These people are rude. There is one younger guy that answered the phone and he was super nice, but everyone else is plain rude. They are unwilling to help and have told me multiple times that my car wasnt there. Its been over a month and I still havent heard any news on my car...

The old man there lies to my face and lies to many other people. I asked about getting a free estimate which states it in the photo and said we don’t do free estimates. He’s a lier and cheater. Don’t trust this business. Scam artist.

Crown is great, the folks in the office are professional and on top of it. The work is spot on from the shop folks. The place is clean, very well lit, and comfortable. I recommend.

They told me for 3 week, your car will be ready next week every time we called. It was ridiculous..

I got the lining of my tire replaced that i half tore off hitting a curb. They were quick and supper affordable. I would recommend to friends for surr.

I was referred here by my insurance when I filed my claim because it was close to my home. When I called to find out a time to bring the vehicle by for an estimate, I was told that they would not do an estimate and I was required to do the whole process through them if I wanted to bring the vehicle in. I dont like the fact that I cant even get an estimate without locking into them as the repair facility, so I will take my business elsewhere.

They seemed to be genuinely nice at the beginning and worked well with me. They answered all my questions. I asked about warranty, right off the bat, and they expressed that they backed up all of their work with a lifetime warranty.The pricing was a little high for the repair that was needed on my vehicle but the location was convenient and I needed my vehicle back quickly.I didnt get my vehicle back as soon as I hoped but they seemed like they did a pretty good job.Less than a week later, one of the areas repaired fell apart as I was driving. I immediately called them and went in. They took the part and told me to come back when I had time to drop off my vehicle for a couple hours.I dropped it off another day, thinking it would be an easy fix because it was a minor part, but received a call back hours later saying they would not be able to fix it because it appeared to have been damaged by something that it caught on and theres nothing they could do. Less than a week after it was repaired, it fell apart!!I guess the wind that I was driving through on the highway ripped of the repair & now I have to pay for the part.If you want work done without a honest warranty then this is the place for you; otherwise, Id go elsewhere. Its not worth returning for repairs that the company does not feel accountable for.

My daughter called today to get an free estimate on her car for a paint job. The man that answered asked if she was going file a claim. She said I don’t know I’m just looking for free estimates around my area and he replied “well how do you expect us to do anything if you don’t file a claim” in a hateful rude tone. Well buddy listen up the car she was calling about was a Lexus and the attitude you gave her automatically disqualified you as an option and for your information we did have a claim number but all we wanted was an answer not a hustle. Your competition has it now thanks for that. ***TERRIBLE SERVICE ***

Terrible service. They screwed up my wifes new Honda Pilot after fixing the front bumper and associated parts. Then didnt apologize after bringing it back to have it fixed correctly. And yes, I was polite about it.

Roger did the work on my Suburban a few years ago and not only did an excellent job of repairing the damage to the back end and fixed up my air dam on the front, no extra charge and without being asked to. The final cost was exactly what the estimate had quoted. They made sure my rental car was returned for me so I didnt have to hassle with that Recently, I got rear-ended by a boat (dont ask) so Im getting a new estimate this week for that damage and plan to have CC do the work this time as well.

Worst body shop in the DFW area. Work is poorly done with large amount of over spray. Besides the poor quality of the work they took a week longer than promised and had me pay for my own rental. Save your self some time and money and keep looking for another shop.

Had my car worked on three tomes from three different wrecks and they did a great job! Hopefully I dont need to use them again but deffently would recommend them.

When my auto insurance company wanted to put in some after market parts on my nearly new Toyota Prius.... Crown Collision said they did not want to do it. After a long long talk with my insurance company, they finally agreed to all Toyota OEM parts.My insurance company also wanted me to go to a different auto body shop 45 minutes away with terrible reviews. Crown Collision was working for me, not the insurance company.

Lied from start said they had a rack to put it on to check and see if frame was bent once we had car towed there they said they had to send it out for that!then once we paid them to do the work we wanted done they did other work we didnt want done and charged us for that.After the work was complete before we could get car home the front bumper fell off and they say its not the problem that we didnt pay to have it fix the right way!This was a insurance claim and the insurance company were the ones that told them what to fix and how to fix it..I would not let them fix my tricycle...The worst people i have ever delt with...
