I felt offend and embarrassed I also like going get my products at autozone. The worker autozone wasn’t professional to me I asked him on helping me return a item to exchange it for something else.He was just ignoring me and all my questions I was asking him just looking at the computer instead of trying help me out on what I needed I he was just making excuses and not trying help me out . I felt really offend and embarrassed in front of other customers that where there he just left me there standing not saying anything else to help me out I left out and will never go there Any more will go to other auto part stores.

They know their parts and are very helpful.

Called to ask about replacing my low beam headlight on my vehicle. The man who answered the phone was rude from the beginning. Kept talking over me when all I wanted to know was, how do I know if I need HID or Halogen. Told me multiple times, “ma’am you either need HID or Halogen” I told him I understood but how do I know. After telling me to figure it out and sighing as if I was completely putting him out, he literally hung up on me before I could say thank you and goodbye. If you don’t like your job DONT WORK THERE!!!!! Geeze.....won’t ever use this location.

ITS AUTOZONE, SAY NO MORE !!!Ive been shopping with Autozone, since they 1st opened !!!They keep getting Better and Better.Always informative and helpful wether I need parts, special tools, computer code reading, fluids, and more.For all my vehicles over ALL these years?... Its been Autozone... there for me and the rest of us working folks.See ya soon !!

They always have what we want for our car

This Auto Zone is pretty knowledgeable and pretty convenient. May be because its in my neighborhood. But, if youve got any kind of issue, get a hold of David there and hell get it figured out.

I found the part I need and my car is running good

So its well organized. The person hiring me was Estrella, a capable and friendly valerie cashier who helped me return a rental tool. She was very nice and efficient and got things right. I will definitely be going back.

Just had a wonderful experience at this Auto Zone. The attendant that helped me knew her stuff. I hope that she has a great day and no one gives her a hard time. Did not get her name or she would be getting special name recognition from me. Ill give this particular Auto Zone a 5 Star rating. The Stars are for her.

I have been coming to this store for over 5 years now and the people that have been working there are the best they have always treated me with the up most respect and made me fill like I sure did make the right decision on coming here they always have what I need and it always a lower cost than anybody else in my book I wont go anywhere else you all are the best there isnt anyone better I thank you so very much thank you thank you keep it going now thanks again.

Store manager is Very knowledgeable about car parts. Knowing your getting the right part is a great relief. I dont like going back because they gave me the wrong part.

My lady called the store and the on-duty manager, Augustin, talked to her like she was a kindergartener. So I called right back and he gave me Gods blessings 😄and the info she needed. Later we picked up the part, the manager refused to help us, because he was too busy talking and giving directions. When Iooked at his name tag, it was the same guy I spoke to on the phone. Hows that for a kick in the head. 😵

I came in at 9:00 pm. I had only one headlight. Jose was so efficient showed me different bulbs that were in stock. He also helped me install my headlight bulb. He went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Jose and store #1514 really shows customer appreciation.

Check engine light on they always have mechanical problems or they just will not come outside for customer.

A male employee who’s name was Augustin was very very rude to me. I told him I couldn’t wear a mask due to my breathing condition and he rudely told me I couldn’t come in and that he didn’t care about my condition. And when my mom got on to him about being rude he told her to go back to Africa. I’m never going to store location ever again in my life

Utterly confused, couldnt purchase wheel studs....... staff unaware how to search for products by description. Now considering the other guy, training is everything.

I miss the days when they actually had people that actually knew something about auto parts and customer care. I asked two people about a very simple part and their best answer was its between Isle 4 &7.. after looking for a while I asked them again.. their answer was its got to be there somewhere or maybe we dont have it we dont know... Bravo AutoZone I guess I need to go to OReillys.

Had to have my battery charged and the computer was down so they had to hand write me a receipt and was told it would be an hour but it was more like 5 once I actually got my battery back. I called to ensure it was ready and was told yes but I get there and had to wait an additional 30min. Sucked.

A customer who got in line after me was helped first.....I got a district supervisor as a salesperson, and he kept leaving me to answer the phone, as they were short handed.Having managed a parts dept myself, I found this particular AZ to be inept & irritating. It COULD, of course, have just been a bad day at AZ.I miss the days of locally owned businesses.....
