It was my first experience buying a foreign higher end vehicle and my knowledge was scarce. Henri and Jeremiah both answered all of my questions with honesty and truthfulness. I went to this dealership to buy a car about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, we couldnt make a deal because the bank was wanting more of a down payment than I could afford. Nevertheless, these guys were doing everything that they could to help me out in buying my dream car, a red Corvette! Issac, the salesman, was very kind and very patient throughout the whole process. If you are looking to do honest business with a used car company then you owe it to yourself to check out there inventory and see what they can do for you. Again, it didnt work out for me, but it wasnt because they werent trying hard and doing everything that they could to earn my business.

Come to find out, the Owners wife had been driving the car. she had been driving it so much that she had put an additional 2000 miles on it from the time they posted it for sale. The car was filthy, had dog hair in it, and the salesman just stood there while we looked at the car. then my daughter asked him (totally out of curiosity) what their bottom dollar would be, so we went inside to the computer and he only took off $80 buck from the total. Guess the wife wants to drive it longer. we will never go back there to look for a vehicle.

OUT OF STATE BUYER!!!! Found the car I was wanting via autotrader from this dealership. Gave the number a call and got the owner Henri, he was very polite and attentive to my needs even using my banks financing and going through their unique paperwork. Very fast, overnighted anything needed and kept in touch the entire time. Held the car for nearly two weeks without issue. Then me and a buddy flew in, Henri was out of town and had his son trent pick us up, again very polite and attentive to all our needs. Super easy transaction and great people. Do not buy a vehicle here! Bought a 2007 F150 that we were told everyone wanted and they had to turn people away from buying it. They even had the gall to say they under priced the vehicle😂. Truck is absolute garbage. Should have known when it wouldn’t start when we went to pick it up it was going to be a nightmare. So far we have had to have $1500 of engine work, new spark plugs, coils, $400 on a new EGR valve. Was told the brakes were new on the vehicle too bad the rotors are warped that’s gonna be another $500. We have had the vehicle since June and the check engine light has been on more that it has been off. Pretty sure the tires are junk so that will be the next high ticket item. If we could return it we would have. Bought this vehicle as a graduation gift for our kid and we are embarrassed by the purchase.

In the beginning of May I went and looked at a car from here. About a week later I came back with my parents to sign paperwork and see if I would get approved for a loan with a co-signer. After being there for about 10 minutes the sales lady Tammy said that somebody “went in her computer and accepted the wrong loan offer.” I came back the next Monday by myself and signed paper work to get the car. I traded in my old car and also gave them $1500 cash and they told me the down payment had gone up to $2,000 so my dad offered to pay the remaining $500 throughout the month. A month later 3 days before my first car payment was due Tammy texted me and said I had to return the car, after texting back and fourth about what happened she told me that the financing company decided to return the loan because in their opinion I did not make enough to be able to pay for the car. I went 2 days later with my dad to return the car and they told me they could only give me $500 of the $2,000 I paid then because of the “repairs” they had to make on my old car which shouldn’t have been my responsibility considering I traded my car in, they also claimed I had out too many miles on the car for them to offer me more money. Not to mention I had already had to buy and replace a tire on the car. They did give me my old car back, but in the way home it over heated twice because they failed to put coolant in and they took my radio out and replaced it with a cheap $20 one that did not work. 2 days after I traded in my car I happen to receive a letter in the mail from the finance company saying I never got approved for the loan In the first place. I was out well over $1500 which doesn’t seem like a lot unless you were working two jobs and going to college full time like I was. For anybody thinking about doing business here I would not recommend it and save the time and spend money on a car else where.

Looking for a Land Rover LR2 2013 or later. Had me searching all around and out of town (Austin, Texas). I found a nice one at Auto Capital in Fort Worth. Tammy and I talked the car and deal details all via phone and email. Went on a Friday to pick it up.The owner Henry drove it home the night before to make sure it had no surprise issues as I was driving back 2.5 hours. Cars can do funny things when they sit not driving for a 1 to 3 months. Henry did find the tires needed to be rotated and aligned and he had them do a fresh oil change.After inspecting the car, I found the grill was faded that could not be seen in the online photo. Henry and I reached agreement on price change and they filled me up for the trip home.After getting home, we discovered the LR2 was not equipped with XM radio. It was important to us but I had failed to check for it when at their store. I emailed Tammy and Henry called Monday. He owned the mistake and discussed options to remedy it. Over the weekend we (my wife and I) decided that Apple Music had good radio stations that met our needs (70s, 80s, etc...) and that opening the dash of a 7 year old Land Rover that had no rattles might not be wise :).I thank Henry and Tammy for the honesty and for them being easy people to work with even when it comes to resolving problems. I do recommend them but remind you to check the car for all the things you want. A 50k new Land Rover L2 should have had XM but was oddly ordered new without it...you never know but no matter Henry and Tammy will make things right.

Someone totaled out my BMW convertible and I had waited for the insurance company to settle and reimburse me. While waiting on the insurance company I found a similar car here. When speaking with the salesperson through mainly text messages he stated that I could not make an appointment after 4PM. I told him I had a 7.5-8 hour drive and I would have to drive down the day before or during the night to make the deadline. I called at 4:30 to confirm if the car was available and to find out what forms of payment were acceptable. The salesperson spoke with the owner and relayed the information to me to bring cash so I set an appointment for the flowing morning saying I would be there to pick up the car and that I had gotten a rental to make the trip and all. While driving that night I received a text saying the car had sold and that it was my fault I hadnt put a deposit on the car when I had already committed to coming and was in route to Dallas. I noticed in the pictures the car had a few issues with one being a broken trim piece and the salesman tried to cover it up saying it was a shadow, but confirmed the obvious issues when I spoke with him about them therefore I was hesitant to put a deposit on a car when the dealership wouldnt disclose any issues nor put their hands on the car to confirm if there was something broken. This was the first sign of shady business. So instead they sold the car out from under me after confirming that I would be there and setting an appointment well above 4PM. I own a dealership as well and I couldve bought a car wholesale, but decided against it and decided to buy their car instead. This is the treatment I received and the thanks I get for that. I was reassured that I was getting a good deal, however I was giving well above loan value and slightly under retail for the car on the book value. I just wanted to warn those who think of doing future business. After speaking with the owner he was slightly unaware that I had a 7.5-8 hour drive, that I would be there the next morning, or that I was already in route, however our call ended or got disconnected when he tried to sell me another car after I said I didnt trust nor did I want the other car. I havent heard from him after trying to call back twice last night and this morning. My guess is the salesperson said they priced the car for a higher price to the other person. I had cash and the other person was financed or he said he was approved so Im guessing they made more off of the other client. Very shady business, but good luck to all in the future if you want to risk it.Most of that time I was waiting on the insurance company to settle and the 5 days it took for the direct deposit from the insurance company to come through. What is funny is that I did commit when I told your sales person, Kam (if spelled correctly), that I would be there the next morning for an 11am appointment when I was 7.5 hours away and you confirmed how you wanted me to pay for the vehicle so you should have known that I was traveling to Dallas - cash in hand as you requested. As a dealer you should also know if someone is coming from out of state and will be there the next morning after renting a vehicle to get there that it is a commitment along with the fact that you should know selling a vehicle out from under a committed customer who is en route to your dealership is bad business. I knew you would lean on your deposit beliefs, but someone who was a few hours into a 7.5 hour trip to buy the car is a bigger commitment. No worries though! I found a newer hardtop BMW convertible from a new car dealer with almost half the miles (70k), nearly $2,000 less, a clean history report, and more options than your car that I was supposedly getting a great deal on. I got to spend a great weekend at the beach after taking delivery from an honest dealership so maybe it was meant to be! Im definitely not unhappy I just want to warn others of your bad business practices. My car that was identical to yours is fixed now so I ended up with the best of both worlds! Good luck man!

We struck a deal with a handshake on Wednesday and as the process was being cleared with my new lender and my bank that financed my trade in. Henri and Tammy were very patient with me and had even already taken the truck off the website and Facebook. Yesterday, we swapped vehicles and Henri had itdetailed for me, he repaired a crack on the windshield that I didnt even mention,and as I was driving it. The engine light came on when I drove off which was weird because we had a conversation about cars having their own mind and boom. Lol; at any rate, hes sending me to get the small issue fixed, but its a used vehicle, so you expect small issues.Overall, this was a very easy experience with people who take the time to provide quality vehicles. Henri is the owner and when I say that this man, is as genuine a human being as they come. That would be an understatement! And I drive from McKinney to get this truck and he met me with it yesterday in Lewisville right by his trusted mechanic.Buy your car here, theyll take care of you!!!!

Seller provide different price on financing without notice. bad business

The entire process was an nightmare. After the deal is made they don’t care. They entire staff is rude including the Owner!! They didn’t fix all the issues with the truck, which was stated that they would on the contract.A day after signing the paperwork, we received a text message stated that some documents had been shredded. And that we needed to come re-sign some more documents. Also give them another copy of my driver license, and if we didn’t provide them with these documents AGAIN that the deal would be canceled.So after resigning more paperwork, about two days later i get another text message from them again stated i need to sign 2 more documents. One for odometer and the other document for insurance. So at this point i am frustrated because the paperwork is missing again, making things extremely hard for my fiancé and I because we do have to work.So even after resigning paperwork TWICE!!!We get another text the following day about an problem with our insurance and they threatened us again that the deal would be canceled if we didn’t take prompt action to this. We are literally drained at this point.After making our first payment on the car I noticed the price of the vehicle went up 1300 dollars than the original amount. So i called the dealership and asked them about the price, they stated that a bank fee was added to the total amount because of credit.So i called the bank and asked them about this so called bank fee. After talking to several customer service reps, I was told that the bank fee is between the dealer and the bank. And that the bank fee doesn’t have anything to do with credit. The rep also Stated that the customer isn’t responsible for this fee, so please don’t pay it.So after i got off the phone with the bank i called the dealership back. When i told them that I talked to the bank. They were furious. They would yell and over talk me, so i couldn’t get one word out. Every time i would say the bank stated that the customer doesn’t have to pay this fee, their response was well you know what, we will be happy to unwind this deal if you are not satisfied. Which i already knew they couldn’t unwind anything because the vehicle is no longer their property.They were unprofessional and rude. This was the worse experience I have ever encountered. I will NEVER go to a hole in the wall place to purchase a vehicle again. That’s the first and last!I was just trying to get an understanding on why our total price went up on this vehicle. But instead I received smart remarks and sarcasm. Very poor customer service, they don’t even deserve one star

Do not buy a car here. Within two months of purchasing a vehicle from Auto Capital, we have had to spend what we paid for the vehicle in repairs because there are so many issues. Within a week, the service engine light came on, and this has led to multiple things. The car was “inspected” by their mechanic, but somehow all of this was missed.
