With the current situation of hardly any new inventory, they had the exact vehicle we wanted but it was waiting on its chip. Put down a deposit on Tuesday and it showed up at the dealer Wednesday. We drove all the way from San Antonio to pick it up. Absolutely amazing service, couldnt ask for better! Court was great and was very informative and kept us up to date during the whole process. Financing was also great, very informative and helpful.

I went in on Tuesday and was told they stop doing service at 4pm so I had to go back home, mind you I live 30 min away and left work early to be able to receive a service that was supposed to be offered until 7:30 pm. I returned the following day at 11am and was not notified they would take a lunch break at 12pm, so I ended up being at the dealership till past 2pm for an oil change.

August 25 I made an appointment to get my car serviced, just to have to speak to one of the rudest ladies ever. Her customer service is terrible, she speaks to you like your annoying her and she has something else to do. Let’s get back to the appointment scheduling why don’t you let people know ahead of time, that they will have to leave their car there in Order to be serviced/looked at. Instead they wait for you to come just to inform you that you have to leave it there with them for a whole day before they can work on it, again why don’t you tell people this when they are scheduling on line. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE!!!

After test driving a 2020 equinox that had been a loaner, I was told there was a 2020 that was new. (I did not test drive it since the vehicles were identical.) I requested a drive off price for both vehicles. The loaner quote sheet showed mileage of 3100. The quote sheet for the new equinox showed mileage of 40. After some consideration, I decided on the new vehicle, still thinking the mileage was still 40, as I had been told it would be saved for me. Nothing else was said about the mileage until I got ready to sign all the paperwork. I was them told it had 746 miles. Caught me completely by surprise. In fact, was pretty infuriated on the inside, that I almost walked out then. After some questioning about the discrepancy, I was told accounting just guesses at the mileage on the quote. ?? Felt things had not been presented truthfully. And even considered giving the vehicle back, resuming ownership of my trade in. After heavy consideration, I decided to keep the new vehicle, but let my disappointment be known. Mr. Tom Smith did offer to get floor mats for the front and back seats to help “compensate” due to the deal “being done” the sales price could no longer be affected.I wasn’t pleased to find out at signing that there was 746 miles when I was expecting 40.Because of the experience, it would be hard to realize other departments (service for example), though unrelated, wouldn’t practice the same type of “deception”.

I previously gave a five star review of this dealership. We purchased our vehicles here for years and had them serviced here. DJ Garner was an outstanding salesperson and the service team, especially Connie, provided great service. We assumed the new team would be just as good.We are about to purchase a new vehicle and planned to buy from Moritz when we were ready.We called last week to arrange for service on a current vehicle. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience. Plus we did not receive a return call to schedule the service despite leaving multiple messages throughout the week.We had such loyalty to Moritz and recommended them to friends and family. Moving to a different dealer but hope Moritz can fix their issues.

My wife took her GMC in for an oil change. Had to wait 3 hours! They are supposed to do a multi-point inspection. The paperwork showed everything good and I use to rely on that paperwork to let me know if everything was ok on my vehicle. I looked at my tires and they were completely bald on the inside tread. Poor service!!!

Very disappointed with the service department. Work for a body shop and have been doing business with this company for nearly 30 years. You would think that would mean something. I reached out to the service department trying to find answers to a problem with a customers vehicle. I left a message for Fernando Sandoval and still have not received a return call from him. All I can say I am very disappointed with there customer service. I wish I could leave negative stars but there is no option but to leave a one star, which they do not deserve that.

I guess my sales person needed more coffee because I was asking questions about my car and his response were with attitude in his tone. I had my car towed the night before because it wouldnt start and when I picked it up he never introduced his self I dont know who he is. At other dealership they usually give you a courtesy car wash I didnt expect a super was because I had dog hair in the back seat from taking my dog to the Vet the day before but they could at least rinse the outside like every dealership Ive been to. And to top off my engine light is now back on so Im not to happy about my service right now.

Ryan was rude and unprofessional for my first ever visit to Moritz Chevrolet service. I had an early Monday morning appointment at 7:30. Two days prior, on a Saturday I discovered my ride had fallen through and googled Moritz Chevrolet, I called the number to the service department from the link on the Moritz website. The gentleman that I spoke to told me that service was closed and he could not leave a message. He suggested I call back Monday morning.I also ended up having to make an urgent doctors appointment for Monday morning, so in between trying to get my twin four year olds up, etc and get to the Dr, I continued to try to reach Moritz Chevrolet. I called the same number twice and got no answer which I felt horrible about, because I knew they were expecting me. I eventually looked on the My Chevrolet app and got a different number and I was finally able to reach the service department. When I spoke to Ryan at 8:30 to apologize for missing my appointment and explain that I had attempted to call twice with no answer, his response was a very sarcastic Oh really? because Ive been sitting here all morning I was pretty shocked, and then he seemed to try to make a joke about it saying that he was sitting there crying because I had missed my appointment, or something to that effect but still sounding pretty rude. He told me I could bring my car in before ?6:30. When I arrived there was a female employee who asked if she could help and when I told her that I had missed an appointment that morning and had been advised to bring my car in anytime that afternoon, she called out its the one that missed her appointment this morning in a very dismissive manner as she walked away. They were both rude and made me feel pretty uncomfortable, like they had been talking about me and NOT in a good way. As far as I can see, my car was repaired correctly, which is why I gave you a 1 on likely to recommend, but honestly if I didnt have an extended warranty with Moritz I would not ever return. Also, this doesnt really matter, but every other time a have had a car repair, anywhere, my car has had a quick vacuum and that was not done at Moritz, which like I said is not a big deal and I probably would not have thought twice about it except for the overall terrible customer service I received. When I picked up my car another gentleman helped me and he and the cashier were both very nice and helpful.

Dropped my truck off at 7 AM on 6-7 -21. I spoke with a lady service advisor and told her I needed my windshield washer pump replaced and I had water in the drivers side floorboard. By 10 am on 6-8 I had not heard from the dealership. I left several messages. I think her name was Jessica? By 1 pm I still had not received a call and had to badger the receptionist to put me in touch with someone that could help me. Finally at 2 pm Jessica called and said they were unable to find the source of the water in the floorboard and determined that my washer pump was bad ( which I told her to begin with)! I assumed the washer had been fixed and said I would come to pick up the truck. When I arrived and inquired how much I owed for the pump, she stated that I told her not to fix it. How in the hell could I have said that when I had not spoken to her in 2 days!! Anyway, I would not come back to your dealership for any reason and plan to sell the Colorado at my first chance.

Horrible customer service. I bought my first 2017 cadillac ats from here and it came home with an oil leak. Not only that but once they fixed it they didnt tighten the air intake and then tried to make me pay for it. They fired the guy who inspected the car over the oil leak. I had to talk to the supervisor to explain the air intake and it was obvious they were at fault.Recently... actually yesterday I went in to buy a Rocky Ridge which was an $80,000 truck and can you believe they didnt even call me back after I went up there twice. Supposedly they were waiting on the director of finance. If this is how you treat someone trying to spend that kind of money then i would suggest to anyone they should find somewhere else to go. Normally you cant stop them from calling you. I arrived today at 8:30 and was told they would get right on it when the director got there. Nothing.. not even a call. My Credit Karma never pinged either. Which means they didnt do anything. Im beyond disappointed.

Called the day before to schedule a oil change and tire rotation. They said they don’t make reservations (first come first serve) came in at 8:04am didn’t get out of there till 9:45am, I sat in the waiting room while everyone that came in after me left before me. I’ve been to Soule Infinity were they acknowledg you when you drive up, these guys you’ll have to look for someone. The guys were sitting in there glass rooms just staring until you open there door to get help. Smh after an hour I asked the guy who took my truck how long more and he said not too long, I asked him if he’d check to see if I need to get a ride to work from there. He never checked in the back to let me know. When he came to get another costumer that had gotten there before me I asked him if he checked with the fellas and he said yes 20more min. I honestly don’t think he cared to check, just keeping us moving like a heard of cattle not giving a care of costumers. When I asked a lady behind her desk if I could speak to the manager she just started texting him on her phone. I asked her why text when you have the intercom she said he wouldn’t be able to hear it. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Seemed pretty highschool to me.

But, I have an issue with my car, and after everything I told the CSR & Tech about what symptoms my car was having you would have thought that either one of them especially the tech would have had a better answer than I dont know!!! Dealerships are only out for one thing and that is money. But needless to say there are a lot of people out here that are single, live on a small income, barely can pay bills, & depend on the vehicles they drive to get them to work, grocery store, doctor offices, ect. & I am one of those people...But it is plain to see that if you dont have alot of money well then you are pretty much SOL because dealerships want your vehicles to fail so that they can either charge an unGodly amount just to tell you what is wrong with your vehicle, if even that. or they want you to buy a new one. Dealerships are all the same MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. I get it!! It takes money to make money. I dont drive a new car because I cant afford one. So I depend on my car to get me where I need to go. My time at the dealership was really a waste of a weeks worth of pay because what I had done was not the solution to my problem, I thought that after I told the CSR & Tech what my car was doing they would have atleast had an idea of what was going on. But not a sound, but I guarantee you that if I had of flashed money in front of them they would have been telling me well your car needs this & or that to fix the problem. I would have then said well lets see how much that cost and see about getting it scheduled for me to bring in. But I cant afford $155.00 for a diagnosis and then have to pay for it to be fixed on top of that. I barely had enough to pay for an injector flush which was $199.95 and after all the taxes and such the final total came out to $219.00 and some change. Ridiculous because the machine did all the work and the Tech watched the machine... That is over half of my paycheck. So I hope you are happy with yourselves for driving the cost up on the average consumer...This is why I hate to do business with Dealerships. Have A Great Day..

Service writer was very nice, but I service provided cost twice as much as elsewhere and it wasnt even fixed. Now I have to take time off of work to go back.Update: I was contacted several times by folks doing surveys, but they never let me know how exactly to get a hold of them to make this right. Anyhow, I finally got to talk to the service manager and he agreed (after some convincing on my part) to issue a refund check. Now Ill have to take it to Discount to get the TPMS replaced, but at least its close to my house and Ill save some money. Moritz provides good service, but be check the prices before you go so that you arent surprised when its time to pay the bill.

My headlight was replaced and tired rotated and oil changed. I was out in two hours. I felt much safer. Service people were polite and efficient. I felt valued.

This dealer dose a decent job. Only complaint I have is I brought the truck in for a recall and ended up bringing it back 4 times that day so they could get it right witch they did. They then gave me 2 free oil change vouchers one from the lead mechanic and one from the service tech. I thought great guys! Took care of me and the truck. But I used one and they took care of me and the truck. When I came back the second time I gave the other card and was told they wouldn’t except it and it should of only been one card. Made me feel like they where trying to imply I was that cheap customer trying to get something for nothing. Just think they could of approached the situation a little different. If they didn’t want to give 2 then why not talk to each other before reaching out to the customer? This was my second time to this service department not sure if I’ll be back or not. I don’t like being told I’m abusing their customer service.

They worked on our stingray corvette and truly shocked us at how amazing they were! A few months ago we had a horrible experience with a Chevrolet dealership in Dallas so we were a bit hesitant at first to go to different Chevrolet location. As soon as the car arrived they called to notify us. After doing the diagnostic testing they called and basically said don’t worry about anything it’s covered by the factory warranty! Jessica was great at updating my husband with every step! We are so happy to have found a new place to get our car serviced for all its needs!
