I originally took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in to be serviced today the first part of September 2021 explained in great detail what was going on. No, loaner car was available. Two days later I received phone call my car was ready. Quoted one price when I got there it was $175 more?Leave the dealership and my car was still doing the same thing. I returned car to dealership. Still no loaner car. About 10 days later they car and said they had a loaner car. This was a mini -van which was hard to drive. I drove that for approximately seven more days calling them and letting them know that I would like to switch out the loaner vehicle that the minivan was too long for me to drive. On about day 25 they called and said that they had a different loaner vehicle and I was put into a jeep latitude. Still no word about my vehicle or no clue what was going on with it. I ended up getting into a car accident with the loaner vehicle. So after about 40 days of their service department having my jeep Cherokee and still no clue what was wrong with it I get a phone call from a salesman telling me that I have a $6900 shop bill and they will give me $10,000 for 2019 jeep Cherokee only on trade..It bothers me that this dealer has no respect for hard-working individuals because I was told that they were just going to auction off the Cherokee and let it be somebody else’s problem. If a dealership can’t fix the problem why should somebody else have to purchase a car that they can’t fix?I ended up purchasing a 2015 car from them which I felt pressured into buying because it was the only thing I could afford because my 2019 jeep Cherokee was paid off completely and I didn’t want to have a car payment because I’m a full-time student. What bothers me the most about this dealership is things were missing out of my jeep Cherokee a pair of earrings so where did they go? The lack of customer service, communication, dishonesty. I was also never given a copy of my shop bill. I ask continually and not a single individual could produce it? It bothers me that they would auction off some thing they can’t even fix to be sold to possibly a single mom do you think she’s going to be buying a reliable vehicle!I have never felt so taken advantage of by a business in my life! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!

The single star is for our salesman Pedro, who was nice although green, otherwise the owner Kyle, especially, doesn’t even deserve a star.We were asked to put a $1,000 down payment/hold deposit on a new Ram Saturday afternoon if we wanted to finalize the purchase Monday. We communicated that we would be there at opening, 8:30 am Monday morning.We live 4 hours away, so we were very serious about the truck.Upon arrival, Monday morning, our great salesman, Pedro, & great finance guy, Daniel helped us through the buying process & were the only two people communicating with us.We were notified that the boss, Kyle, had taken the truck for the weekend & that an employee would be picking it up soon. This was at 8:30 am. They said he was out golfing and were going to get the pickup from him and bring it to the store for us. There was a major thunderstorm with lightning happening all morning for some background. (Smart people don’t golf with metal clubs in wet weather)3 hours later (11:30) there was still no word of the truck and a serious lack of communication as to where and when it may arrive. We asked to borrow a vehicle to go to lunch, as we had been up since 4:30 am to make the trip and be there when the store opened. We were given a truck with 15 miles of fuel to E.1 hour later we came back to the dealership, 12:45 pm & were told the boss was 15 minutes away.When the truck arrived, we waited for it to be cleaned inside & out and finally went through final steps with our salesman. The owner had gotten liquid stains on the carpet, so that had to be cleaned again and the driver/owner scratched the center console on the driver side with the seatbelt. This was not buffed out. Saturday, pictures of the vehicle showed 14 miles. it arrived with just over 300 miles.By 1:45, we finally spoke to sales manager, Jay, because we walked into his office, stating our concern with the 5 hour wait solely caused by the owner.We were told the owner was notified Saturday evening to have the truck there Monday. At 8:45 am, we were told he was notified again.To say we were disappointed in the owner, the 5 hour transaction, & lack of any remediation, is an understatement. Jay, as a sales manager, & whomever the general manager was, much less the owner should have had the balls to come apologize without us asking to speak to someone.

Sales team is amazing. The service department sucks. Dropped of my Jeep twice and they never fixed the issue. They kept telling me the part was ordered but hasn’t come in. You can’t get ahold of anybody and you will constantly be transferred. What a joke!

OLIVER CHEEKS WAS GREAT! Absolutely hard working and will make sure you get what you want/need. The missing star is for the finance team. You had everything right until you printed the wrong buyers receipt and paper tag for my vehicle. Now I have to make a return trip on Monday to get the right tag.

I believe more can be said about a company in how they treat a customer after the sale, than how they treat the customer to get the sale. We purchased our used 2016 Chevrolet Volt, and within an hour off the lot had issues. The dealership worked with us to resolve everything in a manner satisfactory to my wife and I.I would just add a word a caution to any customer, no matter where you go to purchase a vehicle, to check things out, ask questions prior to signing paperworks, and if possible, have an independent mechanic check everything out, if purchasing a used vehicle. I would have been able to avoid the issue, but am happy that Meador management did what was right, even at cost to themselves in the end.

Highly impressed with the service Junior provided!!! I was in a rush and he went above and beyond getting me the service I needed. He make sure my car was done on time for a super tight deadline and even picked me up himself when the normal shuttle service wasnt available! As a result I made it to my appointments on time and wasnt delayed.He was exceptional!!!!! Truly great service!

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Freedom package from Meador Dodge and Lacey Snider was my sales representative. She made it seamless, easy, answered all my questions, showed me the latest technology that Jeep has to offer, and it was a easy transaction! I definitely recommend Lacey and the dealership. Also, shout out to Anthony in finance. I usually hate that part and he was very transparent about the figures and did not hard sell me on anything.

I purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 and had a seamless experience from this dealership from the time I stepped foot on the lot. The entire process took about 90mins! This is the first time in my 54 years that Ive had a dealership work like this. Anthony was my salesperson and I cant say enough good things but he was very professional, attentive, and listened to my wants and needs and has a no rush or pressure attitude, truly wonderful to do business with. It doesnt stop there, the sales mgr, finance dept. and finance mgr. all were very nice and respectful.

Bought brand new 2021 Rubicon Wrangler which began to make a squeaking sound in the rear drivers side suspension area. I took it to their service department at 11am on a Friday and didnt get it back until Tuesday. By the way, NO loaners! Once I got it back, it still made the same squeaking noise. So I go to a local mom/pop tire shop and they find the problem in 90 seconds (dust shield rubbing against brake caliper). I drive back to Meador for them to correct this problem on my 4 month old car and demanded that it get done that day since I just went without any vehicle at all for 5 days. They told me that I could not be bounced to the front of the line and would have to wait my turn. I drove off and found a brake shop that fixed it in 30 minutes for $20.When you hear their add Nobody does it better than Meador dont believe it. I even told the service technician (Leo) that the slogan needs to change and he agreed.

Getting a hold of somebody is impossible. Nobody ever picks up whether its through the dealer or online. Ive bought a new 2021 ram 1500 and had some cosmetic issues. The times they have picked up, all I seem to get is dont worry, well get on it. Its been over 2 months and issue keeps pushed away. Never doing business with them again.

Purchased a brand new Dodge Ram in January 2021. Customer service and employee response was pleasant and prompt until the sale was final. After the sale and delivery of my truck, customer service and employee response was non-existent. Dealer failed to file the registration and taxes properly which resulted in me having to drive with expired temporary plates for two months. When I asked them about why I havent received my license plate, I was told that was not their problem or responsibility and I will have to deal with it. After many phone calls and complaints, they finally looked into it and discovered they had mailed it to the wrong state office. Three months later, I receive a invoice in the mail for a $400 penalty from the State for not submitting the vehicle taxes in time. This dealership filed all the paperwork and taxes and didnt do it properly and left me hanging to fend for myself. They charged me to file all the documents and didnt do it properly. DO NOT PURCHASE from this dealership. They can care less about their customers once the car drives off their lot.

My wife and I had a great overall experience at Meador Dodge/Jeep due to our salesman Terry Cox. Terry greeted us upon arriving at the front door and immediately helped locate the vehicle we were interested in. Terry was very friendly, professional, and helpful answering any question we had. I had gone to another dodge dealership and was extremely disappointed. We were glad we reconsidered stopping by Meador Dodge/Jeep, since we were initially on our way to Family Toyota. Thanks to this spur of the moment change and Terry’s great customer service, we ended up driving off with a new Jeep the next day.

This review is for Brendon R. in the pre-owned department. I have nothing but positive things to say about Brendon. The process was smooth from test drive to purchase. I bought a vehicle that only had one key available. I went to the Audi dealership to get a second key only to find out that non only would the key cost $500 plus programming, due to the chip shortage globally, they couldnt even offer me one at any price to purchase as they had to save them for customers that have no key available. Brendon reached out to the previous owner a few times on my behalf and I just got the key in the mail and it works like a charm. Brendon certainly didnt have to go that extra mile as the sale was done. He is a true professional!

BUYER BEWARE!! I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month. I purchased an extended warranty and no other dealership has ANY record of me having it. The flash drive they give you? Make sure it isn’t empty before you leave the dealership. They scammed me out of over a thousand dollars. Every time I ask to get a copy of my service contract sent to me, I get hung up on. They say “it’s taken care of” but nothing has changed. Don’t get scammed like I did.

I’ve been led on, I’ve been robbed, and I have lost my patience. This place is somewhere to be scammed. Prices are overpriced, staff is friendly but not clear on what and how much is being charged. I’m thankful they lowered the price but diagnosed the problem with a general solution that they couldn’t warranty. Educate yourself on your vehicle and problems that have occurred with other models because they’ll take advantage.

Had a great experience buying my Jeep from Meador with Al Smith. After looking for a Jeep from the local dealerships in Austin and even as far as Arlington and South Texas, none were as responsive and easy to work with as Al and Meador. The pricing was fair and they did not try to add a bunch of unnecessary fees/dealer adds and I found the process with Meador to be straight forward and seamless. Would definitely purchase through them again.

I used to work here, IT WAS BAD, very unprofessional. If you ever plan on buying or working here, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!1.) Managers never want to give the lowest interest rate, if its your first time or have low-fair credit, they always choose a bank with the higher interest rate so they make more money off you.2.) Their detailing crew is ran by child labor working in the heat in a little shack in the back from 8am to 9pm everyday!!! I honestly feel bad for them, other dealerships I worked at have up to date conditions for it. Illegal and should be reported3.) If you arent ready to buy or buying the most expensive Jeep or Ram, no one wants to actually help you here. All they care about is their commission check, NOT long-term clientele. Most people work here for less than a year, and then leave because they realize not a lot of customers come back to them4.) We were strictly trained to distract you when signing documents and NOT mention fees. You could sign a paper saying you agree to pay a $2000 fee and you wouldnt even know.5.) Every time you buy a new car, customers are to fill out a survey about their experience. NOPE! The delivery coordinator does it herself and fills in 5 stars. So in reality were not top rated by customers.6.) Finance dudes try so hard to sell you a warranty and that you need it. You dont trust me, especially from here the service is BAD they take hours and always lose keys. Such a great car buying experience! Anthony Muñoz was very knowledgeable in the cars that I wanted to look at and did not rush or pressure me into buying a vehicle. He is also bilingual! Brought my jeep in for a recall and when I got it back the alignment was off and pulling now when I drive . My limb rider was loose on the right side and my led lights were broken and every time I call to speak to someone I’m put on hold or no one answers . Very disappointed

I scheduled a service appointment four weeks ago and was given the run-around by the female service advisor. First, I was told that my appointment was scheduled but that no loaner vehicle was available; after I was assured that a vehicle similar to my own would be available during my servicing. Next, I had to furnish proof of the above mentioned appointment by locating the scheduling email... MIRACULOUSLY, a vehicle became available. Save yourself time and money - go to another provider for your purchasing and servicing needs. This location needs to hire quality employees and not someone that’s at the location fir a paycheck.

Rating 1-star because I cant right a review with 0 stars. Took our Ram to get an alignment and asked how much it would be and was told $120. All good so far. Hours later get a call from advisor Natalia saying alignment is done but the upper control arms are broken and need to be repaired. I told her I would talk to the hubby about it and go from there for repair. She said ok I will text you when invoice is ready so you can pick up the truck. Hours later, no text so I call back. I call and ask if my vehicle is ready to get picked up and am told that she forgot to text me. I go pick up vehicle and when we are charged, its $141.60 plus tax. When I ask what the extra $21.60 is for, I was told a disposal shop fee charged to all customers. Disposal??? We went for an alignment. Nothing was disposed of. I paid an left, I did call back and spoke to service manager Junior Mascorro and requested an explanation. He advised me what the charge was for but said he would get it refunded since I was not advised about it before hand when I asked what the cost for repair would be. All while my husband said the truck is still drifting left. I dont think alignment was done right.Then I get a call from Camille asking how happy I was with service received to which I advise that the truck is still not aligned properly. She sets up an appointment for me to return on Saturday with truck to get it checked out again.1 hour later... Natalia calls me back, she says we are getting credited back for the alignment THAT WAS NEVER DONE on our truck. I asked to speak to supervisor and am ACCIDENTALLY hung up on.I call Camille back who says Junior is trying to get ahold of me.I am promised an instant refund for a service that was collected on that was never completed. That is so unacceptable.So what if I would have never answered Camilles call inquiring how I felt about service received???. I wouldve never even known. And all Meador is doing is pointing the finger at someone else???Will never ever ever take any of my vehicles there.

I will allow so far so good with a little hesitation. I will say I am thrilled with my salesman (Brennan). To his credit I feel like he gave the best he could but you know how used car sales folks are. He could only get whatever the manager would give. In fairness I could have walked away from the deal and I will say they came off the price even though they had only taken the car in trade the day before. There is one pending issue that needs to be addressed and I feel pretty confident Brennan will get it right. Time will tell. If not I will be back to adjust this review accordingly.

Do NOT recommend coming to this place, I dropped my truck off for something that I thought was covered under the warranty but wasn’t, so my service advisor Thomas didn’t proceed to tell me that I had to pay a diagnostic fee BEFORE it was looked at. Thankfully the service manager resolved that issue, but when I got the truck back I was missing at least 6 screws AND someone literally took ALL the lose change and dollar bills that was in my arm console. Which was close to $10. Very unprofessional for something like that to happen.

Meador’s Service Department is useless. I cannot put gas in my 2020 Jeep Renegade due to gas remaining at the top of the filler neck. Took it to Meador Saturday morning and they don’t have anyone who can look at that on a Saturday. Bring it back early Monday morning. Don’t know if they can give me a loaner car because their “loaner girl” is not there yet. Call to speak to a service advisor and just have to leave a voicemail for no one to ever call you back. Worst service department ever!!!

My husband and I have purchased 3 trucks in the last 5 years. The last one was on May 28th. We have been trying to get them to respond to us regarding when they will pay off our trade in truck. They will not respond, they said 15 days for pay off. As of this writing it has not been paid. They refuse to return calls or answer any questions. They have had to send people to our house twice since the sale because they did not properly have paperwork signed. This will be the last vehicle purchased from them. We should have walked when the sales manager said to us he would walk away from a deal for $50.00. Clearly that was a sign that this dealership no longer is customer orientated.

After purchasing a brand new car with cash, the dealership wanted to charge me additional money to install the front plate license holder that came with the purchase. The service manager intentionally ignored my request. He told me that a front license plate was not required. According to Texas vehicle law, a front and rear license plate is required. The car salesman gave me the the impression that I would have excellent service in futhe future. The next day he quit and I was referred to the service manager.

Bait and switch for used vehicles. Called on Wednesday about a truck they posted on autotrader. Set up an appointment for Friday to come check it out from Shreveport (4 hour drive) with Al Smith. No phone calls or contact in between. Left early Friday morning to make our meeting and called at our first stop for food at 10am. He told me that they had sold the vehicle this morning (?) Really, so in the first hour that you were open, you happened to sell the vehicle I was looking at?? But, no worries come on in, and we can look at something similar! Uh, hell no. I know a bait and switch. Looking on line and their next similar truck is $10k more!! Watch out for these skeezy used car salesmen. If youre local, sure go check it out the same day. If youre out of town, dont waste your time!!

Something is not right with this place/employees inn the service department. I went in to get a oilChange and I noticed my license plate was missing and it had me very skeptical because when does any one remove your license plate to do an oil change! I called and spoke with the service advisor and he was suppose to have got back with me letting me know If he had fount or not and didn’t, of course I had to reach out to him! I even reached out to the service part manager as well and he stated that he was in the process of reviewing the video! Keep in mind they also take pictures of your vehicle as well so why can’t you just look at the pictures! All I want is my license plate back! This is very strange! It happened at the one in Fort Worth Tx on south freeway

I bought a 2020 jeep compass and it’s been in the service department for over a month. The manager of the loaner car department also lies and is very unprofessional. She has never returned a phone call from me. I have owned 3 dodges and 1 Jeep and I will never buy another one. Don’t waste your time dealing with these incompetent people. My experience was not good at all with the service department. They had my vehicle almost a week never returned my calls even after speaking to a manager. Then finally called and left a message saying my vehicle was ready. And when I went to pick up the vehicle didnt even make it out of the parking lot and my tire that supposedly was fixed was flat. After speaking to Pedro the actual person that was fixing the vehicle he advised me the tire was never fixed so then I had to wait another hour for it to actually get fixed. It wasnt his fault and I appreciate you Pedro for being honest. Also I want to recognize Cecil that doesnt even work in service for putting air in my tire and Javier for his great customer service. Other than them it was a horrible experience.

Make sure you ask what all is included in the first free oil change it doesnt cover air filter or the $300 charge to replace fuel filters...the manager saysNo we dont cover that, thats maintenance oil change is kinda maintenance too. Super nice and attentive when I was ready to drop 75k on a new truck but then when you come to get the service you get treated like a headache.

I’m going to be very vague with my review. This would be the very first time in my life that I had ever built a vehicle online to suit myself. I honestly didn’t know that I could do that and if I could do that, and it wasn’t any more expensive then why wasn’t EVERYONE doing it?!?! I guess the only downfall was the 6 to 8 weeks wait but that just gave me more time save save for a down payment. Great! My first sales person was for less than satisfactory. I won’t go into great detail‘s because as I said I’m not out to ruin someone. But by the end of the 6 to 8 week period this person still did not know my name, would only text, & would NEVER answer questions asked of her & by be. There were many other instances during the period of the 6 to 8 weeks but one of the bigger instances is when the Jeep came in but before I went to retrieve it, I spoke with a sales manager that told me that she understood that I had had terrible service throughout my time with Meador Chrysler Jeep and I was welcome to go buy a Jeep from somewhere else. On the very that the Jeep came in this was sent to me.Now the reason that I put four stars up there… .....John Carroll..........John Carroll stepped in when my salesman was with other clients, which was totally fine. I did not have an appointment with my salesman. I came in to look at the Jeeps and hopefully get started on the build. He went on the test drive with me to help her out since she was busy. John then helped me add on and understand the build of my jeep. John Carroll was there any time I needed him, always with a smile on his face, I never suspected that he was playing games with me. He made a terrible situation turn around 180°. Buy a car can be very stressful. That building your car and waiting for it to show up and now it’s here… It should be exciting and I shouldn’t be crying on the day that it arrives because a sales manager told me that I could go somewhere else and wait 6 to 8 more weeks just start the entire process all over again. I have a business of my own and so does my wife. I can’t imagine ever treating a client of mine in this fashion. I guess when you’re this big losing one doesn’t really matter. The thing is, this is my fourth jeep, my other three were bought from another Jeep Dealership. I’m a very loyal customer and she could’ve had my business in a few years I definitely will keep John Carroll’s name because he’s the only thing that me from walking away.

Today I had a scheduled oil change at 10:15. I got there early. After sitting in the lobby until 12:15 I decided to look to see if my vehicle was being worked on. To my dismay after not seeing my vehicle being worked on I looked into their back lot and saw my vehicle just sitting there. I went into the service department and told them I needed my vehicle back as I was on a schedule. Why do they schedule an appointment, for a simple oil change, at 10:15 and not even touch it at 12:15? This is not an engine rebuild on this. The service employee who I had initial contact with never informed me on what was going on and I never saw him again. The employee who retrieved my keys never even offered an apology for such poor service. I bought my Ram diesel truck (high dollar) at Meador and paid for an extender warranty. Its unlikely I will purchase there again.

When you pull in, you sit there for a while and when someone finally comes to help you, they seemed bother like you are taking up their time. The ADVISORS, WORKERS, are so UNPROFESSIONAL! Absolutely flawless experience. Traded in our 2015 Grand Cherokee for a new 2018 lease. Roy handled our appraisal over the phone. He came in lower than we expected on the price! This is our third Grand Cherokee lease so we knew what kind of numbers to expect.Roy Russ, our sales consultant was proactive, gathered all of my information in advance. We spent a little over an hour the following day. Our new Jeep was waiting for us when we pulled up. Roy offered to go over the vehicle features. Covered all of our questions.The finance process was super fast. Larry, the finance manager had us in and out in less than 20 min. He didn’t even pressure us to buy anything extra. Everything was digital. We even received our documents on a usb drive! How cool is that?Every employee we spoke with was friendly. We relayed our experience to Ben Woodlee the new car sales director. I scheduled an appointment to just have a wobble checked out because I think I just needed my tires and wheels balanced. They told me it would be four days before they even looked at it so I’m not even sure why I scheduled an appointment. They also told me they weren’t going to lend me a rental car and that I can schedule an appointment to do that on a different day. My boyfriend while we were there got a flat in his own vehicle and they refused to even lend him a jack or help him out in anyway because of course they were not making money off of helping. I wouldn’t buy a car or go for service here again. Definitely not a place that goes over and beyond.

Service department told my wife several services were needed when she declined they proceeded to tell her if she did not do them right then it would harm the vehicle. I called dealership and told them that these services were not recommended for many more miles by the owners manual. They then told me the owners manual has inaccurate information so I contacted mopar who assured me the service schedule in the manual was all the car needs and those services provided were unnecessary. All the dealership had to say when I told them it was wrong to do that was sorry you feel that way. Will NEVER go back!

Found a 2015 Camaro SS on Auto Trader from their used department and was contacted and had a test drive set up within the hour. I was contacted by salesman Don Evon the morning of the test drive and told that the car I was looking at had a problem with the air conditioning but I could still drive and purchase it but they would get it fixed and deliver it to me when repairs were complete. They had all the necessary repairs completed and covered and brought the car to me today in pristine condition and Don kept me aware of the status of the car throughout. 10/10, would recommend

Horrible service I left my car now 3 days ago. My service advisor was out and you would have thought no one had a clue what to do. Next day no phone call at all times tell me my car had been looked at. When we finally called my service advisor who was still had and had no clue my car was there. He apprantly made a call in return I get a call late afternoon telling me no one has looked at my car. Day 3 now finally get a call they have looked at 1 issue but forgot the other. Day 3 car still not done no idea when it will be done. I have left 3 managers voicemails with not 1 return call. This is the second jeep I have purchased from Meador but I will not be purchasing a 3rd. I will also be looking elsewhere for service and advising my jeep club not to use Meador.

I bought my truck here so I wanted to use them for service even though they were further away. I wanted to wait for it and told them I did not want to wait long so we set an appointment. I arrived on time for the appointment had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even talked to me. Then they told me it would be about an hour and a half wait and usually those are optimistic. If they start out lying to you about the time who knows what else theyre going to lie to you about. I will admit Im impatient when people dont value my time. Im beginning to think if you dont go to a bad dealer you probably wont go to any dealer but I am going to one closer. If the oil changes were not prepaid and expensive I would just do them myself. If you value your time its pretty unlikely you want to go here. The purchase experience was okay and I got a good deal on the truck. The service advisor or whoever it was that came and talked to me told me he wouldnt go there for service either. A bit surprising but at least honest.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I felt like I had to with the bad customer service I have been receiving. I had set up to having free oil changes with my contract and the first oils change I had they were trying to charge me. Then when I wanted to cancel the warranties which I did back in January I signed the cancellation and they never submitted it . I’m glad I had asked for a copy of my signed cancellation and sent it directly to ethos myself because that wasn’t done. I also tried calling the dealership several times and every time I get transferred nobody answers the phone. I leave voicemails and never get a call back. I hope corporate looks into this because I am very upset.

Highly recommend this dealership work actually performed on vehicle get done and right by skilled mechanic the other dodge dealership at alliance was charging and not doing work as stated on the billing caught them couple of times taking bosses truck in for service we work on aircraft so everything we do is by the book not the alliance dealership taking people s money for work not performed medor does what we pay them for.

We just recently purchased a 2020 Dodge 1500 pickup, to be exact three days ago. I have been calling for two days the service center which doesn’t pick up at all. Must be playing candy crush, and my salesman Bobby Green who doesn’t return my call or follow up on my request to have my windows tinted on my truck, but that’s ok. I promise I will not do any future with Meador Dodge or any of my friends or family interested in buying a vehicle. Dealing with any dealership is stressful. I called to inquire about a car on a Friday at 6pm, Ernest took the call and waited for us to arrive within an hour of closing. Needless to say by 9pm we traded in a vehicle and were on our way in our brand new Jeep! Well start off by saying my salesman Nester was great everything after is bad! I traded in my car and got 2015 scatpack from them with low miles and a bad engine. Trying to reach them on the phone is pointless dont even bother and dont expect a call back which is crazy seeing that this is a dodge dearlership. Nester is the only person i was able to reach and he always responds to my text and handled things for my warranty to be cancelled when someone else should have but that person never picks up the phone! A positive thing is now they have my car and is suppose to be replacing my engine i sure hope and they also gave me a loaner car but they have been having my car for pretty much 3 weeks and i havent recieved much update! I hope all of this can be resolved pretty soon and i will have no problem going back to change my review!

Used car department SUCKS!!! Bought my daughter her first car and paid around $3000 cash. Brandy, the sales girl kept going on about how great the car was, no issues, and what a smart buy we were making. She didnt put a dealers tag on the car so we couldnt drive it, she didnt know that she was supposed to do that. When we did drive it, it ran hot. Took it in for repair and learned that the head is cracked and the car needs to be scrapped for junk, we havent even had the car for a month! RJ, one of the used car manager, kept stating that I knew the car was as is. Of course I know, but why not assist with repairs or offer us another vehicle. My daughter is heart broken and embarrassed, she never even got to drive the car and we are now $3000 in the hole. We are not wealthy, it took us over a year to save that money, my heart is completely broken, we trusted what we were told and thought they would at least be kind enough to assist us! Please think twice before buying a used care here, they have no hearts, only about dollars and cents here!
