I needed a part that I had been looking for on my own and was having a difficult time. They found it right away. Even gave me a few tips to help until the part came in. Every person that I talk to that needs care repair or maintenance I tell them to go see Ben. It is so difficult to find a good mechanic that is not going to upsell you on things you dont need. Really impressed with Ben and the crew. Rather than just replace the alternator and batteries, they took the time to diagnose and fix the problem one step at a time. Very conscientious, talked me through the options. In the end, it was just the batteries. As a bonus, they taught me how to test the batteries and alternator. Awesome!

One of their mechanics was highly recommended from a coworker when he heard me complaining about dealership costs so I thought I would give them a try. They performed the 100k maintenance on my Acura TSX for about half why the dealership quoted.And its not just that they are cheap. Everyone I have Spoken with is always very nice and polite and they get your work done very quickly as well. I highly recommend them!

Stay away at all costs. Better to have your vehicle towed 100 miles than go to them. First off, I asked the owner not to do the work till I called him. He agreed. When I called him in the morning, he stated that they had already diagnosed the problem and had it torn apart and were awaiting parts. All of this done without consent from the owner. They wanted to charge me $100 for a $15 part. When I let him know I wanted to use another part, his answer was absolutely not. Then he got mad and angry with me and said he would use another part but would have to increase the labor to make up the difference. Unfortunately my vehicle was stuck with them. He told me my options were to pay for all of the labor, plus a premium, then I could get it towed to somewhere else, otherwise he was keeping the vehicle. He also made a veiled threat that another garage might find other problems wrong with the car. They are theives and they know it. They charged seperate labor for parts that were located right next to each other. On top of that they charged a diagnostic fee of $88 for nothing. When I stated that I was having them do the work so the diagnostic fee should be waived, they stated that no garage has ever done that and they need to pay for their $10,000 machine somehow. This came from the owner directly.If you are an Alcon employee, be warned. They do not have any agreement to do an honorable job with Alcon. You might assume that, but they do not.What should have been a $125 job, cost me over $400 and came with a threat of damage if I took it elsewhere to get done.

They charged me $100 for an oil change and changing 2 brake light bulbs. The panel to access the bulbs doesnt even require a screw driver to open. You just pop the plastic panel on the hatch and then use your fingers to pull the bulb out. I wont be going back. Im furious.
