Stopped by on my way home from work to get an estimate for some trim work. Carlos the owner was in the lobby and stepped out to help. It turned out it was a minor fix and they were able to take care of it on the spot.The best part: I had my truck fixed at one of the most expensive shops in DFW. Carlos found they had made a mistake and was able to fix their error. I really appreciated it, he could have ordered a new part and charged me a couple of hundred dollars. Instead, they fixed it quickly and inexpensively. I was out the door and on my way!!! Thanks Carlos!
Bad customer service. Stop by the shop and get estimate and he told me will send to my email. Two day gone by I call them back the lady told me will get some one get to it. Check my email or spam folder never received email from the shop.
