I took my vehicle in for service and they told me nothing was wrong just ran out of gas. Okay picked my car up and the next day my check engine light was back on and still having the same issues that I was having prior to taking it to them. They didn’t even try to fix the issue she assumed it was because no gas and sent me on my way.
This may change but as of right now not happy!! called and made an appointment for today. i dropped the car off yesterday called this evening and the haven’t even look at it. in my opinion that is not acceptable i need my car. but their attitude is we have our cars to get home with so to hell with your car.
After my son bought his car, the engine had a problem. MCMC did a great job getting the car fixed and back to my son. Service Mgr. Ryan was very helpful and kept us posted during the repairs.

I am currently being robbed blind by this company for a car they advertised as freshly vetted abd serviced. I had the vehicle roughly 3 weeks before the transmission gave out. MCMC had their asset towed to their service center on 12/23/19. Drafted my payment on 01/02/2020. On today 01/08/2020 I still have to uber everywhere I go. I have no car. The general manager pf the Haltom location made false promises, and then never contacted me again. Dont buy here. Im super sad that Im bound to this lemon market for 3 years.
I purchased a vehicle from Pablo at MCMC in May. The purchasing experience was great, very easy considering the nature of my credit. They also took very good care of me after the purchase. 2 weeks after my purchase the A/C system went out. Although this was not covered under the basic warranty coverage the dealership covered my expenses with my local mechanic. I would strongly encourage anyone that does not think they can obtain financing to contact MCMC and Pablo to allow them to assist you.
I really like what they had on the lot. Nice up to date cars with good/great mileage on this. I recommend this place over all, but I would most definitely speak to Efrain. I was there getting service on vehicle purchased 1 month ago. Arrived at 9am and told it could take a while. After waiting until 2pm car was barely waiting. After speaking with someone in servicing was then told that servicing could take longer. Then was told on some occasions I may need to leave car and to have someone waiting in case I need ride to leave and to arrange another ride... was never given this opportunity upon arrival...no coffee offered and was extremely hungry. I. Could not recommend dealership to friends or anyone needing a car... totally disappointed...
If I could give them zero stars I would. They have a friendly customer service but will lie and will not return calls or fix vehicles. Extended warranties with their vehicles to use elsewhere is a waste of money. Pretty sad because I had a really good salesperson two years ago at a sales lot.

No joke - 5 stars! I purchased the high tech warranty when I bought the car a year and half ago and that was the best thing I ever did! The air compressor started making a horrible noise and I knew it was not good. I called MCMC to find out what to do and they referred me to their service center in Fort Worth. I immediately spoke with Rudy who told me what my next steps were going to be. I dropped it off on Monday and was called later that day by Rudy (who is always smiling!!) that it was the compressor and they had to order the part so it would be a day or two. Listen Im not new to the world of cars. I didnt take it in thinking it would be immediately fixed. These things take time and there is nothing you can do about it! I went and rented a car because I knew that was my responsibility. Rudy called me on Thursday and said its ready to go! I went in this morning to pick it up and let me tell you --- first off, Rudy was STILL smiling and secondly, my car purrs! She is back to normal and they did a fantastic job from beginning to end. I was hesitant going in because of some of these reviews but honestly I think its all about the attitude you go in with! Thank you Rudy! If I ever need anything else I will definitely not hesitate to call you! You made this trying problem in my life easy and that meant the world to me!
This is the worst auto company I have ever experienced. They told me I will pay one price at the car dealership but soon as I started Auto paying the price went up extremely...They repaired my car and when I got my car bag it had feces all in the bottom floor. They repaired the thermostat housing and didnt replace any antifreeze...if youre looking to be cheated out of your money this is the right place to go... They get no stars..
Well I dont know were to start but Im VERY UPSET!! So Let me start of by saying I been with this dealership for 2 years and I have never had any problems until now..... It started Friday (11/11/16) When my car went hot on me and I had to call them so they can take a look at my car too see what cause the car to go hot, now Keep in my they dont provide help when it comes to a rental car so I had to pay out of my pocket to cover the charges on the rental. I live in Dallas so having to drive to fort worth is a long drive for my Husband and I..... so they call me Wednesday to come and pick the car up. My Husband and I arranged to be off work for a little while so we can drive the cars back home and drop off the rental car. We drop the rental car off first and than the car starts running HOT!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS? I called Travis and all he says is ooh Im sorry i guess you need to bring it back so we can look at it again. Im already in Dallas and IM already late for work so because yall didnt look at the car correctly thats MY FAULT and now I have to tell my boss Im late again and have to figure out what to do next. Thomas calls me saying they need the car today that if I continue to drive it past today they WILL NOT COVER THE CAR !! FINE COME GET THE CAR!! now moving forward they tow the car back to them that night and I go back to the rental place the next day to get a rental again( spend around $230) for the rental the first time( 5 days) and now IM spending (100) for rental (2 days) and I cant forget I gave them 100 the first time for my deductible to fix the car I forgot that. (Which was not fixed) I NEVER GOT A CALL THAT THURSDAY !! NO ONE called to say hey Leandra we got your car here and soon as I find something well call you. I said to my self ill just give them time Im tired of calling them. Thomas calls and says you need a new ENGINE WOW!! and if you want the insurance to cover it I have to show them every receipt for the past two years of my oils changes and everything I did to the car like really who has that!! RIP-OFF!!! Moving forward my car was hailed on really bad so they said I can turn the car in and they can see what they can do about getting me in something ( THEY CAN SEE) so Thomas calls me Friday and need to come out there to sign off on paper work, thats what he needs to do to get started to close my loan and see about another car, now keep in mind Im in Dallas and Im sick so rush out that way Friday to do the paper work for Travis to tell me ooh Thomas forgot to tell you to actually start the process you need to pay $250!!! SERIOUSLY!! Well can I talk with Thomas ooh hes not here! so I drove out there for no reason.They do NOT care about nobody else. Travis was supposed to call me back to see if they could help me with that cost, he didnt not call. They close at 6 I called him back at 5:45 PM for him to tell yeah I called Thomas and he said you have to pay that before we do anything else. I said so they cant work we me on that I spend around $500 for NOTHING TO BE FIX!! A WASTE OF TIME. IF I knew the whole time my car could of been totaled out $250 would been what I gave them in the first place. Now I have NO CAR, NO MONEY AND ITS THANKSGIVING COMING UP SMH. They could of said we wave it or can you pay 100 or next check you owe us this amount. No one said sorry they all act like they didnt care AT ALL .RUN RUN RUN because I would NEVER thought my dealership would treat me this way! AT THE END OF IT ALL THEY DID NOT HAVE MY BACK AT ALL ! GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY WILL HAVE YOUR BACK!! AS LONG AS YOUR MAKING PAYMENTS ITS ALL GOOD BUT WAIT TILL SOMETHING HAPPENS AND SEE WHO HAS YOUR BACK NOT MCMC HAPPY HOLIDAYS MCMC!!!!!! First and foremost if I could give this company -1000 stars I would. I bought a car from them 11/18/19 and they repossessed it 12/08/19. I disclosed with the MANAGER that I may not be able to make the payment until my pay check which fell 8days after the payment date. When I went to the dealership I was told that it would not take long because I was approved over the phone and I would need a $750 down payment. I went in and I ended up spending over 4hours waiting for the car to arrive and in the mist of things other customers came in the salesman was so focused on everything else he kept saying just give him 2 secs which turned into another hour. The manager ended up rushing through the paper work with me and not showing the video that they are REQUIRED to show because he knew I had been there way too long! While we were doing the paper work the salesman chimes in and stated that he JUST 4 almost 5 hours later realized that the vehicle required a $1000 dollars down! They said that I could pay the additional $250 with my following check that’s when I stated that I needed my first payment to be made on the following pay check! The manager being a manger DID NOT stop and say well it’s a possibility that your car could be repossessed. Not to mention the check engine light came on I bought the car on a Monday the following Monday the light was on. This company has no morals or integrity. And the manager was only worried about the sale. I have spoke to 4 account managers and asked to speak to their manager and now more than 24 hours later she returns my call after leaving her 3 msgs. Not only did she say there was nothing she could do and I asked for her to let me speak to her boss the ceo the owner whoever she hung up on me stating there is no one else I could speak to besides her as if I’m not smart enough to know this is a whole company that cannot be ran with 6 people. I advise anyone looking to buy a new car go elsewhere make sure your getting a good deal not being a customer that they feel like hanging up on them is being fed up dealing with them. Also the car that I got came from another location and the inside was decent but not 100% clean but all the cars that I looked at at this specific location were filthy there were a few I didn’t sit in! They are the absolute worst that’s not an opinion that is a fact!!!!! I would like the owner to contact me and they account managers are able to let you know exactly who I am so they can give you my information! (Burleson location)I just finished ready other negative reviews so before you all can say that I am not a real customer my middle name is what I used to creat this email and the last name is my actual last name and I’m sure you can find my whole name using my last name and then repo date!

Well, I was With my brother at the time, who was buying a vehicle. Anyway, he bought it. But, just a few weeks later we went to clean it out for the first time. Also, washing it. I lifted up the floor mat and there, right in front of me, I came in contact with a needle with residue still inside of it. So, to those who are reading this, please inspect the vehicle before purchasing it. Thank you. I dont want any one catching a disease. I could have caught something if I did not see it. Please Be careful if you go to this UNCLEAN place to purchase vehicles. Sure, there are good deals but I would rather not have a life long disease because of some ones carelessness.

I was having trouble finding a car to fit my budget due to bad credit. The good people at MCMC were able to help me find a really nice car and also got me financed there too. It was really a great experience for me since I had been to other places and not received much help. I told my friends and family about MCMC and how they helped me.
We thought this was a good company but if you dont want your car repossessed within 30 days dont do business with them. They stop our automatic draft for payment and then the repossessed our car and thirty days have not even passes yet. Then blow our phone up to see if we want the car back. Shame on you. Going to Better Business Bureau also.

The worst! Don’t even waste your time. Called me early in the morning and asked me a series of questions and sending numerous texts.At one point, I was filling out the online application and paused for a second, since I had other important things to do then deal with them. I get a text asking me why I had paused on stage 2 and if I had any questions....SERIOUSLY!!After a series of about five voicemails, endless texts and 15 phone calls ( in a time frame of about 5 hours), I’m getting a little weary! I truly believe they do not know what they’re doing and choose who they want to help. This is not my first rodeo buying a vehicle, I know how the process works.On call number 15, again all this in a matter of 5 hours, she’s asking for some other redundant information, I was seriously getting a little concerned working with them because after purchasing numerous vehicles, I’ve never had to answer so many common sense questions, it was more like a CIS interview.Well after I hang up from this lady, about 30 seconds later, I get a phone call from their “finance manager”, some male, that didn’t think it was necessary to introduce himself when you call somebody, tells me to forget everything and they cannot help me. Ok.....so from wanting my DNA almost, they go to “sorry we can’t help you” in a matter of 30 seconds.What he should’ve said, is that he does not “want” to help me, “want” being the keyword.Don’t waste your time here, they pick and choose who they want to help. My issue is not bad at all but they just don’t know want to do their jobs. I go to Crest Cars in Plano, a regular and reputable dealership and drive away with another BMW, process took 3 hours and the experience was amazingly better.All I can say, thank you Mr. Finance Manager for that call, you made me a very happy person today! 😀

Called before I went up there due to no transportation inquiring if the process could be started over the phone. Pablo informed no I would have to come in and it would be at least 30 mins. He also informed me that I need my id my ss card and 4-6 references. So I find a ride and get dropped off. When I get in there Pablo informs me oh, you need your check stubs. Well if I was given that info on the phone before coming up here I wouldve brung them. He acted as though he couldnt start the process without them. He was like who did I speak and I informed him YOU! Such a waste of time and I didnt get an apology. Just because no epathy was shown makes me not want to do business with MCMC. But if I do decide I definitely wont be working with PABLO!
