I just have to leave a review because of the stellar service I received. I got in my first accident and Liz was incredibly helpful during the process of recovering my car. She was very informative, professional and caring. She updated me while my car was getting fixed and her workers are very professional and kind as well. I had extensive hail damage on my truck and they got it back to me looking brand new. We had an prolonged battle with insurance, but they actually returned the truck way sooner than I expected despite that. They washed and cleaned the truck so well, it honestly looks the best it ever had. Will recommend to all friends and family. Thanks again!!

Since I live about a block from this company I decided to have them work on my car. Im very particular about my car and was skeptical. In the end I couldnt have been more pleased and satisfied! And heres why. From the moment I walked into their front door I was greeted in a friendly manner. Front end work was done on my Challenger and the great staff constantly kept me posted on the progress of my car and always followed up. They worked with my insurance company and got things done! HACC knows the meaning of great customer service! Now the quality of their craftsmanship is superior. Their master painter matched the freshly painted front end of my car to the rest of my car. I was incredibly pleased! I highly recommend you check this place out for all your car needs.

After hitting a deer I brought them my car needing front end cosmetic work done. Throughout the process I dealt with a few different individuals and all of them seemed to know what was going on with my car and were happy to help. The best part was they returned my car in better condition than it was prior to my accident.

First of all they were friendly and kind and seemed to really care. Working with insurance bids isn’t always easy but my car looks amazing! We also did the repairs and bid from out of state (Missouri) and we weren’t really here to monitor the progress or see what was going on at all but the communication regarding the progress was really good! This shop is fantastic, I have had three BMWs painted here and everytime I am amazed at the quality they turn out. I tried several other shops in Weatherford and Granbury but this one is the best. If you want great quality work go to them. They just re-painted a 2006 BMW X6 and matched red paint really well. I had them paint my M6 when it was damaged and it looked better than OEM.

I took my 2012 mini coope s to them, and they did a outstanding job from the paint, to the physical repairs, to Don and Alex giving consistent updates. All around Id personally highly recommend them for any repairs.

Hulen Auto Collision Center is a step above the rest. Everyone that I encountered was professional, helpful, and beyond knowledgeable. They have worked with my girlfriend and I on both of our cars. Each time they kept us up to date on any developments and were transparent about pricing and timing. Most recently, I had a car come in with damage not discovered by my insurance company on a previous claim. They worked with me and the insurance company with ease. I could keep going about these guys, but to sum it up they are absolutely top notch. They will always be my first call if I ever need repairs done to my vehicle.

TRULY AMAZING!! Alex kept me up to date with what was going on throughout the process. I they truly under promised and over delivered. Very happy, no complaints--they even cleaned and washed my car--inside and out..very impressed!

These guys are the greatest, if I could add a star I would. They fix my right side fender, doors, and quarter panel. The paint match perfectly. And to top it off they clean my car and detail it inside and out. I will be using them again in the future.

We took our BMW to this shop for repairs after our 16 year old wrecked it. Right from the beginning they were awesome to work with. They gave us an initial quote and told us there may be some changes based on what they found when they got the bumper off. They did find some additional damage, but it was very minor and the actual price of repairs was slightly more than their original quote. They have amazing customer service, their shop is extremely clean and their work is top notch. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of auto body repairs.

First, I found them by recommendation of the people at Service King so I figured they must be pretty good if SK was turning over business to them. Hugo did my estimate and although it was higher than my insurance adjuster ended up being, they worked that all out without any effort on my part. Im pretty hands on so that was a relief to me! I had some hail damage on my Volvo that I hadnt noticed right away but it turned out to be pretty bad. They showed it to me under some special lights and I couldnt believe I hadnt noticed it right away!! They were very considerate of my time in suggesting that I wait to bring my car in until the shop was ready and my car wasnt just sitting around and me paying for a rental. I also had some additional work done and it was top notch at a VERY reasonable price! Ive had to deal with auto body shops on a few occasions and Ive never had someone call to keep me apprised of the work the way they did. Ive also never been more pleased with the outcome of my car than with Hulen Auto Collision! They did a superb job! I would highly recommend the entire staff at this business as they were all extremely professional and better than that, they delivered outstanding results!

10/2021 UPDATE!!It wont allow me to add another review, but I was run off the road and tore up the bottom of my Cadillac XT5. Ms. Liz and the crew did it again!! Hulen Auto Collision has the best customer service. Alex always called/texted me updates with my car. Able took my car in fast knowing I needed it fixed as soon as possible and supplemented it the next day. I was so pleased with my experience with Hulen Auto Collision. At every point in the repair process, Abel and his team were flexible around my schedule and explained exactly what would be done to my car. The estimate was very fair and ended up being exactly the same as the actual charge when I went to pick the car up.My car (a 2016 Ford Fusion) looks flawless once again. The paint color was matched perfectly and the repair (a bumper dent repair and repaint) looks of factory quality. Additionally, the car was washed and the interior detailed spotlessly when I picked it up, which I wasnt even expecting. Truly an above and beyond job from Hulen Auto Collision.It is hard to find a shop that does this quality of work these days. Ill be back if I need to. After having a car accident, my insurance sent me here and I couldnt have had a better experience. They were very reasonable with their pricing and were straight forward about everything I needed ! The workers were very honest about what I needed and seemed to genuinely care about taking care of my car. They fixed the car within the allotted time frame and its as good as new ! Abel and his team did an absolutely awesome job. My fathers truck had major hail damage from storms and Hulen Auto collision completely took care of making the tuck look new again. His team even took the time to fully clean the inside of the truck and took time to remove rust from wheels to make them look new again and that was not even part of the repair. Great Experience!I couldnt be happier with my repair at Hulen collision. They were polite, professional, and worked seamlessly with my insurance to repair extensive damage to my door and fender. They kept me apprised of the progress throughout the process and made it easy. The repair was done quickly and is VERY well done. Metallic paint is a pain to blend well and I honestly cant tell there was ever a repair done. They went the extra mile to do it right, and my truck came back to me in better shape than before the accident. Couldnt ask for more and though I never want to have to use a collision center, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I am from out of state (Wyoming) and had a small emergency with my drivers side window on my Toyota Tacoma (thanks to the Wyoming wind and an earlier door jam). After a search of body repair shops near my mothers house in Wedgewood, I called the folks at Hulen Auto Center on the way down to TX and brought the truck in for them to see if they could possibly fix my problem. There was little chance of getting an ordered part before I had to return to WY, but these folks pulled out my broken parts so that the window would at least remain up until I get home. They spent over a half hour and let me know exactly what I needed to do to get a full window repair (the part was afterwards ordered from my local WY body shop). And yet the folks at Hulen did not charge me since they were not going to complete the work. Rarely do you see this kind of service, honesty, and friendliness; and looking around the immaculate shop, its easy to see that this is a business of the highest competence and order.Mike Lockhart, Laramie, WY

Very professional. Found additional damage that the original estimate missed and worked with my insurance company to get the repairs approved. The car looks as it did before the accident. Also had repairs done not covered by insurance. Price was reasonable and the repair fixed the damage.
