This Macco is top notch, I have been to a few Maccos and this one is the best by far. They painted my 2007 Tahoe with their best paint job and repairs body issues. It was a great deal and it came out great. Don’t let the cute girls behind the desk fool you, they know their stuff!When I picked up my Tahoe I had them look at my 2001 Silverado which had a different Maccos paint job done about 3 years ago which had faded a bit. To my shock they called back and had it painted for free under warranty. I also had them put in a bedliner that came out super slick.I highly recommend this Macco, my only issue is they need a bigger place with a bigger parking lot!Mike

AVOID this place by any means. I gave this Maaco benefit of the doubt and they HIGHLY FAILED ME. I went off of the good reviews based on the staff especially when they mentioned that the Manager Brett was professional and took care of them if they had any issues. I had my Jeep painted and color changed to Cement Grey and went with their 1600.00+ paint option and for the work I got, I should have just went with a lower option. For a whole-body paint job we both agreed on, they said they would paint the wheel wells and body. They simply painted my wheel wells with 99 cent spray paint from Walmart! I could have done that myself. They left my vehicle out in the rain with no top and it affected my electrical system and when asked why they left it out in the rain for TWO days the employee said thats what this vehicle is made for I asked would you do that to your own car even if it was made for that? And he simply said no. They also lost my hood prop for my Jeep and when I asked where it was in a very friendly manner, Brett said that he would ask his staff and when they couldnt find it he said he would have to search through the hours of security cam footage. I got my vehicle painted in November and have been nothing but nice and professional with Brett and very understanding. Its now Mid February and the issue has still not been resolved. I have sent him several emails and have tried calling him during the Maaco business hours and he seems to be avoiding me on both fronts. Brett agreed to order the replacement part if i sent him an email agreeing that if the item was defective or had any issues i could not complain. I sent him a statement agreeing to the terms and still have not heard from him. The paint job itself was very poor, clear overspray and not coated on properly. I already have paint chipping near the windshield and its only been 5 months. The car is not even on the road because of the electrical issues due to this Maaco, so its being kept in the garage and somehow the paint is still chipping. I will be very surprised if Brett replies to this review as he seems to avoid me at all costs. Brett, give me a call instead of trying to justify your TERRIBLE customer service mentioned in this review.

The people that work at this Maaco location are fantastic! They do great work, have great customer service and work well as a team. They are now my go to people for all my vehicles. So pleased with the work, amazing results.

I do not recommend this location! They took a week longer than estimated to finish the job. When we asked why the GM said, in his opinion, the color we chose to paint the vehicle was going to ruin it. Thats rude! Can you imagine ordering a service anywhere else and the manager tells you they dont like it?!It doesnt appear they vehicle was prepped to paint and days later it started to bubble and chip in various places. We cant take it to a car wash because the paint chips. In my opinion they purposefully did subpar work on purpose. On top of all of that, the GM showed no remorse or intention of rectifying the situation. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Very good experience. Professional staff made getting my 2007 Yaris painted a breeze. Getting an estimate was quick and easy, and a great price. The end result was way better than expected. The Yaris looked show room new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the completed job and the entire experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of having their vehicle repainted. I took my truck to get the bumper replaced and painted! Initially they said it would take a week and it took 2 weeks! When I picked up my truck the bumper was only painted half way . The Manager said thats what the insurane paid for. He said you need to call them becaise the only want to pay for after market parts. He said call your insurance and tell them, so I did and my adjuster said I paid for a certified part . and for a complete paint job . so I called the manager back and told him what she had said, well he says oh I told you that part is discontinued ! He did not say that the day he told me to call the insurance . and said well we cant do anything about it. Ok fine. So I asked him well if it wasnt going to be the same, wouldnt it be correct to tell me about it before I even picked up my vehicle? That way I wouldve already known that the part wasdiscontinued and I wouldnt have even said anything because I would have known this information that you just made up a day after I complained! He was just RUDE AND A LIAR ! THE CHICK AT FRONT DESK ACTED AS IF IT WASNT A BIG DEAL AND HAD A ATTITUDE WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT MY VEHICLE!!! NEVER AGAIN !CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Best experience ever!!!! Monique is very friendly polite and professional. She takes good care of her customers. Brett is very friendly and professional general manager. He is very helpful at all times, no matter what question you ask he will respond with an answer that makes sense. I had a bad experience last accident with Toyota which made me feel very paranoid and not trustful. I had to google and do my research online and go with the reviews. Maaco had the best reviews and they proved that to me a 100%!!!!!! Customer service is great, very knowledgeable people to work with. Thank you to all including the guys who fixed my car and made it look new again. It was a pleasure working with you.

Overall experience was very good. Paint job is very good and body work is very good. I did not expect a perfect job, just a very good job. I am not disappointed and recommend them highly. For the price they are hard to beat.

I highly recommend this place! Brett and Monique were very friendly and accommodating. But, more importantly, the guys in the shop did a great job on my F-150. The price was considerably lower than most other shops.

Used my insurance for their service. They called and said my reverse camera wasnt working, and that they would fix it. Got my car back and it wasnt fixed. But paint job and repair work otherwise was good.

The young woman was wonderful...professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She was not pushy but had all the information needed to make a decision regarding the job. The young English technician was fast, proficient and polite. Both could not have been more pleasant to work with. The price was very competitive too.

I came here for a scheduled 9:00am appointment to get a quote. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on the estimator to arrive at the store, even though they are supposed to open at 9. She didn’t even apologize for being pretty late, she didn’t introduce herself tome, and, had an “I don’t really want to be here” attitude. She did at least say hello. She gave me a quote that was double of what another company offered. Maybe things are better when you are going through insurance or she was having an off day, but honestly, the mechanics were much more personable.

The results of the paint job are superior, the shop is just disorganized to not having change in their till and wanting me to go to the store and get change, delay in the promised day, and finally receiving my car and they forgot to return the car keys. Everyone was kind.

They gave me a fast and fair quote. I agreed to the work and I had my car back within a couple of hours.

We prepped the chevy before Maaco, because a 1975 chevy pickup takes a lot of prep, but they installed my hood, fine sanded it and put on a nice paint job. Only without a truck for 4 days and it is just beautiful. Not showing its 44 years anymore. Will post a pic when I get the trim back on. Brett was great, got it in there, done and back to me.

Ive read positive and not so positive reviews about this shop. This is a positive review!We required some (relatively) minor body work on our 2013 Kia. Maacos estimate was 1/3 of what each of 2 other shops estimated. A fender needed replacing and painting (and blending with a 5-year old paint job) and there was damage around the windshield that was rusting. The woman, Monique, who handled the estimate and kept me updated throughout the process was fantastic. Monique had an (accurate) answer to every question and she was really nice and responsive.The work on our car turned out better than I expected. They had to repaint a (undamaged) door to make the (new) fender blend in. They did not take care of the pin-stripes that were missing from the repaired sections. I asked about this and, without blinking, they fixed the pin-stripes while I waited for 15 min.We all complain when things dont go as wed like. We should make the same effort to give kudos when things go as we expect.Thanks Monique and Maaco. I will recommend you whenever I can!

0 STARS IF I COULD. CUST SERVICE WAS OK.I was in a small car accident in December actually 2 weeks before Christmas. My car has not been completed and when I reached out they have no answers, saying originally there were incorrect bumpers sent over. (No one ever communicated that to me) they said it would be ready by Thurs 1/9 then they said because of the weather it would be ready Friday. Then they tell me not Friday bc it was thunderstorming. Causing me to miss and leave early from work. They said it should be ready by 1/13 at 430 quoted by Jackson then I reach out on the 13th [today] they say I need a bracket but it should be ready by 5 or 6p. Been here since 5p now waiting over 2 hours and still no car. How can you have my car for over a month and it not be ready for pickup the day you said. Im extremely upset and not recommending this Maaco to anyone.

I picked up my car today and I must say that I am very impressed! My new paint job looks AWESOME! It took only three days and I couldnt be more pleased. Mark and Justin have excellent customer service skills and the employees there are assets to Maaco. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. I will definitely be back.

The guys did a good job at a fair price, but something weird happened when i went to pick up my car, i accidentally paid $100 too much in cash and i had already been given my recipt when Brett and i had noticed the mistake now instead of just handing me back my $100 he holds the money and says that since i have more money i should pay more money! I was shocked and the worse part was after he returned it after having to ask him two times just to hand back the extra cash he made it seem like i was ripping him off.Its not a explanation its a honest review of my experience dealing with your business, the fact you say im missing critical parts is just a flat out lie. You and your employees are missing critical parts of your dignity.

Horrible, will never be back. I paid full price for a job done by what looked like beginners. My car was in the chop like three weeks and they would not give me a set date to pick up my car. They kept extending the pick up date. Also when I finally got my car the paint the put on my car did not match the rest of my car. Also when I turned in my car it didnt make a noise being a hybrid but after I got it it made a rattleling noise. Still 1 year later the noise its still there, since I didnt have time to pursue this I did not fix it. I would stay away from here. I had my car fix at another facility and when I got it after like 4 days my car looked brand new and could not tell where it was damaged. When Maaco after getting my car after like 3 weeks it was a complete disaster some parts where not even painter. I ended up paying a lot because I paid for my rental car out of pocket.

Absolute worst! Provided two quotes and was supposed to have charged us for the lower. They couldnt find the lower in their system and charged us for the higher which was $600 more even though for the past two months they were totally aware we wanted to go with the lower quote. Totally unwilling to work with us. Ripe with highway robbery! Felt like I was dealing with a casino the entire time. They are good at their game, Ill give em that.

I cant thank Mark and his guys enough for the wonderful job they did on repainting my whole vehicle!!!! They took the extra time required to make it look fantastic and the price was, well, lets just say that I felt guilty that they didnt charge me more for such a great job!! It is BEAUTIFUL!!! PSA: dont go to Maaco for mechanical anything. They put some of the old/obviously damaged parts back in my car, majority of the parts they did replace were used from salvage yards, did a ridiculous weld job, and on top of all that still left aesthetic damage. && that’s after keeping my car for 10 MONTHS. On the bright side, I’m thankful for the learning experience. But that car had to be replaced. And that’s after the whole situation had already put me out thousands of dollars.

Went to our nearby neighborhood Maaco for a dent in the car which caused the right passenger door not to close. I was very anxious about the cost, although the machanic who always works on my car said they were very good. And he was right! Monique understood exactly what I needed, we scheduled a time, the super-talented body fella did a perfect job in under an hour. Price was exactly as quoted. And the body felka was out there with a teeeeny little paint brush touching up the little spots. I was impressed with his commiment to detail, and Moniques complete understanding of what I needed. Yep, this is a great place to get body work done.

I took my car in and was greeted by Justin. I explained to him that I wanted the best paint job they had with a warranty. I paid for the premium job and was told it would take 4 days. I rented a car and then was told my car still was not finished. I went back after a week, and instantly saw bubbles in my paint. They had promised to completely strip my car but it was very obvious they hadnt. I could see where my original paint had peeled. I had stripes painted on (mustang) and they were uneven! When I opened my trunk they had not even bothered to paint my bumper. I had asked for decals to be ordered and applied and Justin told me they were discontinued. After a 30 second (no exaggeration) internet search I found and ordered them. Justin promised it would all be fixed and shook his head when we showed him the bumper. He said it would be fixed if I could bring it back and it would take 3 days. It took over a week with a new excuse every single day finally went to pick it up and the first thing I did was open the trunk and guess what? They still had not painted the bumper. I paid for their most expensive paint job and this is what I get? RUN do not go to this, or any, Maaco. Their reputation is awful and now I know why. If you go to this Maaco especially, after reading this review you get what you deserve.

Dropped my old truck off on October 24th, 2014. They said they would start on it on October 27, and it would take 10 business days, and be ready November 7th. We were in Fort Worth November 6th, and called Maaco on the off chance we could puck it up a day early. They front end guy said they had been told to cease and desist, to not work on my truck at all - because they were so backed up. They never called, emailed, zip to let me know. I sat home - without wheels - out in the country with my truck sat in their lot untouched. Got my keys and left feeling they were an inconsiderate a bunch of jerks. NEVER AGAIN, MAACO.
