I want to rate the service department as excellent. I had a blowout on my way traveling through the area and they were understanding of my urgency and need to get back on the road. Since they are special order tires they worked hard to get my tire delivered and on my car (even washed it) so I could get on my way. They give better service than the one in my area.. special shout out to Clarence in the parts department!! You rock my friend!!
I cant say enough great thanks to Damond. I met him while browsing in the summer. I did tell him Im not buying dont waste your time in me still, gracefully he did. 6 months later I went back and am a proud new owner of an F-pace. His customer service is what had me sold.

Very poor customer service from Charles Graham! I already own a Jaguar F Pace and was simply looking to upgrade. He was very cold and rude from the beginning. I spend my money with good customer service. He tried to undervalue our trade in then offered no solutions for negotiating. Service in the auto industry is a toss up. They have to get more creative with upcharging because most Jaguar customers have excellent credit and a knowledge base about cars. Stop treating people like they have no common sense. My husband is a car expert. You have a car marked up 4k over the market value. I’m here to tell you this. There are a million Jaguar dealerships. When sales aren’t high, remember all the good folks you ran off!!!! They could clean house with all these rude folks.

Spoke with Charles Graham, to purchase a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace 35t we are $2500 away from a car deal trading in our F-Pace 35t prestige we only got 25k for and he stated that is all he is willing to do, I asked for the GM and he stated he is the GM, Great Service Charles you managed your way out of another car deal on a old age unit!! you must run off 5 to 6 customers a week!! smh!

Very poor customer service over the phone and in person, cant even get a call back when told I was going to be contacted. Parts department never has a simple parts that a number of different models all use or even knows a part number is unless it starts with C2D. Just sad supposed to love jaguars but cant find a good place to take it too or to get parts through...

We received excellent customer service from Travis during our recent purchase of a 2019 Jaguar F Type. He made sure that I understood all about the technology and took as much time as was needed to do so. He has followed up with a phone call and email and even offered to come to our house if I could not sync the HOMELINK with our garage door. (I did so he wont have to make the house call!) Highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to buy a new Jag.

Travis was awesome. We were playing around on Jaguar website designing a new F-Pace. Travis contacted us and helped us through the design process, he helped us when we trashed the first design and completely redesigned the whole car, the day of final changes. We love the F-Pace and the delivery of the car was great. Autobahn was recommended to us by friends and we are thankful they did. I have nothing negative to say about Autobahn.
I want to recognize service advisor Kory Malcolm for the incredible service he provided. I had just purchased a Jaguar XF (and NOT from Autobahn Jaguar). As I was driving the vehicle home, the skid plate underneath the vehicle became detached.When this happened, I pulled over and called the nearest Jaguar service center which was Autobahn Jaguar. Kory answered and was very helpful in explaining my options and scheduling an appointment for me that SAME morning. When I arrived, he greeted me right away and gave me confidence the issue would be taken care of quickly. Thanks to Kory, I was back on the road within 30 minutes and have had no further issues with the skid plate!Kory provided an outstanding service experience and I hope he is recognized for how well he takes care of his customers. Anytime I am in the Fort Worth area, I will have my vehicle serviced by Kory at Autobahn.
Overall pleasant experience however it took 4 hours from arrival to exit to complete the buying process. Streamlining the process would seem to be in order. Everyone we met was great and we had no other issues. Would recommend to others.

Fast and courteous response.I had a leak in the fuel line- the Autobahn dealership towed my car on Thursday afternoon. On Friday I was getting ready to drive to get my loaner car when the dealership called to say the car would be ready that afternoon AND they delivered it to me! Washed and vacuumed! Fantastic.( the Dallas dealership said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it, and they had no loaner car available)I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you. Had my drivers side headlight assembly replaced in 2016. It went out again,and theyre charging me $2,400.00 to replace something thats not even a full two years old. Such a bad experience today considering that every other time is good. I wont be coming back to do business with autobahn anymore.

I went to Autobahn looking for a Jaguar F-Pace with particular features and Reed Bulaich helped me find the perfect car for me. He made the process a breeze and was a pleasure to work with. The staff of the service department are very pleasant. I think that maybe my expectations are too high. When I bought my car, it was missing the SIM card. Thinking I might drop off my car during the lunch hour to have the SIM card installed, I called to arrange the service and was told no because all the technicians are at lunch. Shocked that all technicians are at lunch at the same time. Nonetheless, I suppose Ive learned that quick service isnt always the best quality work. From now on, its appointment only for me.

Brought my Jaguar XJ for service. Several things went wrong:1- I had all my information put in the service scheduling portal prior - the service advisor asks me for the info again.2- My vehicle had gone 22k miles took the 32 k service package- the advisor told me it will cost about $620 for the service. I agreed to the price.3- The advisor gave me a time frame to 2 hours maximum - it took 3 hours and change.4- the advisor told me that he had given me a discount as I had to wait and charged about $480. Just to realize that they did not change the seat filters. WHY LIE about that you gave me a discount.Will you see me again or get my business? NEVER

Had a horrible experience with sales staff member Chris Howard. Was rude, cold and unprofessional from the moment we stepped in - did not want to take any time to discuss options for upgrading from F-Pace S to SVR. Was turned off by his poor attitude within the first 10 seconds. Will take my business to Dallas. No wonder the store is always empty.Ive always had a good experience with the service staff however.

He was accommodating when it came to the test drive and stayed late to work around my schedule.Since the purchase of my new F-TYPE Ive had a couple of small niggles and the service department has been nothing but excellent. No request is too small and they strive to make your experience as painless as possible.While looking for my latest car, I dealt with a lot of high end car dealers in the area. Most of them dont measure up when it comes to Customer Service.Autobahn has been an A+ in all respects!
Brought my car there for maintenance and asked to check the sunroof visor which didn`t close completely. Nothing was done so I assumed it would be a major repair. On a Jaguar owners forum somebody told me that that`s a very simple fix. Just push the sunroof button for 45 seconds and the visor will readjust itself. I thought a franchise dealership would know that and consequently do it but I guess I was wrong. Or maybe they just do stuff that pays nicely. For an oil change, brake flush, air filter exchange and alignment I paid over $ 800. I expect more from a Jaguar dealership. For that kind of service I can go to a local mechanic here in town for half the money.

There needs to be an option where you can choose to give more than 5 stars because I absolutely enjoyed every aspect of my purchase experience. First off, Terrance San Juan was the consummate professional. When I received the first communication from him, I explained what I was looking for and when I expected to purchase the vehicle. We briefly spoke (I was sick and lost my voice) and I let him know which vehicles I was looking at and he provided me with detailed information (via email, as again I lost my voice) and I was able to review at my leisure. He confirmed with me a day before of our upcoming appointment and when I walked in the door Friday, February 23rd, at our designated time, it felt like I was sitting with a friend. The vehicle was already sitting out front, I did the test drive (prior to, he explained the options, functionality, etc.), and from there it was smooth sailing. Since I didnt need any financing, it was a flawless experience. If I get tired of my F Pace, I will definitely come back and work with Autobahn Jaguar once again. I would be remiss if I didnt also mention, I was initially going to another dealership and they did not follow-up with me which turned out to be their loss.
We drove to Autobahn in Fort Worth from Frisco, where their is a Jaguar auto dealership a half mile away, because of the service and recommendation from Ed Wallace.

I was a little hesitant about taking my Jaguar XF to Autobahn Jaguar because I was so use to using Park Place Jaguar. Until I spoke with Service Manager Matt Blockhan who made me feel comfortable about bringing my Jaguar in to be repaired. Matt Blockhan made sure my Jaguar was properly diagnosed and repaired with Jaguar parts. He also double checked and made sure nothing else was wrong with my car. As long as Matt Blockhan is available Autobahn will forever have my business. The only thing thats lacking at this location Is that there is no doors separating the Showroom from the service department. No provacy was so ever. If someone is in the showroom area they can hear your conversation with a service manager or service advisor. Autobahn please correct this issue.

Had my 2nd really bad experience at this place. Rendered serviced that I was not aware had a huge price tag unbeknownst to me. Apologizes after the fact but still expects me to pay for their mistake. Tim, the service manager fails to make this right. And tells a lie to make it seem better. Upon arrival I see my vehicle is so dirty!? Really 5 days and hundreds of dollars later you cant run my car thru the carwash? 2nd attempt at this place - lesson learned. Would MUCH rather drive to Park Place in Plano (love Bob in service) then deal with this NON luxurious service at this place. Really bad!!!!!!
