Purchased a used ss from hiley the purchase was great after not so much.Below you can see damage done to my car while in for service. The service manager Jerry said they could not help me and that his tech found wood screws in the bumper of the car they sold to me 4 months ago that they certified.Unfortunately I have to recommend you take sales and service to another dealership

Traveling through on I-20, we got a low tire warning. We took the first exit and, lo and behold, there was Hiley GMC! The staff there was absolutely marvelous, got our tire changed, treated us like family, including our dog and cat, and put us back on the road in less than an hour. I contacted Hiley after a couple recent bad experiences with other dealerships and spoke with Marshall Gilbreath who was great. I let him know that my attempt to buy a new pickup hadn’t been going well despite having and excellent credit rating and earnings. Marshall assured me that they were different, so I went out and met with him, and ultimately left with my new truck a couple hours later.Bottom line for me was that he did exactly what he said he would and was clear about setting expectations throughout the process.I’ve already recommended Hiley and will continue to based on my experience.

Took vehicle in for some warranty work. My service tech is extremely personable and knew exactly why I was bringing in.Took home and inspected the next day to see that one of the trim pieces was not installed correctly or a piece got broken. Is not flush. Taking back to correct or order new leather trim piece. Frustrating since I live 30 miles from dealership

I then called your place back and spoke to Mike. He was the only person that gave me honest answers and finally got my issue taken care of. I will not be back to your service center and I will not purchase a vehicle from you because of this experience.

Took my car in to a mom & pop shop with a cheap coupon for an alignment. They came back with a long list of $3000 worth of work needed. Took car to Hiley. Mechanic found one thing needed to be fixed and alignment done. Problem solved. Car rides great. Misty kept me updated on progress and I appreciated courtesy car service offered. Very happy with money saved but even more so knowing that work done was actually needed. Lesson learned.

I called this last Friday afternoon for some more detail on a used vehicle and talked with Antonio. He said he completely understood what I was looking for and said he would send me what I requested right away because I was going to fly out to purchase. Never got a response from him. I then called on Monday a.m. and talked with someone else and explained I had already requested info and had gotten no response. They said they would take care of it. I never got anything back. I really felt like I had found the vehicle I wanted but with no communication it makes it pretty impossible to move forward with purchasing.

Had a good sales experience with my salesman; however, I was supposed to get an equity check for my trade-in but every time I called to check on its status, I was either told it takes 6-8 weeks, did you check your mailbox or I would get transferred to a phone number (to accounting?) that goes straight to a voicemail, that no one checks. It took me emailing a finance director to finally get a call back after 7 weeks only to be told that they screwed up and sent my equity check to the lienholder so now I have to wait ANOTHER 15 days to get my check due to corporate policies. Sorry was all I got. Be sure and get hard dates and/or a contact if you are expecting an equity check because communication is certainty not this dealerships strong suit.

BASED ON RECENT HELP, OR LACK THEREOF.My husband has been in the process of trying to get reimbursed for a warranty that was not working out as planned. He was told it would take 6-8 weeks, over 4 months ago. He has yet to be reimbursed and has attempted to contact the finance department on multiple occasions with no response. A process that initially seemed pretty straight forward is turning out to be a headache, avoid financing through dealership and taking any warranties.Issues with the warranty include: inaccurate coverage of particular aspects of the maintenance plan and many locations did not accept it as valid, finance team not being responsive about the reimbursement.

Many of the dealers we have been to in the area, would make you come in to the showroom to get a salesman. At Hiley the salesman walked out to us as we were looking at a truck. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He brought us keys for the vehicle we wanted to buy. The salesman, finance department, and managers made the whole truck buying process very easy. I asked for my coolant and cooling system to be inspected with my routine maintenance. They said ok and then never did. I called to ask what my coolant level was at and the tech said it usually doesn’t matter what the level is at. Next day on way to vacation, my car engine lights comes on and my car overheated. My wife and I purchased a 2022 Acadia this past weekend. After getting home we noticed that the contract price was $2000 more than the sticker price. Upon calling the finance person to ask about the discrepancy I was told it was an added charge for the tint and locking lug nuts, things that should be standard in my opinion or at the very least should already be part of the sticker price. If purchased retail the tint and lug nuts would cost less than $200. The finance person said the sales person should have explained this charge; I was quite certain he had not. I contacted the sales person who told me the charge is an added item called TLP, and he apologized for not explaining the charge during our initial negotiations.My wife and I had initially explained of a bad experience with Honda Burleson where they tried to add a $2000 charge for addons that equated to a warranty that we would have declined. At least Honda explained the charge up front and didnt try to surprise us with it after contracts had already been signed.To make matters worse, the locking lug nuts that we paid God knows how much for werent even installed on the vehicle. Was this intentional on the dealerships part hoping that the customer wouldnt notice? Was there intentional deception throughout the entire process? I wonder how many times a customer left the lot and never discovered that they paid over $1000 for lug nuts they didnt even have.Unfortunately, we are finding it difficult to enjoy our purchase and would not recommend HIley GMC to our family, friends, or coworkers.

Worst Customer Service ever. Drove Two hours to buy a car from this dealership. The sales portion went great of course but then when I needed parts/service on my car its been one head ache after another! Do not expect them to take care of you, they absolutely will not. when something goes wrong on their end they wont do anything to fix. I Just sat around for over an hour to get my car fixed, and they didnt even finish fixing it, told us we would just have to come back again later.

I purchased a 2015 buick encore 1 year ago and recently took it because the check engine light came on to get it repaired. I was told there was 3 problems and everything else with the vehicle was perfectly fine so i paid the 1150$ to get it repaired. Only one month later the car completely brakes down and know im being told itll be over 3000$ in repairs so i want to trade the vehicle in and i am getting no help or response in doing so. Also no loaner vehicle so ive currently been without a vehicle for 3 days now. Please help me 🙏Edit: I just want to thank Jerry and misty in the service department. They did an outstanding job on getting me into a loaner within the next couple days until my vehicle was repaired. I purchased a used vehicle from them and everything went pretty good but I wasnt able to get the car until 3 days later was told that they were doing some safety stuff on it and that I would get it when theyre done so when I picked it up thats what they did said they detailed it and they did a front end alignment well Ive been driving it for the last two three weeks now and the front end shakes so theres no way he didnt alignment just think I was lied to me how you sell car thats not even ready so I went up today to pick up my plates tried to explain my situation to them I was told I need to go next door to talk to them its like they didnt really care or to be bothered with my problems so Im not really impressedI tried contacting the number provided by the reply no answer left a message with my number is been 3 days no response to my voice mail. . I repaired the the shaking by replacing the outer tie rods and brake rotors.Obviously customer service is not a priority

I have had to bring my Cascada in too many times for repairs. Each time there are rarely any loaner vehicles. This last service my convertible top had to be replaced, as it was replaced I noticed that it was not properly installed so yet again I’m back to the dealership, and of course I have to wait on another part to be ordered so in the mean time I still can’t utilize my convertible top. I am beyond frustrated. I’ve been waiting on a simple lug cover to come and needless to say I’m still waiting. Too many issues have been ongoing with a car I purchased off the showroom floor, now I’m understanding why this particular model is no longer in rotation. (Too many ongoing issues) Extremely UNHAPPY….considering a new vehicle‼️‼️‼️

My husband and I came by Hiley Dealership this weekend looking at GMC trucks. After looking at what was available on lot and no sign of anyone coming out to engage us, we walked to the door. A salesman sitting in car asked if we needed help. Really!Long story short, I had to ask the salesmans his name, he then asked our names. He did not ask us into the showroom, he did not offer water and we felt he did not want to help. This is not how a dealership should treat potential customers.We then went next door to Chevrolet Dealership and will probably purchase truck from them since they took the time to work with us and treated us like they cared.

I saw a Yukon on the Hiley Website, it was $85K. Cool, just what I was looking for. So, I go to the meet the team link and I pick the sales person I want to purchase from. Then, I call up there (12:52pm on 5/3) and ask for the operator for the aforementioned-particular sales person I chose. The operator was extremely rude and off-putting. Now mind you, Im trying to spend $85K with this place and this guy answering phones refuses to give me the extension of the sales person I want, so that I can try back later. I hung up. Im heading to another dealership that allowed me to pick my own sales person, connect with them, and set an appointment. Ill be spending my $85K else where. First impressions, theyre still important. All I wanted was the sales persons extension. Sorry ZL, they really should put a customer service minded PRO into such a position there answering phones.

Easy purchase experience. Jason was very helpful. We now have a new 2020 GMC TERRAIN SLE FWD. $ 32,288.72 is how much I think we are going to pay after 84 payments. That includes a 75,000 mile warranty plan. The only complaint we have is that our 2010 Dodge Caliber Mainstreet was not very important as a trade in. I think they offered less than 500 dollars for it.😕

I called the service department directly to get an appointment. Starting three before, I tried the internet, contact via email and texting from the Hiley website to set up an appointment without success.The manager welcomed me to Hiley and verified my appointment. The oil was changed and the vehicle was washed. The manager went over the auto wiper setup after a new windshield installation. He also tested the front motion sensors and discussed setting up the distance settings with the cruise control engaged. I left Hiley feeling satisfied.

Can’t say enough great things about the Service Department and the experience I received from Justin Davidson and his technicians on a recent visit. I pulled in late on Thursday afternoon when my 2021 Sierra was experiencing some major issues. I was traveling through Fort Worth on my way to West Texas with over 300 miles to go. Justin was honest with me and said it was late but would try to get someone to look at my vehicle. He indeed was able to get a tech to not only look at my vehicle, but get it fixed and back on he road with reassurance that the issue was resolved. To start off, I wish I could give 10 stars.. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and their staff. I have a GMC canyon that was actually purchased from a different dealer, but Hiley is my home dealer, where I have bought a truck from in the past, and we take my wifes vehicle in for service there as well. I had experienced some transmission issues at 58k, and took it in for a fluid change. the service writer, Sam, was very polite, courteous, and professional. all the staff there from my experience is the same way, they care for the customer.Upon inspection, the service manager Jerry reached out to let me know that there were some more serious problems, and the transmission was needing a rebuild, a car owners worst nightmare!he assured me he would pull records, and check for remaining drive train warranty. I was issued a brand new loaner car, with a full tank of gas for the time period I was out a vehicle. they kept in touch with updates, and got the parts in and my vehicle repaired, washed, and back to me in a week!all the paper work was a breeze, the ENTIRE repair was taken care of under GMC warranty. Not really anything kind to say about the dealership. The finance guy (Ron H)offered us a rate of 3.89% without checking more than 2 banks, and only if we bought his service plan. When I expressed dissatisfaction about the rate, he tried to gaslight me about credit pulling procedures, and openly admitted that dealers are allowed to mark up the interest rate and adjust it to their benefit. Down the road it turned out that, when he actually took the time to check with other banks when we were gonna walk, we qualified for 2.49%. When we agreed, they sold the car out from under us (probably to someone who didnt care to check the rate and was willing to buy the service plan). Our salesperson didnt even give us the courtesy of a call to let us know they were selling the vehicle, it was the finance guy who called (most likely to get a dig in). Pretty miserable experience. Loved our sales girl, just wish she had taken the time to let us know herself the deal wasnt going through. I recommend securing your own funds, and being aware of your credit score before you get taken for a ride in financing.

Discussed getting a truck with salesman antonio, I live about 8 hrs away from Fort Worth. I arrange a time to come look at it. I get there and we discuss financing options, shortly after I see someone else test driving the same truck I came for. Then after wasting 3 hours of my time he says I’m not “approved”. Meanwhile the other guy is basically closing the deal on the truck. Highly do not recommend this place and specifically the salesman Antonio. I almost guarantee anywhere else I would’ve been approved considering I had a large down payment and a co-signer

I had been looking to replace my 2019 Toyota Avalon for several weeks and after much research, I decided on a 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir. Buying a new vehicle is a stressful experience for me.I had searched a couple of other dealerships, but upon meeting Arvin, at Hiley, I was immediately put at ease. He calmly inquired if he could help with anything. He wasn’t up in my face trying to push me into a new car! He listened to my interests and concerns and basically gave me space to choose the car I wanted. Arvin was professional yet caring and genuinely interested in learning the needs of his customer enabling him to best fill those needs. Found vehicle online and drove over an hour to get there. When we got to the dealership they added 2500.00 to the price and called it dealership fees. (Just because they had the vehicle in stock)Then they would not let us use our own lender for financing. We had to go with one of theirs at a higher interest rate.Also had a rebate because I am a Citi employee and they would not accept it.I hate more than anything in the world to go to a dealership because and these are just the many reasons why. The salesman was nice and the manager was nice but it would have been nice if they told us all of this up front…(extra fees, financing, etc) instead of going in with the online price and coming out feeling like we got screwed in the deal. Dealerships like this are why I will drive this vehicle until it dies.

I took my 2011 Yukon XL in for service because I had a light come on my instrument panel. The service department came up with many different things totaling over $5 thousand dollars that they suggested I have done to the vehicle.I asked what needed to be done immediately and was told that nothing needed to be done right now.The oil sensor is bad and the gauge on the instrument panel shows no pressure.I told them to change the oil and I would look at all their suggestions.I was charged for the diagnosis and the oil change.When I got home I noticed that the sticker for reminding me about my next oil change had not been changed on my wind shield.I called the service department to talk to person that I had dealt with and was sent to their extension and then was told that the mail box was full and could not accept any more messages and got hung up on.I then checked my oil life on my engine and it said it was at 48% .I called the dealership again and had the same problem of mail box full and get hung up on.I now wonder if the oil was changed at all.I want someone in management for the dealership to contact me to discuss this .

I drove over an hour to get to the used GMC Sierra I bought. The purchase was easy and quick. They knew what my needs were and where I wanted to be and helped me get there. It has been a week and the truck is great. It was missing the ;plastic plugs in the bed and I wish they would have helped me with that but I will get it as a warranty item!

The people were very kind to me so it is nothing against them personally or their work. However, I called before bringing in my vehicle (that I just purchased less than 6 months ago) about getting the a/c fixed and asked when I could bring it in. She said I could bring it the next day, the earlier the better. So, I arrived at 7:00 when the doors opened. When I got there, I told the man (Justin??) that I needed to have the a/c looked at because it was not blowing cold air. While I was there I also asked about an oil change and a new battery on my key. I did tell him that I could not leave the car past today because I needed it for different events with my kids, but I could bring it back any time another day if there was a part he needed to order or more work to be done. He let me know that he didnt think he would be able to look at the a/c today because they were very busy, but he could take care of the oil and the key, but that I could call back and schedule an appointment for the a/c. I thought I had done that or I would not have even brought my car that day. I told him that I had called before coming in and he said he would do his best to look at it. Again, I was ok if the work wasnt completed that day, but I was definitely under the impression it would be at least looked at so we would know the next steps. When I went at the end of the day to get my car, I was informed that the a/c was not even able to be looked at. I was told again to call and schedule an appointment and they could even get me a loan car. I called, no appointments with loan cars for a month. Again, fine. I do not need a loan, I can figure something out, I just want the a/c repaired. It is Texas, and I drive all over the place, and most importantly I really dont like to sweat. Then I am told there is not an available appointment even without a loan for 2 weeks! That seems insane to me. I would happily take it somewhere else and not even mess with this, but the car is still under warranty because we purchased it from you as certified pre-owned. So now I am stuck, with no a/c and no appointment for it to be even assessed for 2 weeks. That doesnt even include the amount of time it will take to be repaired. The people were kind, but if the wait is this long for your service department appointments, that says more about management and staffing then it does anything else. I am definitely disappointed.

Its been terrible every time I come there. Theres no communication on the progress of your vehicle & I hate to have to keep calling & bothering people to get information. This time was for a recall & they knew I was being my Terrain in 3 1/2 weeks prior to our appointment & they didnt have the parts! Why not call & say you need to wait until we get parts in? They gave me a loaner but wanted it back before my vehicle was ready after they told me I shouldnt drive mine. Then they called & left a rude message on my husbands phone that they needed their loaner vehicle back immediately but they hadnt fixed mine yet! Very frustrating. Finally they apparently took what they needed off a new vehicle & fixed mine. Took almost 3 weeks
