We basically knew the vehicle we wanted coming in so the sales process was straight forward, but the normally long grueling financing process was anything but. Pretty nice, like any other big dealership. They do have several Televisions showing a variety of stations. That could help with the waiting around. No one came and asked if I needed help, I had to find someone and ask. I also couldnt find the parts department. It wasnt labeled on the outside of the dealership so I had to do some driving around and then ask once i just picked a door to enter.

Julio was amazing today! We went in to test drive a Tiguan and within 3 hours we were singing papers and driving off the show room floor. He even got a big red bow for me to take pictures with! I cannot recommend him more! Awesome service.

Really polite customer service, but thats the only worthwhile thing. Understaffed all the time, appointments required for red-carpet treatment service plans, almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. For something advertised as foreign luxury, it lacks any semblance of luxury or class. Service and care is much more in line with an NTB or pepboys.

I went to VW not expecting to get a car that same day but ended up with one because Julio was so helpful and made the process so easy! If you’re looking for a Volkswagen, this is the place to go! They’re not pushy but are there to help when you need and make the car buying process enjoyable!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was given a loaner car yesterday, and now I’m about to go to work and the car won’t start! I called Autobahn- WHO WAS STILL OPEN- and was told they were closing soon and won’t be able to help me. I pleaded with them, because I make hospice appointments with my car. ALL they could do was offer to give ME the number to call roadside assistance. TERRIBLE! I’m going to make sure everyone knows what AWFUL customer service they provide!

If you want to have an easy, painless car buying experience, Julio is your guy! Our sitter cancelled on us before our 9:30a test drive Saturday morning. We reluctantly brought our toddler with us to the dealership. When we arrived, Julio was not only super accommodating, but he encouraged us to install our 2 year olds car seat in order test drive the car as a family. Since we were between two cars, he even let us test drive the second car all the way home to get our son home in time for his lunch/nap! We ended up settling on our car and purchased our new 2021 Tiguan SEL that day. Julio was super cool, patient, and transparent throughout the entire experience. I never knew it was possible to have such a stress-free car buying experience WITH a toddler. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, honest, and patient. 10/10!!!

Unfortunately, I trusted the 5 star reviews but it seems you get sold on something and most people dont read the paperwork or fine print and you walk out the door. What you pay at the end of the day isnt what they quoted you. My advice, read the paperwork. Also, the car was listed as new but after a few messages, I found out the car was sent out a few times and had a few hundred miles on it BUT the sales rep still tried to sell it to me as a new car, not used or even demo!

Recently bought a VW Atlas Cross Sport with this dealer and my experience was the best. Julio Echavarria is the sales agent that help me out making the transaction run smooth. I initially contacted them since my local dealer was not helpful at all, and within one day I was approved with the best deals VW had to offer. Julio took charge of everything and I just flew in during the weekend to pick up my new car. Was going to make the drive from Austin to DFW for a vehicle but decided to go with a local dealer. When I reached out as a courtesy to say I went another way, Frain Salazar, the sales rep not only questioned my decision but belittled and mocked me. Overall exceptional experience from the moment we walked in. My wife and I went in to Autobahn VW to inquire about possibly leasing a 2021 VW Tiguan (1st time leasing). Vinson Garcia was very knowledgeable about the Tiguan as well as all the other floor models. We even got talking about the old school VW Beetles and Buses. After taking the Tiguan out for a test drive we fell in love with it. We met with Finance Manager Jason Bryant. He was able to keep us within our monthly budget. Since this was our first lease we had a lot of questions and uncertainty. Jason answered them all and made us feel comfortable enough to continue with the lease. After signing, our new VW was washed and brought into the show room where we met with Mike Lozada. Mike went thru all the tech, apps, features and questions. Vinson was also present. A very nice dealership! Michael Heck took good care of us. I have two items of note though. Dealership needs better control of inventory and what is posted online. Finding car online I wanted was difficult. One was even out as a loaner. I bought a loaner car because of the great deal. After two days though, I got a service reminder to come in. It was time based due to length on the lot. Not a big deal but this should have been taken care of, in my opinion, so that it did not occur within a few days of purchase. I am sure dealership will make it good. Just a minor annoyance for first week. Love our new Tiguan!

Do the survey and get first $25 free from service or parts department. :)My old review ^I dropped my service review to one star.I asked for a Pirelli tire to match my other 3 tires, was showed on the service computer a Pirelli tire and I agreed to purchase exactly what I had been shown. I regrettably trusted the dealership to replace said tire. I drove away and later that day realized that I had been given a different brand of tire. I called to report what had happened and was told “since you’ve driven away on the tire, it’s no longer new and we cannot take back the tire.”I am very disappointed and will probably never take my car to any Volkswagen again.In a similar incident, I went to get my cars key copied. To put it short— they lost both of my keys and it took another 2 Hours before I could finally leave with my $300... key.

I came in for an regular maintenance for my Jetta and the service team completed the work very quickly. My wife and I were looking around at cars and Vinson talked to us and wasn’t pushy. He was knowledgeable, friendly and nice.

We have bought and leased cars here for over 20 years. They treat us like family and are honest people. Any issue we’ve had with cars has been dealt with quickly and they work to provide loaners similar to the car you’re driving, which is important when you have kids. The staff is responsive and they truly care about our lives as humans not just another sale. We drive from Colleyville because we trust this dealership and will remain loyal customers as long as they continue with such amazing customer service.

This is related to SERVICE only. I brought my vw in for a recall and of course they did a multipoint inspection. However, when i took the list to my machine they stated that I did not need any repair. Reason why i believe my mechanic is because vw Autobahn stated that I may power steering rack was leaking and i needed new windshield wipers blades. but the interesting part in that i just change my blades three days before coming and i have had my park for two weeks and there is not sign of leakage. I was thinking of still going back to autobahn for and airbag sensor repair. however, i checked my power steering fluid and they did not even top me off. I have never been top a dealership where they tell you something is leaking and dont even top off the fluids. I am hoping i can go to another dealership and get a second opinion without paying another service fee, but if not I will still not be returning

Back again for my 80k mike service and still had a fantastic experience.Work is done quickly. Showroom is clean and stocked with vehicles Im interested in seeing. Friendly staff, good refreshments. Overall and excellent dealership. I appreciate the complimentary car wash and vacuum as well!Update - Back for my 60k mile service - still great experience.

Had a scheduled appointment for service yhis morning. I was promptly met and addressed upon entry. Very personable staff.

I strongly encourage you to consider other VW dealerships for vehicle servicing. I understand that there are a large number of positive reviews but take note that many people seem to receive discounts for leaving positive reviews. This in itself is an indication of their morals.The cost of the parts is well above would the industry average is. Although it is expected for OEM parts to be above average it should not be to the extent that Autobahn VW is charging. Perhaps they are truly following in their name and getting parts themselves from Germany after testing them on the Autobahn. e.g. $250 to replace 4 spark plugs (spark plugs were $28 each while they are $14 on the VW website). This is crazy!The hourly labor rate is fairly steep (around $140) and be prepared for being charged for more labor than is truly required to complete a job. e.g. 1 hour to replace spark plugs in the real world this should take a competent technician 15 minutes.The service associate that I dealt with seemed extremely inexperienced and customer service was certainly not his strong point. I also dealt directly with the service manager after having difficulties with the associate and although he was better at communicating he was blunt and insincere.Wash and vacuum is allegedly included but maybe what Autobahn VW mean by wash and vacuum is a sprinkle with some Trinity river water and a puff of German Autobahn air.This review may seem salty but it is authentic. Stay clear of these folks.

Oh boy! Where do I start? I don’t trust them. They are either incredibly incompetent or just plain con men and liars. First they quoted me for $2200 headlight repair. Stating that the headlights were not factory. I am the one and only owner of my vehicle and I’ve never replaced them. I told them I keep records of all my maintenance. The next day they told me they made a mistake and the headlights were indeed factory and instead it would cost $700 for a couple filters, bulbs, spark plugs and oil change. Although pricey, I didn’t have to do it so I was content until I got home. I noticed damage to my front bumper. Minor but not the sort that you can buff out. When I filled out the survey with a negative review they were quick to respond. They asked for pictures of the damage which I gave them. They replied back stating the damage was already there when I brought it in. When I asked for those pictures there was silence. I humored them and over the course of a month I have investigated every location I frequent. I inspected anything that could have possibly left that damage and ALL the colors were brown or yellow. The residual paint on the damage is blue and white. Guess who’s colors are blue and white? I had intended to eventually buy another Volkswagen but not from these guys. I’ll never do business with them again. It’s not worth suing but I can warn YOU, whoever reads this, to be wary.

I feel compelled to write a review and give 5 stars due to my experience I had working with Oscar. There were some timely difficulties between my credit union and the financing department at Autobahn, but Oscar kept me company, took me out and showed me all the features of my new vehicle and was overall very gracious.

They are very friendly and the wait area is very comfortable and clean. They have a nice variety of snacks and the restrooms are also clean. Staff is very friendly and they are always transparent with prices and such. There is also a wait area for children which is also very clean.

Really great experience! A place I will not mention (cough::autozone::cough) claimed I needed a new starter. Luckily the great folks at Autobahn Volkswagen came through and informed me it was just the battery that needed to be replaced. Thank you so much for the great service. I will definitely return if/when my Jetta has any other issues. :)
