Carlos, who my appointment was with, was very friendly and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. The vehicle I initially wanted was no longer available, but Carlos went out of his way to lead me to a separate location to search for a vehicle with my particular needs and interests. The entire process was hassle-free and easy. Everything was explained to me and they even accepted my trade-in. I would highly recommend this experience to any one needing to finance a vehicle. This was the fastest place I’ve ever been to when trying to purchase a vehicle. You either get approved or not in the matter of minutes so your not sitting around for hours just to not be approved. They were also so helpful and they gave me a great deal. I have also never been anywhere that has their own in house insurance it’s so convenient. This also came with 3yr warranty. MCMC gave me very good customer service. And made sure I got what I wanted for the price I said I could afford. They didnt haggle with me at all. I appreciate all of this. However, the Honda CRV I chose has a couple issues, so I cant give 5 stars until I see how their repair shop help me with them. Oh ya they fix problems as long as your making payments. That a real plus. Dont know yet if theres a limit to what they are willing to repair. To Be Continued...
