most recent time was god awful. They kept my vehicle for over three weeks and had no loaner car to offer me. The only communication I received was bad news on top of bad news. They kept saying they couldn’t get the part in or the part was lost in transit or something along those lines. After maybe 2.5 weeks the “manager” finally stepped in and informed me I would be hearing from him every hour on the hour about updates for my jeep. I only heard his voice once. No offer of a loaner car or anyway to make it right. This Jeep is my daily driver, not having it for 3 weeks was more than any headache I wanted to deal with. I’m very understanding, I know getting parts in right now is more difficult than normal, I understand that things do happen and maybe a lot of this was out of their control, however with no offer of a loaner car or any sort of “let’s make this right” response got me heated. I wasn’t even going to make a review post, but I have since taken my jeep to a different dealership for service and was treated way better than these people ever did. I will not ever be back here. Like I said I understand things happen but they made no attempt to make it right. They don’t deserve the one star that I had to give them.
Customer service during the sale or purchase of the vehicle awesome. Follow up call great but the details afterwards have an opportunity. Not replacing an already defective or bad tire on a brand new car. Second not removing the yellow protective guards on the undercarriage for the front of the car. Third more focused on interactions between associates than putting the needs of the customer first.
I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler and the experience at AutoNation was exceptional. Although it was close to closing time when my wife and I showed up, Mr. St. Louis enthusiastically greeted us. The entire team was professional throughout the process and I felt like they really worked hard to earn my business. I shared with the AutoNation team that my wife had recently purchased a Jeep at another dealer and the experience was like night and day, with AutoNation delivering a great buying experience. Thanks all!
I unfortunately bought my jeep at AutoNation. Since having it for three months I’ve had it in the shop three times. The last time the bill was over $1800. I’ve only driven the jeep 2700 miles. As soon as I got it on the highway after purchasing it, I realized it jerked drastically to the right when I stepped on the break going highway speeds. That was the first time I had it in the shop. They did not fix the problem. I lost faith in their service department and went to a different shop. They put on new tires and rims and gave me an alignment. This still did not stop the problem. Mind you, every time I had my jeep in the shop it was well over a week.Just recently, my check engine light came on so, I thought I would give it another shot in the service department at AutoNation considering that’s where my warranty was. They kept my Jeep for two weeks. They finally found the problem. It was the driver side caliper all along. So, they charged me for brake pads and rotors which is unfortunate. Mine were new.So, my assessment is they sold me a jeep that was unsafe and charged me another $3000 or so to get it in shape. I will never return to AutoNation for such an important purchase.
Anthony is a blessing of a salesman. Super entertaining, incredibly helpful & truly there to help with whatever you need. Brandon is the best finance guy I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. The two of them together made this process a breeze. I have already referred 3 separate people to the pair & all of them ended up purchasing a new vehicle as well. If you see anyone other than these two, you are missing out. Thank you Brandon & thank you Anthony for everything you both did.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-We purchased a 2018 F250 in March 2021 that we thought was a pretty decent deal. Didn’t even make it home from the lot without the ‘check engine’ light coming on. The sales rep was nice enough to drive our trade-in truck to us, pick up the new truck and take it back to their service department. Then, things got sketchy. It took over two weeks for them to diagnose and repair the problem and in the meantime, the sales team wanted us to take photos of the truck we were going to trade in so they could sell it. After several daily calls and texts assuring us ‘the truck will be back to you tomorrow,’ it became extremely difficult to get a straight answer out of anyone on the sales team or service department about the new truck and why it was taking so long. We finally received it in mid to late April and decided we weren’t going to use this dealership ever again.Fast forward to September 2021 and we receive a past due and collections notice from NTTA about tolls owed on the truck, when we never received a first notice. We contacted the NTTA and found out that 38, THIRTY EIGHT, tolls were incurred on the truck during the time it was supposed to be in the AutoNation shop getting repaired. We contacted AutoNation to take care of these tolls, since the truck wasn’t even in our possession and was still under a guarantee from the sales team that we could return it, no questions asked. Once again, the sheer lack of responsibility and nonexistent customer service from this AutoNation dealership has prevailed and now it’s October and there is no resolution for us yet. Can we at least get a call back??In contrast, we went to Southwest Ford to purchase a different used truck in April 2021 and their sales team has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. The level of service received between these two dealerships is like night and day. Beware AutoNation and it’s pass-the-buck style of customer service!
While looking for a grand Cherokee L, we found the perfect model at Automation. Kevin St.Louis was our salesman and he did an outstanding job. He had great communication, gave us everything we wanted and made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership and St. Louis!
Great, quick and easy experience. I originally inquired online and within the hour had a response from Kate Kim to set up a test drive. I actually set it up for the next day! Up until the time I arrived Kate Kim kept in touch through text to ensure it was going to be an easy process. I arrived, did the test drive and left the lot with a brand new car! Very good experience and highly recommend to go here. On top of the good service, the inventory was the best around.
The process of buying my vehicle was great 5-stars. They gain your trust, get you where you want and everything seems great. It’s after you purchase your vehicle from them, they do not want to return phone calls, or emails. You’re sent through a loop after a loop. I’ve left messages, wrote emails, even went as far as asking for a corporate number. After they make their profit, they lose care for their customers in my opinion. Hopefully, this review will find someone and they can actually get in contact with me.
I just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and cannot be more satisfied with my purchase. Auto Nation had more of a selection than other dealers. My salesman and the whole process went smoothly. They even set up my phone and GPS. TOTALLY SATISFIED!
Had a terrible experience with their customer service, either they don’t answer the phones are they aren’t helpful even in the slightest. Had some service work done on my vehicle that took 2 weeks to complete, when it was time for me to be able to pickup my vehicle they informed me that despite there being no balance left to pay I wouldn’t be able to pick up my vehicle because a body shop brought it in, and due to their “policy” and “by law” they have to release it to a body shop, regardless of the fact that the vehicle doesn’t belong to a body shop it belongs to me! Worst experience.
First time making a car purchase mostly online/remote. Sales team members Anthony Gonzales and Justin Burton worked with me via online and text to get everything set up so all I had to do was arrive, complete financing paperwork and the deal was done. This included my trade in which I felt was a more than fair offer and was also all done remote as well.If my buying experience is any indication of how things work with AutoNation North Richland Hills I definitely would recommend buying from here!
I had a pleasant experience buying my vehicle from the time I walked in till I drove off the lot. Kevin, my Sales Associate, was very helpful & patient throughout the entire process. Everyone there was knowledgeable and kind. I love my new Jeep.
This dealership and it’s service center are trash. Paid for the unlimited warranty when I bought the Jeep brand new. I’ve had numerous issues over the last 2 years. The dealership has done nothing to fix any of the problems. I’ve been left to find solutions on my own. They also continue to tell me the issues that are found are not covered by the extended warranty, despite being told when I bought it that all these things would be covered. DO NOT BUY HERE.
I have called the service department several times in order to get an active recall issue resolved (NO SUCCESS). The 1st time I called I was told the part needed to be ordered, and once it arrived, I would get a call back. After waiting a few weeks and not hearing back from anyone I followed up. On my 2nd call to the service department, I was told it was never ordered the 1st time I called and that they had to order the part. My husband has called as well and told the part is in backorder. My last call to the service department was in February. Its now June. How long does it take a back ordered part to arrive (serious question)?! I had to get my car inspected and my passing report also indicated my car has an active recall. Just trying to get this resolved 🤷🏽♀️ like anybody else would.
My experience here from start to finish was a complete gem. St. Louis took care of me and showed me nothing but respect, and was a true and absolute professional. Both St. Louis and Nick (CFS Manager) showed passion and excitement, and truly made my first car buying experience one to remember. I have no doubt that I’ll be coming back to purchase from this location again. Thanks again guys!
The service department was quick in getting our 2018 Ram 1500 Lonestar in for recall fixes. Everything went smoothly the morning of the appointment and repairs and software updates were completed quickly. The reason for 4 stars has to do with the answer to the question my husband asked the service tech when he picked up the truck. One of the recalls pertained to the tailgate. About a month before service, our tailgate started not locking when the doors were locked with the key fob or the auto lock button in the truck, having to be locked manually with the key. Also, the back up camera had went to a blue screen only. My husband was unsure if this was due to the tailgate issue recall. Upon picking the truck up, my husband noticed the tailgate and back up camera issues still existed. So, apparently, not part of the recall on tailgate. My husband asked the service tech and was told that our truck was not equipped with an automatic locking tailgate. What?!? It was an auto locking tailgate until about a month before service. Husband comes home, checks wiring just under truck by rear bumper. Theres a loose wire, he fixes that and, all of a sudden we have an auto locking tailgate again. Although, according to the service tech, our truck wasnt equipped with this feature. The back up camera also started working again. It just goes to show that even the dealership techs dont always have the correct answer
This place had a listing of a Ford Expedition I was interested in. So I called and spoke with Freddie from the used car department. He said he will text me the address and I would be welcome to come and see the car.Although he never texted me the address, I drove 45 min to that dealer and looked at the car. The test ride revealed an issue with the breaks (heavy vibrations while breaking). Further the two electric windows in the front did not work. Freddie promised me I would not have to worry, they would fix the brakes and provide a quote by the end of the next day for fixing the windows.I did not hear anything back. Two days later, I called several times to get a hold on Freddie. He said I will receive the quote to get the windows fixed in the next two hours. I never got anything nor did I get a call back.So I really cannot recommend that place. It is just a waste of your time.
Thank you AutoNation, David was a pleasure to work with and I was able to leave with a great car the same day! With not so good credit, a little bit of money and a not so decent trade-in. It is a miracle in my book! Looking forward to coming in for service on my vehicle in the near future. Thank you!
The sales person was awesome. He is the reason we give three stars( he gets 5) . He was very caring and professional. We felt sad when we saw the conditions of the used sales office. That building speaks volumes how this places feels about their employees. I could not believe you would put a costumer in that building? Clean up your act. No customer should ever see the conditions of the used sales office. Such a disgrace.we love the van. spare tire should have been included!!! ps, buyer beware, NEW CAR DOES NOT COME WITH SPARE TIRE!! WOW! someone from the shop said have the tire done elsewhere! Cheaper! Should have been free!! brand new car with no spare! total BS
The inside of the building is atrocious. Hard to believe it could ever get so bad, but either way I made the purchase. I closed the deal on a Friday and sat and waited three hours to sign the contract because there was only one finance representative in the building. Then was told the vehicle would need to inspected and so it would have to be delivered on the following Tuesday. As of Wednesday morning I hadn’t heard a word. I was finally contacted around noon and was told I could now pick up the vehicle since there was no porter available to deliver the vehicle. Or I could wait to have somebody deliver on the following business day. I’m not a buyer/consumer with super high expectations so I definitely settled. Did I feel uneasy through most of my buying experience? Yes, absolutely. Come on guys you can do so much better. I hope this is used more as constructive criticism more than anything else. Because regardless at the end of the day as I said you “earned” my business. I just wish I had better things to say about the establishment and how my transaction was handled. Maybe I was just that one isolated incident where everything that could have gone wrong did.
I wanted to take minute to thank the team from AutoNation in North Richland hills for making the buying process simple and pretty quick compared to my experience before at another dealer 4 years ago.First off Kevin is the man! He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and made sure my experience was top notch.I highly recommend Buying from AutoNation but also asking for Kevin to help you! I got a really good deal and they will work with you to make the purchase.I usually don’t make post or reviews so please understand that this review means a lot to me because I’ve took the time to write it out.Again thank you AutoNation and SUPERIOR SERVICE FROM Kevin Maher!Love the New Ram By the way!!
I bought a Jeep at the begging of this year and I make the request to have my extended waranties been removed from my loan. I went to the office last June and the finance department agreed to removed them. My finance company received two small checks. I called and called to the finance department to find out where is the last check that I suppose to received. The department is not calling me back or do anything about it. The receptionist just told me that they are busy and thats it. I have been patiently waiting but I have the suspicious they did not cancel one of the warranties. This is the first time that a dealership is not responding to my messages. I hope they contacted me in this week because I need to know if they cancel this or not.
Went and got a car back in July right after a wreck I go into, was so happy to get a new/used car. Turns out not even a month of owning the car (still making payments) I have to get a new transmission in the car PLUS it also had 3 recalls which should of been taken car of before I even got the car. So I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve made 2 car payments on it and am still waiting to get my car back. Which is ridiculous.
Absolutely horrible service at the used car center. We filled out our application online, they ran our credit and told us we were approved for the vehicle we wanted. So then we drove our family down there, an hour away, young kids and all. We were ignored for 30 minutes. Finally we approached a guy, he said he would check on the info. He disappears. The next guy looks it up and says hes gonna go get the keys. Never see him again either. We sit there for 2 hrs and finally a guy had us fill out the same application as online...again. then of course it takes longer. Finally we leave because everyone was starving. They say they will call us in the morning. We get called in the morning, and after the manager had already approved us, now they want 4k down. Lets not forget that their advertisement said zero down. Absolutely a huge waste of time, money, hard inquiries, and sanity. Dont come here.
BUYERS BEWARE!Well thought it was good at first. Now that almost a month has went by and they haven’t paid off my trade in and don’t seem to be bothered about it. The next stop is my Attorneys office. I’m still making the payments and carrying insurance on it just in case something happens while it’s still in my name. My credit union is saying still no payment has come in and there supposed to be a partnership dealer for my credit union. We’ll see how my Lawyers do with this situation.
Stay away from this dealership! Horrible customer service from the sales team to the management. The sales associate was informed when we arrived that I was wanting to test drive a specific vehicle due to currently ordering a Jeep from the factory. Unfortunately the factory was no longer putting the automatic V6 in the Sahara Altitude and was now using the 4 cylinder turbo. They sat me down and asked if they could match the deal if they could earn my business. I agreed of course. Right from the start I informed the associate that I was ordering a Sahara Altitude and his response was “Are you sure it has to be a Sahara?”. Again I’m ordering that specific model for a reason and not looking to compromise for some random Jeep in their inventory because I checked and they did not have anything that met my criteria. After 15 min of waiting for the associate to return from speaking with his manager about attempting to match the deal given to my by another Jeep dealership he stated that they could not match it but expect me to still place the order with them. I asked the associate if he would pass up on the deal that I’m currently getting and he stated yes. He became upset when I told him that it was insane to pass up on my current deal that would save me and my family more money. His response was So is that a no and you’re not going to give us your business? I told him no that I could not pass on the savings but that it was nice that he tried to match the deal. He said thank you and that he was not going to be letting me test drive a 4 cylinder turbo Jeep. I asked him if that was common practice to waste customers time and not allow them to test drive a vehicle. He responded yes and walked out of his office.I spoke with the manager who stated that it was common practice but would allow us to test drive the vehicle. The manager didn’t appear to care much about the incident and walked away. Another sales associate approached us and said that she would take us on a test drive and when I asked her if that was acceptable to treat customers and she also said that it was their lively hood to sale cars so if they were not going to make a sale that it was not worth their time assist customers. They could not match the deal and felt like it was okay to waste my time even though I was up front from the begging of my intentions. I test drove several other Jeep’s prior to placing my order to Jeep and was never treated like this from other dealerships.
Craig was awesome! He helped to make sure I was going to be taken car of and tried his best to work around my busy schedule. The team was quick with my car as well!
I had a fantastic experience when I went in looking for a jeep. They listened to my wants and needs and helped me find what was best for me! They also paid top dollar for my trade. Tony was wonderful. He was kind and easy to work with!
I had a great experience with Adam and Kevin at this dealership. They weren’t pushy at all as I tried to decide whether or not I wanted to purchase another Jeep. I would definitely recommend them for someone looking to purchase a Jeep in the area.
I gave 1 star because my service rep was punctual and did call me when asked with regular updates. The rest of the service is a huge joke. Kept my Jeep for 3 days and did not even fix the issue. I believe they did not even look. Not really sure they bothered to hook it up to diagnostics. Now truck still broke and I have to put it back in the shop. NOT this shop but a real one.
I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this dealership. From beginning to end I was highly satisfied. Ronaldo was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me with all my needs and I am completely satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!
BEWARE My young son purchased a used vehicle and they took advantage of his inexperience at his young age. The finance guy sales pitch was so illegal, he said the interest rate would be only half of the initially quoted rate if he got the extended warranty for $4000. He then turned around and instead wrote the contract with a warranty for $5500 without disclosing it. Then added another $5000 in services that were never disclosed. The vehicle broke down one week later due to a contaminated diesel tank that came with the vehicle. They wont take ownership of it. When my son started going over the paperwork reviewing the warranty, he realized that the contract did not have his signature. FRAUD ILLEGAL their claim is that on the iPad the signature doesnt look the same. Not true, none of the contract pages that disclose all these undisclosed information has his signature.. cant say anything about the new car side but the used side is practicing illegal practices. We tried to meet with Mr Jules and Mr Luna, and they would not return our calls and Mr Luna was very rude and didnt care to get to the bottom of the situation because the finance guy was lying and signed the iPad himself. If you want a stress free purchase stay away from this place.
I tried for three days to buy a car outright with no clue from sales people!NO ONE KNEW WHAT To do!!!!I have cash…credit card…wire transfer ready to go and they did not WANT my business!!!! Really???Samantha worked with me…Freddy was a manager …And No one returned calls to assist me buying a 2010 Scion XB! I had already set up for transportation to pick up the car from dealer to deliver to me in Virginia….and no assistance! That was the easy part!!This dealer has no clue what to do and it shows!!! Pitiful!!! Unsatisfactory for everyone involved!!!
Just purchased a 2019 Jeep Rubicon from the used car dealer here. Salesman was good (Drake), finance was fine. The thing thats crazy is that I just bought a fairly expensive vehicle from them, and they didnt include a full tank of gas? I was surprised to say the least. Of all the cars Ive purchased from a dealership in my life, this is the first time Ive ever driven off the lot without a full tank after purchase.I also do agree with some of the other reviewers here, the waiting area desperately needs an upgrade. The chairs are all trashed out. Seems more like a tote-the-note place than a national car dealership.
The best car dealer around. You walk in as a stranger and you drive out as a friend. Very kind and polite people. Specially Kate Kim and Manny Velazquez, they both go the extra mile to help you out. I strongly recommend this car dealer.
I took my car in for one day service work. Service advisor asking for 2 days. I have no problem with it. After 2 days got a call we screw up and damage your car but we ill fix it for you. Autonation should take responsibility and accommodate customer with rental when they are missing due date and accidently damage customer car. This cause customer without transportation for several days. Dealership totally try to avoid responsibility taking care customer. Make customer call Chrysler Customer service and Chrysler can only offer $25 rental fee reimbursement for only 3 days. If anyone can find rental in last minutes for $25 please let me know. After 5 days in the shop the car was not put back correctly all sensors was lid up like xmas tree. Service advisor siad they should test drive and dont know what happen. I tell you what happen someone is lying and someone not know what they are doing.Back to the shop for someone to fix the issue. Two days later issue fix but more scratch damage discover. One more days in the shop. Issue was totally dealership responsibility but they will take no effort to take care customer. Pretty much we screw up and too bad your take care yourself. I will not take my car for inflate my tires with this dealer. Shame on them.
We got a new Ram 2021 everyone was very nice, but after 2 weeks we decided to cancel the extended guarantee Service department is not answering my call anymore I have leave voicemails and messages on September 10, 2021 is going to be 2 month since I cancel and have not heard from them horrible customer service 😤
I am not sure what happened at this dealer, but it went from my favorite dealer that I loved so much … to a mediocre dealership. 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. All the people who use to work there are gone. Guess money is more important than customer service, since all their prices have more then doubled. Oil change and tire rotation over $100.00 now. I will be checking into somewhere else to get my car serviced. What a shame !!!
Horrible experience with used car division. The sales manager is rude and disrespectful. I bought a jeep from them late April early May and I could never get the doors off. Took to the service center where they said I needed to take it back the the used car side and see about getting it in with the body shop due to the doors would need to actually come off the frame of the jeep and be fixed. I went back, asked to speak to manager where I waited for over 45 minutes for him to call someone. All for him it tell me this is not our problem. It cleared safety and thats all we care about I told him he sold me a damaged jeep he said agsin it passed safety so not my problem if you want it fixed its on you not us. We dont check for damage only safety and its safe to drive.Hate to say it but you autonation have lost A LOT of future customers. That is poor customer service
Asked to honor ad on line, of course did not and did the mandatory add on speech, but that is fine. Asked to get car appraised via phone, they would not take appointment and do not care you have to work. Got to dealership, first time I met car salesperson, she took my keys and never even introduced herself as she knew who I was from the phone. Treated like I did not exist. I will not discuss the money deal, but we were close out of the gate and no Manager or anyone will even talk to me about the deal. Just treated unprofessional and they do care, they have the inventory and other dealerships are short so they can treat you however they want. Not getting my business, its just sad to see bad customer service when it is not necessary.
First, I advise you to read more reviews and you will see a common theme - they do not care about you once you have bought the vehicle. And I thought I could look past the overall appearance of the showroom/offices, but now it appears thats how this business is run.I found a good deal here, or so I thought at the time. The truck had just come in the night before on Friday so it was dirty and had not gone through their inspection process yet. the engine light was on and I brought it to the salespersons, Francisco, attention and was reassured that the truck would go through their inspections and anything that needed to be fixed would be. After a week from buying the truck I finally was able to pick it up, and it ran great....for 8 days. the light came back on, truck went sluggish, so I took it back in. I failed to mention that I had purchased the $3500 high mileage warranty. I was told by Francisco that they would take care of it. After having it for 6 days, Mackenzie in service simply handed the keys back to me and said she cant fix it and for me to take it to a Ford dealership. I asked to speak to a manger and was directed to Freddie and I was basically told theres nothing they can do. so I was sold a broken truck and a useless warranty, and Im still out my truck because I had to take it to a different shop. This place of business has zero consideration for the people that choose to purchase from them. I hope at the least someone reading this takes this as a warning to stay away from here.Autonation is a huge company, they need to do better.
My experience here was good. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The service I received from Brent was amazing. Brent is a knowledgeable guy and knows his stuff.
Just a heads up to Everyone thats fairly new to buying Used cars from dealerships. A salesperson is going to say all this nice stuff to you to make sure he makes the deal, so if your Used car that you really like has any damages like mine did he will say verbally that all that will be taken care of. But they have a Form for stuff like that they have you sign, and thats were my mistake was. I signed that Form and left it blank I really didnt think it needed to be on there for them to fix what the Salesperson said they would and I signed everything else and closed the deal. So everything that the Salesperson said would get taken care of never did. He never answered my text or calls, so I had to drive over there about 3 times and I stay 45 minutes away from the dealership. But every time I went they always told me an excuse and that they couldnt get it fixed that day or week. They said they will order the parts and let me know when they arrived so I can go but they never called me back. I called dealership so I wouldnt drive over there but same thing they just transferred me from one person to another and said to give them my number and they will check on it and call me back but they never did. I understand that dealerships get busy but come on, at least be honest with someone and tell them we will not get that fixed for you like they said so I can stop wasting my time and go to a shop and get it fixed myself. And thats what I did I just let it go and going to take care of it myself. Now they will read what I have said on here and say to call them but Im not. Im good AutoNation, thanks for the Car.
Toni Jackson is a great salesperson to work with! He was very straight forward and to the point. I went into sell my Ram 1500 and they gave me a great deal, no lowballs to start out with. He made the process very quick And easy! Paul Anderson had us sign paperwork and made it very easy to understand what we were signing for and I had a check within minutes of signing all of it!Thanks autonation for helping me out! I will be recommending this dealership and sales person to anyone I know looking to sell or buy!
We were there for greater than 3 hours for an oil change and alignment. They did wash my vehicle: which I greatly appreciated.
We had horrible experienceAnthony O. Was our salesman at the used lot car he lied to us several times. We were trying to buy a camaro. When we were ready to purchase. He said it had to be serviced. We traded my sons GMC he was gave us $500.For it. Took it in on a Saturday with title. The camaro still wasnt ready so they gave us a loaner. A whole week went by we never heard anything. The tags on the loaner was to expire so we contacted him. Ask how the camaro was doing he contacted me back said the transmission was bad and we were to look for another replacement. Mind you, we already gave $3,000 down and the $500. For traded in.We get there he has this junkie car for us said it was $2000 less come to find out it was same price. Found out that car had been in two previous wrecks. We asked for another loaner they would not do it.Needless to say we asked for our money back. They said we could get the $3,000 back but not the $500 on the trade in. We asked for our trade in back and they said it was already gone.We have not seen any money back yet and we lost the $500 completely.Very disappointed 😞Kat.
Pat in the Service Department provided great customer service. He communicated with me through the whole process of getting my sons car back up and running. He kept me updated on the status of the car and also contacted the warranty company, and made sure I agreed with work needed and cost.
Love my new car. The people there are very friendly. Obviously there’s a lot of paperwork involved in getting a car, so expect to be there waiting a while. I bought used, so I just wish they did a more thorough inspection so I didn’t have to go back to get some stuff fixed. But all in all, a very nice experience.
Absolutely the worst customer service!!!! From buying the vehicle to repairs since purchasing. They care nothing about their customers. Just made the first payment and it has been in the shop 3 times without fixing things. Only thing repaired properly was done at a different dealership under extended warranty that I purchased. DO NOT buy from or use this dealership for service. And, don’t even try to speak with their GM. They are all WORTHLESS!!!!!Second review here. Picked vehicle up from service on 8/30. Was taken in for a noise and taillight issue (that had already been into service for once before). When it was picked up, they said the light was working so they couldn’t look at it. Well, they were told when it was dropped off that it was a wiring issue. Well, today, that same dang light STILL isn’t working. Now, you can’t get help from a single soul. This dealership is horrific and WORTHLESS!!!!
I made an appointment for 2 PM yesterday 7/20/21). I checked in and said I would wait. I was told that the total service time would be 1 hour to an hour and ten minutes. The oil change was covered under my purchased service agreement when I bought my vehicle from them, and I was having the tires rotated, and new windshield wipers put in.After an hour and ten minutes I checked, and my vehicle hadn’t been touched. I checked and was told that my vehicle was next up. After waiting another 25 minutes and seeing that my vehicle still had not been touched, i told the techs that I had enough of the foolishness, so I needed my car - it was blocked in by another car. My vehicle was moved around, and impolitely turned back over to me. I told them that I had better not have an oil change charged against the number owed to me, since I had not received service.I took my vehicle to Speedee soil Change and it was completed in 20 minutes. There is no sense in making an appointment when it is basically going to be ignored. If they were that backed up, they could have told me that my appointment would be better the next morning. The whole arrangement was pathetic, and their response to the problem was completely ludicrous and impolite
Outstanding all around with great support & service. I want to send a shout out to Kevin St Louise who guided me through the process of choosing my truck & Brandon Kawachi who guided me through the financing part of the whole experience. Thanks again guys for your knowledge, service & most important………CARE!!Cheers!!!
Just walk in and talk to Manuel Velasquez, he will know how to help you, he was very professional and friendly, he is not the type of salesman that will push you or stress you out to buying a vehicle, we were really lucky to walk in and talk to him, it was late about an hour before closing time and he stayed and did not rushed us at all.. we are really happy with our new vehicle and a new friend.Manuel Velasquez habla Español y es muy amable si usted están buscando un carro nuevo o usado el les puede ayudar. Es muy atento y no esta empujándote a comprar algo que no quieres, nosotros les recomendamos a el al 100%.
Bought a brand new jeep which had real bad suspension/alignment problems from the day I purchased it. I have had supposedly 4 alignments done and not a single time did I ever receive a sheet for an alignment. On top of that, the Director of service never even called back when my advisor was out in order to get an update on my vehicle and new temp tags on their loaner vehicle. When I picked my jeep up it had a broken grab handle which they said they would cut a check and pay for and its been over 2 weeks with no check. You try calling and no one answers (probably stems from management who doesnt answer either)... The worst part is the jeep still isnt right. I wouldnt go to this dealer if it were the last dealership left. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the service woman while I caught her in multiple lies, she at least was friendly and they did give me a loaner truck to use. If not they would have had a 1 star. Chris the sales manager is the only decent person who works there and actually answers his phone. I hate writing bad reviews, there is already to much negativity in this world, but this has been the worst experience in a while at a dealership and others need to be made aware.
Please don’t go here, they are so pushy, but thankfully I did my research before. After I got the vehicle I wanted they made me and my family wait over 4 hrs to close. Then when I stated we need to go home and come back in the morning, you would have thought I called them a bad name. Slummy dealership, please go somewhere else. They are a corporate entity and could care less about your business. Oh and the financial guy lied about the interest rate. Luckily I had already gotten quotes and showed him. Then he changed his tone and dropped it. Shady shady people.
This dealership has lost me as a customer would highly not buy vehicle, from them again, signed all my paperwork they would cover tax tax and title my county tag agency received all my paperwork and now they’re saying I owe taxes and fees which this was promised in the deal they would cover everything. Ive got in contact with the supervisor over the title work and they are only sending a little amount which is not enough to cover all the fees so I’m basically out-of-pocket and driving around with expired temporary tag
Don’t trust them. Facility at the time was slammed packed with everything you could imagine in their products. They kept changing rebates and incentives to get more instead of what was advertised. They would discount one because of the other, but they clearly show online they could be used together and so did the company website.Final note…they asked me if I would just let my car go (repo) so the deal could be done because of my negative equity. Sorry, that is some shady unethical business there and that was from one of the sales managers.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREMy niece purchased a vehicle from here and she said the sales rep was amazing and gained her trust because he seemed to really care. ( She is a first time car buyer) However after being sold a vehicle 13 years old with over 200k miles on it for almost 20,000.00. She put 3500 down and NO WHERE on the paperwork does it indicate what the down payment went towards or that it was received at all. Then after having the vehicle only 6 weeks the vehicle stopped running and after having it towed to the shop it needs over 4,000 in repairs and instead of trying to assist her in this situation the only thing she was offered was a settlement to send them several more thousand dollars and they would consider the account closed. She also paid a couple of notes during this process 500 each and was told the last note would apply to the settlement offer and now they are saying that she paid the note on the 22nd but they didnt mail the offer until the 23rd so any payment after that would be applied to the settlement. ( NOT at all what the rep told her when she was making the payment) So they expect this 19 year old to have given them 7500 plus what she had to spend at the repair shop just to get it off their lot and the vehicle still does not run. All for having a vehicle for 6 weeks.
Having had great purchase experiences with 2 other AutoNation dealerships we hoped when getting our son’s first car we had come to the right place. Unfortunately that has not been the case. We purchased a used 2015 Ford Edge that had the check engine light come on after owning it for only 6 days. We have reached out several times to get it resolved and have not received a reply/follow-up from anyone at the dealership. The car is currently at the AutoNation Ford Frisco getting serviced so fortunately there is still time to make it right!
Ended up here for some warranty work on ram power wagon with 32k miles. One of the clamps had rubbed through a section of aluminum radiator hose. I patched it myself with water weld and pointed to the exact spot. Of course it wasnt covered under warranty and I was charged $165 diagnostic fee for them to lookup the part number and give me a $620 quote to fix it for a $100 part and literally 10 minutes to fix myself. I went ahead picked my truck up and paid the ransom fee of $165 dollars they claimed to be a diagnostic fee. When I drove away it sounded like someone installed a cold air intake. I pulled over and looked under the hood only to find it disassembled and the air intake was left open. I also had a new chip in the window. All I got was a sorry and this isnt how we operate. Hard to claim that when this is what I found after I drove away. What great customer service. Will never be back, beware!
This dealership could do a better job at customer service. Didn’t try to help me out, rush into giving me an offer. Didn’t really want to negotiate prices. Wanted to lowball me on my trade. They forgot how to do business with people.
After getting a bad run around at another dealership in the DFW area we went to Francisco Olivares. While unfortunately the vehicle I was looking for wasn’t to be had, Francisco bent over backwards to try and make us happy. I feel horrible we weren’t able to buy from him today but we will definitely be keeping up with inventory for future prospects!
Don’t waste your time with this dealership. My husband and I drove 4 hours round-trip, cash and check in hand, with the intent of purchasing a truck. It was listed on their website. We reserved it and had been dealing with a salesman and were never once informed that the truck was not in driving or purchasing condition. We were then blown off after a week of waiting on it while it was “in the shop”. Extremely unprofessional. Waste. Of. Time.
When I went to see about a newer pick up truck than what I had service there was really good and was able to get approved for a newer truck but then 2 weeks after I was having issues getting my truck to start went to go talk to them and seems like I was just getting the runaround and haven’t been able to get anything done looks like I’m going to have to get it figured out myself and not sure what good the extended warranty is if I can’t get anyone there to help me on this matter…
Went to autonation website (carguru and autotrader) found the car that i wanted called and scedualed appoitment, got a call in the morning that the car isnt for sale its for loaner so i looked on another car same situation ... why would you post cars with pricing online if they arnt for sale its misleading
Last week I was determined to find a 2020 challenger for my husband, as I love to stretch my pennies, I decided to have more than one option. Gladly, I met Ruben Tarango at autonation and since that moment I knew Id get a car from him. I explained my needs, what I was looking in the car, also I didnt want to break my bank account and he really went above and beyond to find the perfect fit, we were driving our beautiful challenger home in a few hours!!! The sales/financial teams are a great combo in this location. Ruben, thank you for making this purchase as smooth as can be.The Bourland team.
Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler in March 2021 and was promised weather mats for my vehicle. I called two weeks after the purchase to check in and no update. Then they said back order. I contacted again via text a month later, and I received no response. It’s now the end of June and I never received an update.I also only used my windshield fluid maybe 3 times after I purchased the vehicle and an alert came up saying I needed to fill the fluid. I assumed there may have been a leak. When I had it checked out, they said there was nothing wrong with the hose and that the dealership probably didn’t fill it up (like they should have) before selling. There is a long list of other concerns, especially with the finance department, but I don’t know that they can be resolved at this point. I don’t think I would purchase another vehicle from this location in the future.
I would never recommend AutoNation to anyone. Every aspect of their business has been severely disappointing. Finance is a mess, the sales team is not held accountable, service is a inefficient and unreliable, and the staff at all levels are lacking. If you are foolish enough (as I was) to pay for a service contract with AutoNation, expect misleading service, and a 2+ hour wait time for even the simplest of maintenance requests (out of the 4 oil changes I’ve received there as per of my service contract, the average return time on my vehicle has been 2.5- 3 hours. If you need additional service, team members may or may not tell you about additional fees that are not covered by your contract, even if asked. Do not deal with AutoNation. Friends don’t let friends deal with AutoNation.
Had to get the touchscreen replaced on my Ram 1500 radio. The estimated wait time was about one hour. A little over an hour had passed and my service advisor (Jonathan) came and told me they were having a few issues and they would need more time. Instead of making me wait there longer, he put me into a loaner car so I could get back to work. They had the issue fixed by the end of the day. Appreciate Jonathans attention to detail in this process.
Wasted my time for 4 hours, showed me a dirty vehicle that was supposed to be new but was muddy and filled with dog hair and had over 1k miles on it. The salesman and finance manager acted like my time was completely unimportant to them, even walking away and casuallytalking with other employees for 15+ minutes at a time with no explanation as to what was taking so long . Refused to take my financing, and refused to tell me what rate they would offer me, only wanting to talk about monthly payments. I will never do business with any AutoNation franchise.
They lied and said they fixed my A/C and gave me a new oil change but I had to pay for both of those when it came off the lot and they broke one of my mirrors without fixing it. The car also had a missing tire sensor so that came out of my pocket as well. They have terrible service. When I called multiple time to ask about an update on my vehicle, they hung up without answering. Their employees don’t do anything in person. They stand around and watch soccer games on the TV.
