I bought this car during COVID last summer when selections were limited. I was looking for a specific model, type, and color. Elevate was the only one to come close. Car looked great when I saw it in the bright sun and my aging eyes. What I didn’t notice, or think to look for in a newer vehicle, was the corrosion around the edges of the hood. I had their 90 day warranty which doesn’t specify that in either the covered or not covered section. After I let Joy know what I discovered, a manager called me and assured me he would do whatever he could to assist (his body shop to take care of it was his preferred solution, but was open to other options). This felt very reassuring and I had high hopes. Now flash forward 9 months and all I have received are “sorry about that, let me get back to you...” responses from Joy (except my last attempt to contact her, no response). Be sure to check EVERYTHING and heed my cautionary tale. I prefer to purchase from reputable dealers rather than small companies who sell auction vehicles, but as I said before, it was a timing thing for a specific car. Glad there seem to be so many happy customers (although I question the legitimacy of some reviews), it’s why I felt I could trust this dealer.

I purchased a vehicle. Miguel the salesman/manager knew I was purchasing this vehicle for my son for a graduation gift. So this was a very special purchase. When my son received the car, the radio malfunctioned. I contacted Miguel to ask if he could have their service department look at it for me. He stated we were past the 3 mo/$3000 warranty(which was 3 days past) and they would not be to assist me. I called back and spoke with him and another manager begging for them to diagnose the radio in good faith/ customer retention. Both Miguel and Joy agreed they would follow up once they check the availability of their service department. It’s been almost 2 weeks. No call!Don’t purchase anything from this dealership- Miguel was beyond rude and unprofessional and don’t give a damn about what they sell you AFTER they receive your money!!!

The sales agent was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the vehicle of Interest had a chip in the windshield. I was told the chip would be sealed rather than the windshield being replaced. For me that was not an acceptable option. The vehicle price was $25,000. I would want it to be as perfect condition as possible.

We bought a minivan this weekend and had an amazing experience. Joe was our sales man and he was friendly and not pushy at all! We had a mechanic check the car out and he confirmed everything advertised about it was true. This was not our typical car buying experience! It was so smooth and easy. Would definitely buy here again. The finance guy was helpful, not pushy and very efficient as well. Great experience overall!

Could not be happier with my purchase or the service that I received! Gave me more than what I expected on my trade in and had me financed within minutes. I traveled from Austin, Tx. for the truck and I’d do it three times over again. Also forgot to get my garage door opener out of the truck I was trading in, called back the next day to let them know and they had it in the mail that evening. Ask for Joy, she is awesome!

The ladys and everyone is nice but theres just a few things I just cant appreciate and one of them is when they lie. No sold as is sale paper was on the windows and when we wrote down everything this car had wrong they said they would fix it so I signed as if the paper was there but this writing in the picture was the only thing that was visible.

When I arrived he just told me about the car and let me take it on a test drive. Once I decided I was ready to purchase he handled everything with my bank. I met with Joy and had a wonderful experience. My partner and I showed up about 45 minutes before they closed, and I ended up test driving about 5 different cars. The salespeople were great- very friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable communicating my needs. After reviewing some other places, I plan to go back to complete my purchase.

My brother bought a Camaro from these guys when Covid first hit, and all though the car runs great, these guys are SHADY. He was sold an extended warranty and told that the finance company wouldnt approve him unless he did. Thats unethical and illegal. They also told him that since his license was expired he had to put another $1,000 down or the finance company wouldnt approve him. These guys will do anything to get you in a car but not before holding you hostage with shameless tactics. I am sending a complaint to the better business bureau.

Having used various search engines and sites I found a couple of vehicles I liked and toured the dealers looking for the right one.Elevate in FW stood out as personable, knowledgeable and the car was great.I was shown the features, given a lengthy drive to get a feel and felt confident in the car.I am a first time car buyer, though I had already sorted my finance with my bank.The dealership tried to better my rate, and couldn’t.We sorted a deal, signed the paperwork, I sorted my insurance, and the deal was done.The day I chose to chase up my registration and vehicle plates the dealer advised that they were in so I collected myself.Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously I’d have liked a better deal, but don’t we all!?

**UPDATE 3/3/20**I had a great car buying experience with this dealership. I was pre-approved thru Capital One using auto navigator. Worked on helping achieve the desired now I wanted. No pressure to buy. Diego was great, not too pushy. The Chevy Tahoe was just as listed on their website. While doing the test drive the check engine light came on and I was advised of a broken door handle that would be fixed. The check engine light was diagnosed on the spot with paperwork drawn up to ensure the door and check engine light would get fixed. The passenger door handle needs work as well. I will update this review with more when the issues are resolved.**UPDATE**So the door handles were repaired, the check engine light did not come on. HOWEVER, shortly after having the vehicle for all of 20 minutes my brakes failed. Brake light came on, traction and stability indicated off. I immediately contacted Diego and advised of the issue, sent a picture as well. Spoke with Mark who was just as shocked as myself and Diego lol. I was just scared because when the brakes failed I almost ran into traffic. We worked out me driving a loaner vehicle so they could work out everything that was wrong. (I had to take my son to Louisiana to visit his father that very next morning..I needed a vehicle.) Mark was more than willing to help and assured me it was a fluke or something weird as the truck was in great condition. I allowed a week to go by as I didnt want to rush anything since I already had something to get me and my boys around. I also requested that the truck I was purchasing was cleaned as the first time it was returned to me dirty from where the work was done on the inside and it was definitely dirty on the outside. I also requested a copy of the invoice of the work that was done. I will still take the vehicle to a dealership and have them go over, even though I accept their word that the truck is fine. I am enjoying my Tahoe. It drives great and handles the highway as expected. My boys are able to relax, stretch out and enjoy our trips to and from our home state to visit family, which is what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a team who actually puts your wants into consideration (note amount, vehicle choices etc.)

This is a really nice car lot. The cars are low mileage and decent priced. The manager Rick went above and beyond to show us cars. We came over after work right before close. He was courteous and professional. This guy knows his stuff and I know they will sell alot of cars. There is no comparison in DFW this place is amazing.

Awful and rude experience! Larry was our salesman. 1st, the car we were interested in had a dent in 1 picture you couldnt see fully but there were NO other pictures of that angle. We get to the dealership to look at the car. It was a shoddy patch up job and i could literally push the repaired area in. Larry was asking $200 more than what was lsited online and WOULD NOT talk money or anything until we gave him our VIN or anything for what we MIGHT trade in. He acted like WE were bugging him. It was awful.

My personal vehicle broke down on me and I needed immediate access to transportation. This was my first time to buy a car, new or used, from a dealership. You can imagine the overwhelming feeling of finding the right one for me. I was initially interested in a Chevy Trax and found this location with low mileage with affordable prices. It was actually the first on the list of automobiles I found online. Im overly happy I came here first. When I indicated my interest online with looking at the Trax, my sales rep. Mr. Diego Valdez was quick to call me the next day to set up a time for me to come by. Being that I work for the government, I can understand how folks have a negative connotation with car dealerships. That was not the case for me here. As soon as I arrived Mr. Valdez greeted me and my party at the door. This gentleman was very professional in introducing himself to me, a friend, and her 7 year old son with handshakes. He drove us to a location that would allow me to test drive the car on hand. Although I knew immediately this was not the car for me. Mr. Valdez did drive us back and allowed me to further look through what else they had on inventory with professional patience. My friend mentioned a Mitsubishi Outlander that looked interesting as far as room size for me. Now Im a bigger guy so room size is of importance. As soon as I sat down in the drivers seat, I knew immediately this was the one. I didnt need to test drive it, although Mr. Valdez didnt want me to purchase the car without being thoroughly certain it felt right in all aspects. You can imagine the impression this had on me. I, a customer willing to buy a car without a test drive, but the sales rep with good insight recommending I should. Everything felt perfect with the test drive and the car itself.Now I must mention Ive never had a credit card. In the 32 years of my life I never felt the need for one. As it is, I dont have a credit history and was previously advised earlier that morning I was denied a loan through a federal bank for lack of credit. The loan officer at Elevate Car Sales was great. He worked with me and was able to finance an option that allows me to make payments. Through and through, I highly recommend this location or any Elevate Car Sales location near or far from you. Their business practices and overall patience are phenomenal. I didnt feel pressured or coerced at any point. The experience was greatly appreciated and I will be doing business with them for many years to come. You may not find the car you desire, but I still recommend at least stopping by. You might find the right car you need.
