First time ever needing body work. Was worried going into it as I’ve heard horror stories. Had a grate advisor Kyle he did a amazing job letting me know in detail with pictures ware my car was at day to day. Over all great experience!!! Would recommend this place to anyone. Ask for Kyle he’s your man treats your car like his own!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was kept informed through the whole process and knew exactly what was completed, what they were currently working on, and what was remaining.

I was in a terrible accident and my insurance wouldn’t total my car because it was only 6 months old at the time of the accident. So it did take awhile for my car to be fixed, but I was updated regularly on the repairs and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this shop for your repairs.

I recently took my car into this location and it was a great experience. Kyle was my service advisor and he was great to work with and the car looks great after repairs.. the reason I’m posting this review is because unfortunately I am missing a gold ring out of my car that I know was there when I took it in. I’ve talked with Kyle and he has talked to the workers and they don’t remember seeing a ring in the car.. He assured me that the team back there is a solid group of guys and they have never been accused of something like that… but unfortunately the ring is missing and I know it was there when I dropped it off. The ring didn’t just walk away on its own.. The ring has tremendous sentimental value And it’s been in my family for decades giving to me by my father when I was a little boy. I’ve used them before and have always received great service and quick turn around time.. but after this incident and the way it’s been handled it’s not easy to trust them with me vehicle repair needs again and I would advise anyone thinking of dropping of the vehicle to take everything that is of value out before they take control of the vehicle. Because unfortunately someone there took my item of value and the location apologized and offered to look in the vehicle for me and that’s about it. I’ve looked in every inch of my car and it’s defiantly missing.

Not only did the repair my vehicle with quality, they went above and beyond to wash it (it wasn’t the cleanest when I brought it in) and wiped down the interior of my vehicle. A few weeks ago I was rear ended and I took my car into Caliber Collision because of the high reviews on back bumper repair. They did a super job and my back bumper looks brand new!! Been a frequent flyer at caliber. All the time they have been open to receiving my business. However, this time they refuse because I cant make an appointment during 7-4pm due to work. I told them I can be here at 5pm (they are still open), and then was hung up on. ts truly unfortunate since Ive been here 4 times with no problems.

I was very pleased with the repair to the bumper, and the services provided by Caliber team members. Everyone from the administrative staff to the body shop team were friendly and professional. Kyle was able to get my vehicle in on a Monday and out on a Friday of the same week. Just what I was hoping for. He also called by phone when he said he would in order to give me updates. That was appreciated, and unusual - in my experience. When I picked up my SUV all the electronics were working properly, it was clean, and nothing had to be done except drive home.I would certainly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing their services.

KYLE was outstanding 5 STARS PLUS. The staff there do not play around they update you twice a week to keep you in the know on your vehicle. I had a rear door hit on my 2015 Kia with some damage to my rear passenger wheel. I didnt think they would have to do any other repairs to my car than just that side door. Well they replaced my rim and my tire and did an alignment. Hands down they go above and beyond highly recommend them. Im just very pleased with my experience with them. I had my car door repaired here recently. Kyle was my advisor and delivered excellent service. I received updates every couple of days and when I noticed a couple of items had fallen out of the door pocket after pickup. they searched the shop and found them the next day. The paint work on the door was a perfect match. I highly recommend Caliber.

I will never go back to Caliber Collision again after all the run around, excuses that I was given. I had taken my CRV in to get the back of the car fixed. The bumper needed to be replaced, and we were told it had been. When I went to pick up the car there was a white spot on the bumper an d when I asked, Kyle, why I was told just a minute. Kyle, the adjuster took the car back to the service area and came back with the bumper looking normal. He had stated that the service people had buffed it out. The bumper did look new at that time. Three months later the white spot returned. I contacted Caliber again about the spot. Again I took the car in and the service people, put a black polish type substance on the bumper. I was told that it was fixed. Again in 3 months time the white spot reappeared. Called Caliber again and was told that the Kyle, the adjuster, had to speak to the manager, he would get back to me. Another several months went by no resolution. I had to contact my insurance carrier to get the problem addressed. While on the phone with me the insurance called Caliber and was told the bumper would be ordered that day. I was told to contact the insurance company again if the issue wasnt solved in a weeks time. A week went by, no contact from Caliber. Had to call the insurance company a second time, they in turn called Caliber and finally got a time to bring in the car to get the bumper replaced.This should have never happened. Their life time warrenty is a sham. Think long and hard before you take your vehicle to this company. The location is the 7300 Rosewood Fort Worth Tx. 76116

Rick Patrick was my service advisor, he kept it straight forward & handled everything for me. Including dealing with the insurance. The estimate repair time was pushed a bit further, Due to deeper damages. Rick kept me updated throughout the whole process, called me twice a week. This was the first time I was having to deal with my vehicle being repaired due to someone elses mistakes. But Im so glad I Rick there to help.

I dropped my car after calling my insurance with doubts. I know big shops tend to scam out customers without much knowledge, but the expected repair given and what I was charged was extremely low. Not just that the car ended up looking back as it came out of the dealer. They were quicker than expected and had the car ready the same day. On top the insurance agent was communicating me all updates the whole day. I’m very satisfied.

The young lady who answered, Carly she said her name was rude, short & had an attitude throughout our whole conversation. As someone who’s worked in customer service throughout the past 8 years I tend to be nice & understanding towards other customer service workers and not be a “Karen” so to speak. Instead of asking if I had any more questions or concerns about the appointment she placed the phone on what sounded like the desk then proceeded to hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional on your part Carly! I hope you don’t plan on making a career out of this profession cause hanging up on customers won’t get you far! All you had to do was ask “was there anything else I can help you with today ma’am?” And then boom the conversation would’ve ended. If that is how you run a business I will be seeing about getting my vehicle transferred to another location for repairs.

They did a good job on the paint itself, but lost my metal VIN tag and decals. I now have a VIN sticker. Considering the damage was literally nowhere near the door jam (rear fender) there was no reason to remove it in the first place and sticking it in a drawer is apparently too much to ask. Really pisses me off everytime I think about it.

Customer Service is not their priority. I took my car for evaluation on Dec 1stat 8:00 am and they transferred it to its Lewisvile shop in order to have it ready faster. Well, Its been more than 2 weeks the car is not ready.

I used this facility for body work following a minor accident from a rear-end collision by a State Farm policy holder. Their response was quick, professional, and my car was clean upon return to me. I was very pleased with the repair.

I chose Caliber Collision to repair and repaint my vehicle after it was hit by a driver recently because of the positive reviews I had heard and read about beforehand.The process (working with the other drivers insurance company and Caliber) was easy and the rental car coverage helped a lot during the repair time.The staff made sure I was kept informed during the process and when it was complete, I was pleased with the work. Had an accident with my Charger SRT. I am very particular when it comes to this car. This is the first experience Ive had at a body shop where I felt at ease with my car being in their hands. The advisor set the expectation from the very beginning and always called me when he told me he would and I got countless emails keeping me informed. There was never a doubt in my mind that my car was as not getting taken care of or that I was going to be forgotten about. Even the manager called me to keep me updated. When I came to pick up the vehicle it let all of my expectations and it was a very smooth transition to pick up my vehicle, and I could tell that the collision center took every precaution possible with the current state of my vehicle. I will be recommending all my friends and family to come see caliber collision off Rosewood. Extremely professional and caring staff and management. I wish I could give more starts.

This is the second store I have used. I needed my back hatch door replaced- being an older model it took longer to address-I received updates faithfully from Steven W. and I found all personnel friendly and quick to address my inquiries- I was assured that all the work was guaranteed and under warranty if I had any problems in the future-You can rely on complete and satisfying work from these stores.

I was devested after my beloved Honda was badly damaged after a minor accident, and very nervous about how the process worked in regard to getting her damage assessed and repaired, and Mike at the Rosewood Street location in Fort Worth was a godsend. When we arrived he immediately and patiently explained the process to me, and after looking at the damage he was honest about what might be in store regarding her repair needs. I could tell he understood just how much I loved my car and told me to stay optimistic and that he would call me the next morning, and he stuck to his word and I heard from him by 10:00 the next day. Thankfully it was good news and he got the ball rolling immediately in regard to getting the work done. He called each day to give me updates, told me exactly what stage in the process her repairs were in, and didnt leave any stone unturned. What I loved most about working with Mike was that he always sounded excited to give me updates given he knew how much I loved my car and he made sure EVERYTHING was checked in regard to her repair needs. The employees at the front desk were awesome too and got the ball rolling on getting me to Enterprise for a rental car when I dropped her off, and when all was said and done my car looked like new again. I cannot recommend this Calibur location enough if you have been in an accident and need work done. A+

USAA sent me to Caliber Collision within a day of my accident. I know USAA is very protective of their insured people so I had hoped they would send me to Caliber Collision for the work. As I have used this Caliber Collision before, I have always been very well pleased. I am very particular about my 2017 Explorer and it looks brand new!!

Caliber Collision took care of a work vehicle that had be in an accident. I was not at fault so this was one the shops recommend by the other drivers insurance. I talked with the Caliber Rep Rocky and he was awesome through the whole process. He kept me informed and when he promised a date he hit that date and delivered an awesomely fixed car. I arrived the morning of my appointment and Steve immediately assisted me and was very professional and answered all my questions. Throughout the process they kept me up to date. I was worried it was going to be a hassle since the party responsible for my accident was paying for the damages and insurance companies can be a pain. The estimate was also off from the responsible party but Caliber handled the claim and within a few days my car was ready to go. I have never taken a car to a body shop so I was pleasantly surprised to see my car washed and the interior cleaned. I like taking care of my car, so that was a plus for me that they are careful with your property. The damage that was on my quarter panel seems as if it never happened! We had to get my wife’s car repaired here recently after someone rear ended it. We didn’t know if it was going to end up being totaled at first and so the repair actually took a lot longer than expected. However, Rocky was there every step of the way providing updates and explaining every delay. He spoke to my wife like a human being and they even were able to complete the repair a day earlier than they said despite the delays in parts arriving. Although I don’t really hope to be in a situation where I’ll require their services again, I would definitely go here again.

My experience with Caliber Collision was great! I didnt actually drop my car off because I was at work, but my partner was very appreciative of how accommodating they were and how seamless the initial process was. There wasnt a lot of paperwork and every one was so kind. Kyle, the manager, kept me updated the whole time my car was at the repair shop. There was one short delay (for unforeseen reasons) but Kyle made sure to let me know immediately and actually apologized profusely, even though it was something he could not control. After a week in the shop, I picked my car up (another seamless process) and I could not have been more satisfied. They even cleaned my car for me! The young lady who had me sign my receipt and pay my deductible was very sweet and very complimentary of my partner, who dropped the car off, which I thought was great because I know they see tons of people in and out of there every day. Kyle was so nice and adamant about having me come back if I encountered any problems with my repairs or I was not happy with something. All in all, this was a great experience and though I was HIGHLY ANNOYED that I was even having to go through all of this with my brand new car, Im glad that it was Caliber Collision that took care of the repairs - otherwise, Im afraid the whole experience could have gone in a different direction. Everyone was very professional, I always knew what to expect and was treated in a way that made me feel like my car was their number 1 priority. I had a hit and run on 12/23 Filed a claim with my insurance and selected CC since they were less than a mile from where I live. My estimator was Rick, and he updated me faithfully twice a week about the progress being made on repairs. The car was there a little over two weeks, which is a good chunk of time but Id rather wait a little longer and be happy with the work than get it sooner and have them rush the job. I have my car back now, and I couldnt be happier with the work done. Great service overall, and I would definitely use them again should the need arise

Out of a possible score of 10 this place earned a 15 easily. Excellent repair, quickly accomplished, at a very reasonable price. Kyle, my service advisor would call each afternoon to keep me advised as to the progress of the repair.

After having a horrible at service king they were able to get me in immediately. They got it done in half the time I was quoted elsewhere! It looks great and Rocky was so helpful. The manager Mr. Rodman was fantastic. I couldn’t be more pleased.

My vehicle was brought in with mild/moderate damage to front R bumper and was REPAIRED, cleaned, and buffed at a level that would make Michelangelo blush. They are fast, courtesy, and take what they do seriously. Greater detail of repair and superior service below.I have a Pontiac G8 GT so I had reservations about their ability to repair my front bumper since my G8 hasnt been made in about 11 years. In about 3 days after dropping off my car I was called and told they repaired the damage and my car is being sent to their paint shop. I had absolutely ZERO expectation theyd be able to repair the damage to the front bumper and Id be stuck with a hack job because a new OEM front bumper is no longer made and does not exist. The adjuster very confidently said,We have a very good bumper guy. I have witnessed some impression magic by fender repair guys when I worked in autoshops in my high school days but this guy and his team (Im assuming there HAS to be a team involved) is VERY skilled. The damage wasnt massive but there was a moderate trailer hitch puncture (honestly, an easy fix for a professional) R side, a complete shift of the front bumper upwards and to the L. There was also a split in the underneath middle of the bumper that was pre-existing but the split/tear was largely exasperated when my car was backed into by a truck with a trailer hitch at low speed. I knew theyd never find a new bumper (if they did itd be stupid expensive) and expected a back and forth battle before I finally got an acceptable repair job. The the front bumper couldve been cheaply and easily repaired by replacing the the bumper, but because there is not an OEM replacement available it would require an aftermarket part that would not fit/align as well.Understand, Ive been working a jobsite that has a clay mud that has a consistency of dog poop when wet and dries as hard as neolithic pottery (I wish I could give before and after photos) for about 6 months and have yet to clean the inside of my car... it definitely needed it! And the cleaning that was done was better than I would have expected a detailer I paid to do. They buffed out the frosting over my headlights without charging (I would have gladly paid for the service). They kept me up-to-date in a timely manner about my repairs, enterprise had a rental ready to go w/o hassle (my insurance covered it), they were polite and courteous as well as professional.My only CONS are that my seat setting was changed (YOU MONSTERS... Im seriously kiddings) and theyre not cheap. Personally, their expense I see as a more than fair price for the level of craftsmanship that youll receive but if youe looking for an inexpensive quick and dirty/mostly fixed job this is not likely the place to go.
