Nicko is awesome!My truck driver side mirror and bed frame was damaged and Nicko handled everything! He helped me with a rental, got my truck fixed and when my rental coverage lasted more than a month due to the blizzard, he even put me in a loaner! Made a painful experience nearly painless! Wouldn’t do it any other way! Literally top notch service and if I ever have any other issues I’ll only go to him!
I called before I visited to see if I needed an appointment to get an estimate and I was told no. So I went shortly after I made the call. I had my 5 year old neice. A sign said wait here to be helped. There were 3 mens sitting in their office and didnt say nothing. A nice guy came up and asked me and I told him why I was there. He said you can have a sit in the waiting area and some one will be with you. I sat and waited for almost 30 minutes you can hear people laughing and talking but no one came and said nothing. So unprofessional. So rude. Not cool at all. I just got up and left. Then I called to speak to the manager and guess what he was unavailable. I left my name and number but Im sure I wont be getting a call back. ☹️

Five Star Collision did a great job restoring my Mustang
Had my wifes edge sport repaired there after an unisured teen hit her vehicle on L/F wheel.. They did a great job and only used ford suspension parts.. Basically all the suspension and 22inch wheel on L/F.. Also replaced entire engine cradle.. Fortunately there was no body damage.. They did 4 wheel alignment and vehicle is driving great.. Tim was the service writer and was always responsive and conscientious.. Thank you Tim and Carl ( technician) for all you hard work..
Twice I’ve brought my Subaru here to be serviced after someone else hit me. Mauricio helped me both times, I asked for him by request the second time he did such a great job on our car originally. EVERYONE here is courteous and helpful. The manager drove me to enterprise this last time and all the way home with my daughter the first time. I can’t think of a better collision shop.

Nathan was extremely helpful during the entire time my truck was being repaired. He kept me aware of all issues and repairs. He let me know exactly when it would be ready. He even helped me with a couple of minor touch ups and fender flare issues without hesitation. Nathan went above and beyond to give me exceptional customer service! From drop off to pick up, service was phenomenal! Tim and Kevin made it so quick and easy to get the repairs started and were happy to answer any questions I had. The repairs were done over the Thanksgiving holiday, yet I never felt that my car was any less of a priority because of it. When I went to pick up my car, I ran into a hiccup with the insurance company, but Liz handled it professionally and with great aplomb! I was particularly impressed with her customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile! My car is back in tip top shape, and my entire experience with Five Star Ford Collision was above and beyond! If I ever do need a body shop again, I will be using them and will recommend them unhesitatingly to anyone else. Thanks again, guys!

We took our car in there to have it repaired. They took very good care of us excellent customer service and good turnaround. they took the time to explain everything that was going to be done. from sending the estimate to the car insurance to as far as parts paint and supplies that would be needing and doing. they gave us updates as the work was being done. I was a very happy satisfied customer. If you ever need collision repair I will go to Five Star Ford Collision and ask for Tim.

2017 Ford Explorer Platinum was backed into by a Mercedes on the right fender and door. It was close to $4,000. for the damage.Five Star Ford Collision has it looking like brand new. The paint was blended from the front fender through the front door, and it all looks original. No signs of a wreck at all.I am very happy with the results. Great people to deal with also.
We recently had repair work done here. They did a good job. Didnt take terribly long. The only reason I have them four stars is the lack of communication. They didnt tell us how long they thought it would take. I finally called one day and they said it would be ready later that day or the next day. When they first looked at it, they could have said how long they thought it would take. And then when it was almost ready they should have called again. But the work was good and they cleaned it inside and out before we picked it up.
I have a truck with five star collison st the moment. Everyone has been super responsive to my calls and emails. The insurance company is what has taken the longest. Tyler is my rep here and has been doing a phenomenal job keeping up with the claim and writing the estimate

Hello everyone!My name is Alicia, Im writing this review for the GREAT service that I received from Shane F. I accidentally scratched my Mercedes while backing out of the garage. I was horrified. I called up 5 Stare collision and spoke to Shane. I didnt know what it would cost ot fix the Scratch.Shane told me to bring the car on after work that same day. When I came in, Shane remembered me from the call that i made that morning. I signed in and was helpled right away from Shane. I was prepared yto wait because it was busy in there.He walked to my car in the parking lot to look at the scratch. I asked him what he thought I should do....? would I need to paint the WHOLE bumper which I didnt want to do. Or could I just have the scratch painted.Shane looked at it and said that the scratch was superficial and could I pull up to the entrance drive way. I did so... He came out to the car with some solution and rubbed it on the the scratch. I was SURPRISED the scratch just VANISHED.!!!Shane charged me nothing even though I wanted to pay something because I was so HAPPY. He could have said I needed to have the car repaired. I wouldnt have known the difference.I recommend 5 star for their professionalism!! If I EVER need to go them in the future,, I would be happy to do so.Thanks Shane for your time and your HONESTY. You made a new customer.!
I cant say enough about my experience with Five Star Ford Collision. Tim Oates was my contact and he was truly amazing. I was informed every step of the way and helped me even with small hiccups. I heard from him more than the insurance company handling my claim. He understood the repairs from our accident needed to be resolved quickly due to the holiday break and was able to complete these repairs quickly and professionally. I will continue to get repairs done through Tim and refer all my friends.
This place is fantastic. They dealt with the other persons insurance company to have my cars damage repaired the right way instead of just patching up the problem like the insurance had been suggesting. Thank you for doing all the paperwork, dealing with the insurance company, doing the repair right and being so courteous and helpful.
Body guys did a great job. Rental guy was awesome. Other than I had to drive a ram truck. Biggest and only problem that I had was the Farmers Insurance guy in the farmers office in the Collision Center told me repeatedly that the front end suspension after my accident would be looked over. Got my truck back and it vibrates like crazy. Still vibrates to this day. Should have never taken it there I told him many times something was wrong. Kept trying to come up witb excuses about how that would have not been effected by the accident. Bs!
Back in October my car was towed to this location for body work. I had the privilege of working with Maurico, who was a very nice and knowledgable professional. Throughout the whole process he kept me up to date with how it was going. My only complaint was the time it took to accomplish the body repair. Given the situation was complex, it took two months to receive my vehicle back. During that time my insurance stopped covering the rental. BUT the body shop help put me in another rental free of charge. Overall a good experience with the company. Its been over a month and have had little issues with any of the work done. Only thing Ive noticed still wrong is a tire pressure light remaining on but pressure on tires is fine... I would definitely reccomend Five Star Collision and Maurico to my clients, friends, and family.

I attempted to use them, however, they are not open on Saturdays, as this is the only day I could take the vehicle. I was told by someone at 5 star collision that I could take it to the dealership (5 star ford) service department and leave the car there on Saturday and that they would transport it to the collision center on Monday. I went there on Saturday to be looked at like I was crazy and NOBODY knew anything about that EVER happening. I guess its their loss, took it to another body shop. I dont understand why they LIED to me about being able to do that. Very disappointed......
I took my car to 5 star ford collision center on Thursday, Nov 10. My insurance company came out on Friday the 11th and came up with an estimate. My insurance company faxed over the report. Nathan, stated, when I called him today, that he still hadnt received the estimate from my insurance company who faxed the report to him on Monday. When I called my insurance company they tried to fax it again, and then again and found out, when he called Nathan to see if he received the fax that Nathan stated their fax machine doesnt work. Nathan failed to contact me and let me know he was still waiting on the estimate so I could look into this yesterday. I was expecting to get my car back by end of this week. Now I have no idea. When I called Nathan back after the estimate was emailed to him, he stated he had the estimate now and still tried to blame my insurance company. I told him it was due to his fax machine not working and he should take responsibility instead of pushing blame on someone else. He is supposed to contact me today or tomorrow and let me know when my car will be ready. Well see if he does or not. I have lost faith in him and so have lost faith in the company that hired him.

The customer service was good. The quality of the job performed was sub par for the following reasons.1st. I turned in two functioning key fobs. I was returned two fobs but one was without the ignition key. Literally. The key broke off at some point while in their care and they did not replace it. They wanted me to file a claim with Geico or the wrecker service :/? (This is why I can only give them two stars)2nd. They left some of the damaged parts in my trunk and I had to throw them away myself.3rd. I had to take my car to the car wash and clean the outside myself. It was not detailed before I picked it up.4th. The finish on the grille was not the original matte finish and one of the the lenses on my headlight was not replaced. Therefore, I have one ten year old lense cover and one brand new one. It looks so bad.If you use this company be patient they are very busy. They will provide high quality engine work but the attention to detail throughout the whole process will be far from adequate.
This place went out of there way to make sure my truck was done quickly and correctly. There service manager Tim should get a raise.
They have horrible service. I was told my wifes car was ready for pickup 3+ times. After finally picking up her vehicle(more than 45 days), I noticed that one of her daytime lights were out. The guy came out and jiggled some wires and told me to let him know if the issue persisted. And low and behold, it stopped working before I got home. DO NOT GO TO THIS COLLISON SHOP. I had an accident and this shop was preferred by the insurance company and all they did was paint my bumper. The car looks exactly the same as I brought it. Will not be coming back here. And WILL NOT REFER ANY BODY HERE PERIOD. Repair guy I think his name is Nathan, rude, disrespectful and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN SO THEY DO NOT CONTINUE TO SCAM PEOPLE.
