Pros: The staff is nice and easy to talk to. Thank you to Renee, Lafayette and Joel for getting me into a car same day. When prompted they will give you as much information as you ask for. Lafayette was extremely patient while I made my decision.Cons: This lot will not use your bank pre approval (which I asked about over the phone). The car that I wanted that said available in the system was not at the lot so i opted for something else.Overall a good experience I needed something quick and I am not super picky. Joel and Lafayette did keep me within my monthly budget. Think of Carvanas no haggle pricing You get what you get and you dont pitch a fit. They do offer GAP coverage and Apex coverage. I should have read the reviews of Blaiden and Sean Brown before shopping there. I was there last Saturday 10/16 to get a car. The friendly atmosphere is why I gave it one star instead of none. I had the black Toyota Yaris 2009 for almost 5 days. The mileage was already at >196,000 miles but I was still optimistic since it was only planned for use to and from work. The transmission gave out after only 5 days! The estimate I was given to replace the transmission was almost $2500. I paid the $1000 down they requested so the car balance now is about $8,000, excluding the price to replace the transmission. The car for 5 days and it already needs a new transmission since most of their vehicles are as is? Dont make the mistake I did. Save your money and shop somewhere else!

Walking in amazing staff very professional my guy LB made sure I understood everything no hassle. The salesperson, Ellis, that I was referred to, was the most unprofessional and pushy person I have ever met. He acted like his vehicles were too good for me. I need a truck and he refused to sale me one. Instead he kept trying to sale a family car to run a lawn service out of. Be was rude. Needless to say I walked out. I will not be coming back.

I feel like at this specific location A lot of people made me feel unwelcome but the most of them all was Mr. Gabino, my Car Store as a company itself has its faults I have financed with them not once but twice they have beautiful cars but their customer service is ridiculously terrible. Specifically the Camp Bowie location Mr. Gabino was friendly at first and he saw that I used to lease or finance with My Car Store I showed him the credentials to show that the car is no longer in my possession Mr. Gabino Refused to work with me not only did He ignore my text messages and my phone calls but they hung up in my face multiple times and I just wanted a simple answer if I got approved or not after a few days of calling back to back a nice gentleman answered the phone and provided me with the information that I needed but it shouldn’t of took that long and I wish I knew that gentleman’s name so I could give him the proper praise that he deserves, but Mr. Gabino’s customer service was terrible his callback time is terrible if I am a potential buyer or even a return buyer he should treat me with the proper customer service that I deserve I love My Car Store I love their cars but their customer service sucks! I would not recommend this to anyone and I will definitely not be coming back here!!

Do not ever buy a car from here. They have been giving me the run around about my car for more then 5 hrs. Ive only had the car for 2 weeks and 4 days before it shut completely off with no warning and they act like they dnt even have my car at the building anymore and to top it off they fired the crew that sold me the car and brought in new ppl. I would never recommend anyone getting a car from here.

Decided to just stop by to see the car store inventory was like. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jarrett Dean. I needed a car and went and spoke to Nez, and he was very nice and patient with me. He checked on me periodically while waiting on the finance department. Even got me in a 2020 Toyota Corolla that I was not expecting and blessed to get. New even out of his way to bring documents to my home that I forgot to sign.3 months later, I find out the vehicle has been in a wreck and my bumper was glued to my car and is now hanging. Of course I did not see this until later when Texas heat starts to melt the glue. I did bring it up there a month after I got it because it looked like it was glued to get it fixed but unfortunately I signed the sold as is and they will not be fixing it. So much for my blessing. I should have known.

This car lot is a joke Do not shop here for cars this place is a rip off these ppl charged me $1450 for a 2006 plus told me my car note was 220 every 2 weeks then when I called 3 days early to make a payment my car note was 275$ I was told BC of the CPI thats bs because the CPI is normally already included in the $220 ....I call and set up payment arrangments until Tuesday go outside Sunday morning and my car gone smh .... Just paid $1450 down but these ppl dont care so rude and unprofessional .....SCAM ALERT !!!! SCAM ALERT !!!!
