These guys are a scam they dont give you the proper parts, sometimes they are broken and dont offer any type of return. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

The men that work here are funny and very nice. He gave the 3 kids with us Popsicles while we waited for a part. Will definitely be going there again when needing parts!!

Staff was packed up and ready to go a whole hour before closing. I even offered to pull what I needed myself but since it’s Friday I guess they were ready to go home and lose business. Would not recommend to anyone.

Called about a complete steering column, for 1995 Cavalier. They had it, and had it out when I got there. Perfect fit and price.

If i could leave negative 5 stars i would. These guys lie about having parts, and offer no warrantee. I would go anywhere else, and never again A Plus Auto Parts. In hind sight... There are rarely any cars in their parking area.... No customers! Imagine that....

Don’t let this guy calculate the cost of tax in he is head I wasn’t paying attention and was charged 20 bucks in tax on 200 didn’t realize till I was on the road. Guys in the field are great. Two guys in the office could be better. Just know what you want they have little patience and will hang up on you trust me I saw in when I was in the office. Decent prices when it comes down to it just watch your tab for tax

Found them on CL. Called and was told to call another day as it was late in the day that day. Called about 2 or 3 days later. The part was still available. Was told there was no damage on it and it would cost close to $100. Showed up, went to go look at the part, had major scratches on it, negotiated with the owner, paid a little more than I wanted to but whatever got the part I needed. Was unhappy when I was given the part but it was missing the bolts that I needed to attach it to the car, asked the associate for them. He left but came back with what clearly weren’t the bolts for it, seemed like he just picked them out of a bucket. Wasn’t trying to argue with anyone or waste any more of my Saturday there. Went about my way. Would recommend this place if you need a part at a somewhat reasonable rate. Otherwise if you can shop around do so or just buy it new.

Almost alwayd has what I need and they pull the parts for you and dont charge extra for the service!

They went out of their way to search for parts for me when I really needed it for a reasonable price. They were able to find everything that I need and not break my pocket. I definitely would recommend this salvage yard to anyone needing any parts or great service.

Told me that they had parts for my truck before I came and when I got there they told me they didnt have the parts that they were looking at wrong vehicle parts and didnt have my parts very poor service from the guys at front desk

Ive been doing business with A Plus Auto Salvage for almost 10 years. My husband and I buy all our parts here. If we need a part that they dont have they never hesitate to find it for us, either new or from one of their competitors. I always get great service and great prices here. They are honest and I always recommend them to everyone I know. Don’t listen to a guy that says “hanged up” instead of “hung up.”

CrookedDont go here!!! Charge 20% restocking fee on bad warped parts, then act like they are doing you a favor. As for refund, if you pay in cash dont expect to get cash back, you will get a check, guess owner doesnt trust his employees with money.

In response to the only review in 22 years in business. Any complaints we have had have been taking care with customer satisfaction in mind. We are in the used auto part business, policies for: Returns- Warranties - and As is, are posted on the wall as well as the receipt the customer receives.I can only apologize if you believe we hung the phone up on you. But if this did occur it was not done on purpose.Im not sure how you can state we will rip you off. The decision to buy a part is solely up to the customer and no one else. We quote the price to you and you decide if you want.If you are the customer who wanted to by$ 750.00 worth of parts for $350.00 and we didnt except it. How fair is it to call it bad service.

Best experience ever, Ive purchased quite a few items in the past years and ive never felt over charged. Neither have i purchased an item that hasnt worked. The peopke here are very good at what they do. They are a great team. I highly recommend this place for any of your car needs. They have great prices on almost everything and the employees are fast and very helpful.

Called about a part, was quoted a price. I drove over an hour to get there, then the guy was a jerk to me and the price had gone up. Got a much better deal at Mazda/Nissan Heaven. Ill never go back to A Plus

I will NEVER EVER go to this place again. I purchased headlight assemblies for a 2006 Volvo S60 and the owner guaranteed that they were from the same model car. I didnt think they looked like the ones on my car, so the owner agreed to allow me to return them if they didnt fit. I took them to my mechanic and lo and behold, they were NOT the correct ones. So, in order to keep from refunding my money, he said that one of them was damaged. They were in the same condition they were in when I purchased them. He even tried to blame my mechanic, who by the way, never attempted to put them in because he could see they werent the same. That was the first and LAST TIME he will ever get any of my hard-earned money. Two weeks later, I went to AAA Crains, who A Plus had bad-mouthed, and even though they didnt have what I needed, I would still rather go there.

Bought a vehicle from this place recently. Owner swore it was in great shape (other than a sensor). He even gave me 24hrs, and swore if anything was wrong, he would take it back. Within a week, it was overheating, and stuttering. Turns out someone had installed a thermostat with caulking for a gasket and superglued a hard to find crack on the radiator, then reset the computer so it wouldnt code! Cant prove this place did it, but they had to know it had issues before selling it.

Quoted me a price good enough to have me take off work and drive multiple hours down from Oklahoma just to raise the price over that of a brand new piece when I got there. They will screw you and not even say thank you.
