This was our first visit to the service department. Luke Woodman assisted us and did a great job. He listened to all of my wifes concerns and listed them on the repair order correctly so that the technician can address them properly. When we picked the car up he provided me with the full scan, at that time I informed him I was master technician and that I was impressed. We will be returning clients here. Thanks team..!
We purchased a Range Rover from Autobahn a few weeks ago. We live in Austin, so driving to DFW was not a problem due to the great price for the car. Driving back I noticed a few things not working properly. Called my sales man and he suggested taking it to RR dealer in Austin to have the items repairs at his expense. So I did take it there, and also had them do an extensive all points inspection and found a number of items that needed attention. Called the sales team back and they said they would send me a loaner and bring the car back to DFW for repairs. They did so and also found a few other items that needed repairs as well. Brought the car back to me when finished and all is good! Excellent customer service, they stand behind their cars, and all this without any hassle. Truly a very professional team at Autobahn!! Had the abosulte displeasure of visiting this shop. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Had an issue with scratches on my vehicle when I arrived to pick it up. Had to deal with their service manager Robert, and let me tell you Autobahn needs to look into this peice of work. Was extremely disrespectful and talked down to myself and his staff. Extremely unprofessional attitude. I will not be back to autobahn solely based on how terrible his customer service was. Take a word of advise. Take your rover some where else. Anywhere else.
Took delivery of a new 2021 Sport HSE. Significant swirl marks on the hood and driver side door. I word of recommendation to this dealership. Please use a simple two bucket micro fiber brush wash procedure on a new car and do not run the car through a hard brush car wash. I hope that your Porsche dealership does not treat new cars that they deliver like this.
I was so disappointed by my experience at this dealership. I did an online build but wanted to see the Evoque in person. I received an email from this dealership in regards to my online build. So my husband and I decided to visit this dealership and look at the Evoque in person in the hopes of finalizing our purchase. When we got there we noticed two Evoques on the new vehicle lot. We walked around and nobody came to help us. We walked into the dealership and were greeted by someone that took one look at us and then immediately proceeded to tell us, “everything is sold.” We told him that we at least wanted to look at the Evoque since we had done the online build. The salesman said, “we don’t have any on the lot. See these cars in here, they’re all sold.” My husband and I looked at each other knowing that he was flat out lying because we had just seen two of them outside. Giving him the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe one was sold or used, we told him that we had just seen them outside. He asked us to show him. We walked outside, showed him the first one and he immediately said “it’s sold!” He said, “too bad, we just don’t have any on the lot. We can’t keep them in stock.” We asked about the second one we had looked at. And he there weren’t anymore. We pointed to the second one and he said, “ oh, where did that come from? Well, I don’t even know where the keys are!” And walked away without any attempt at looking for the keys or even to try to give us any explanation on the vehicle. He probably thought that since we were Hispanics, he wasn’t even going to take the time with us and just dismiss us. What he didn’t know is that we were already preapproved on the credit, had half of cost of the price of the vehicle to put down and were ready to purchase even if we had to wait on our online build. After this discriminating experience, I will most definitely NOT be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. This is the most disappointing experience I’ve EVER had at a dealership!!
Guys did a great job to install tow package on my Range Rover with OEM parts. Quick service, 30% (at least) cheaper than dealer, good dudes. Only hit was that they could not update software on 2020 model.
So wife has been deployed for almost 6 months now and with her Rover not being driven because of her not being here and it being in storage status. I start it about every two weeks just to keep the battery in check. Well I returned from Florida from seeing the in-laws and I went to start the Rover and it’s dead. I hook up my car to it for an hour, no luck. The next day I call roadside and they come get the car and after 2 and a half hours of trying to get it on the rollback we finally did. It was not easy because we had to manually put it in neutral and then the E-Brake wouldn’t release. Of course when we get it on the rollback the darn thing starts. Rick from service calls me once it’s there. Gets it checked out the next business day and replaces the battery and does the update for software and a checkpoint inspection. He then said he’d have it towed back within about 2 hours since legally can’t drive it. Huge shoutout to Rick and his service team. Really happy with their hard work and treating us well
Ive always been pleased with autobahns service both in Bmw and now Land Rover. They have always went beyond getting me taken care of. Id recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an import. I encourage everyone to shop local. It helps our community!!!!

My parents own a range rover and have had several problems with it. Theyve taken here to the dealership to get fixed..... well they thought it would be fixed properly but they have had no luck. Their vehicle has been in the shop at least 5 times in the last 6 months and still the check engine light is on.. everytime they get it out it has to go right back and new reasons.... they are very upset over the situation and do not recommend this dealership for any reason at all. I am doing this review for them to share their bad experience here because they dont do reviews.... but that wont stop me from looking out for them and the rest of the public. My hope is that someone above the poor management team here at this dealership sees this and reaches out to make this right
James Houck is my service advisor using an extended warranty he has given me the best service on more than one occasion in this past year. Always polite, helpful, calls with updates to keep me informed. On one occasion I dropped off my Range Rover on a Saturday he was not there but the advisor that helped me knew I was coming to the Dealership, knew my name and what I needed. I purchased 2 Range Rovers and my business partner also purchased a Range Rover. I wish I went to Park Place where I bought my 2 other cars. Park Place service and value far superior. Just left Autobahn trying to sell me a tire with no warranty for $550 and called Park Place same tire with a warranty for $325. Never again. Also I hear more negative about Autobahn and feel the other reviews are paid for. I have many other issues from the purchase to service, not happy
Tracy in service was amazing. True wealth of knowledge about the vehicle. Was able to answer many questions that Park place could not. Had very bad experience with sales which caused me to go to park place to buy.
Ive been dealing with BMW, Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover service centers for the better part of 20 years now and Ive never been denied a loaner vehicle because I had no history with the dealership. Bad policy.(UPDATE: Someone came to their senses and approved a loaner vehicle so I changed from one star to four. Still more of an annoyance than Id ever expect from a Land Rover dealership. Land Rover should take more interest in how their dealerships operate because it can literally be the deciding factor of why someone chooses to buy or not buy their brand.)

I was quoted $3,500 worth-of work, some of which Cowtown Rover said was unnecessary. The rest of which, Cowtown completed same day for much less. Skip this over-priced shop and go see Sam at Cowtown Rover.
This is our second trip here and each time the entire staff has been nothing less than exceptional. We have visited other dealerships and by far there is no comparison to customer service and the knowledge they exhibit and the friendly service. Will always bring my vehicle here although it is 50 miles away.

I recently started looking for a Range Rover. I had called several dealerships with in a 150 miles radius of my home. I contact internet sales first because I began looking in the evening, I explained what I was looking for and asked if the vehicles were available ? After 24 hrs and I hadnt heard back from anyone, I called the dealerships and asked for the salesmen and again asked what was available. I was told they would look and call me right back..... . After two days of no information or even a email, returned,I drove down to Autobahn, walked in and was immediately greeted and was shown what vehicles were available .I was unable to find exactly what I was looking for, but the following day I was contacted by the gentleman that helped me the day before.and was told of future vehicles that were expected in, in just a few days. Two days later I was driving home my new Range Rover. In years past I had bought a BMW and again just as happy with the professionalism and service at Autobahn.

If I could give my service advisor James a million stars I would in a heartbeat. I’m from out of town and thought I had an emergency, after talking to James and coming in he took care of my vehicle quickly and had me back on the road in no time. While I was with him, I witnessed another customer come in and get very angry and cuss at James with me sitting right there, but James remained extremely professional and tried his best to calm the situation. Even after the man spewed curse words at him and left the office James kept a smile on his face and never once spoke badly of that customer. That’s TRUE customer service. I just wish management would have done something about that man who was screaming at and harassing their employees and causing a tense situation in the entire service department. I highly highly recommend James in the service department because he will go above and beyond to take care of you. Thank you so so much for helping me get home!

October 24, cold rainy evening, My LR3 suddenly overheats by Allen Street exit, next to a convience store. we add water and wait for car to cool, now car will not start. After waiting over an hour for a tow, our LR3 gets loaded and heads for Autobhan. Its 05:30pm and Im hoping we get thru because Autobhan closes at 06:30pm. We arrive at 06:00 pm and the service staff patiently listens to our story and complaints. We were told all loaners were out but our service advisor found us a new car. He said we would recieve a call on Monday with a list of the diagnostics. They did indeed call and said car would be ready on Thursday. The LR3 was ready on Wednesday. My wife and I have been land rover customers since 1994 (Grubbs European) and Autobhan since 1995. This service department is the main reason we keep coming back to Autobhan Land Rover, Always helpful and willing to listen, no matter how busy they are.

They are super professional and their customer service skills are out the chart. I went to buy an SUV last year and Cody was super friendly and straight to the point, willing to work with me. I had to take the car dor maintenance and key replacement because I broke it but on the phone they were not as helpful as they are on person.
I just wish they cleaned the inside of my car a little better. I found some oil on the front seat. But overall it was a GREAT experience and super fast!Thank you

Went to get my car washed (after lunch time thinking it wouldn’t be a busy time). My car sat untouched for 30 minutes. Disappointed. You think it’s a perk not going to a open to public car wash yet it takes just as long.

I bought my Range Rover Sport Supercharged last August from Cody. The buying experience was great, along with the follow up. I left for Spain for three weeks and left the vehicle with them for a month for some minor dings, scratches, etc..which they fixed. Now, I am having a left back tire problem and trying to resolve the issue. Yesterday was a Saturday so we will see how they help me on Monday??? I will keep yall postedRobert
