Karyn, the owner, was incredibly helpful in finding the right mattress for our son. He is fairly picky, and he really appreciated being able to try out the mattresses right in the store with nobody else around and that he could take the time to find exactly what would work for him. There is a wide range of styles and prices in the shop, and we found one that was perfect. I also love the idea of making an appointment and not putting Karyn in a position where she has to split her time between a bunch of other customers. Very easy and efficient!

This is an excellent business model. I wish I would have thought of it myself! No Sales staff sitting around for hours. No BS. I found this business online, made an appointment, showed up and met the owner and had the mattress and frame my Wife decided on delivered that same evening. Absolutely Brilliant!

Super easy process for a new mattress, Karyn gave me the run through of paying up front or doing payments, great options and prices! Told her exactly what we were looking for and definitely met our expectations! Wasnt pushy about other offers; pillows, mattress protector and so on, patient with my decision making. We bought 2 mattresses: a king size & queen -both memory foam spring hybrids with bases and 3 memory foam pillows! Such a unique shopping experience. You simply show up to your appointment, hear about the great pricing, and are left to do your thing (try them all out!). Our new mattress was originally intended for a guest bedroom but was so comfortable we made it our mattress and put our original mattress in the guest room instead!

Superb selection and absolutely no pressure. I like that you can take your time and the inventory is right there. And since its by appointment you get Karyns full attention unlike some big box stores where the sales people are dealing with several customers at a time. Its a shame there are a couple of people willing to post negative reviews on here due to their experiences at other stores - hopefully anyone reading the reviews will understand that the people who go to the Fort Collins store will have a great experience.

Bought my mattress at another location. The queen size mattress they sell is not a true queen, it measures 57x76. Im not happy with this odd size, the bedding doesnt fit right.

Really needed a mattress and shopped for literally months. I had a queen that always made me roll to the middle, bought it 5 years ago from American furniture warehouse for $850. Mattress sets are so expensive! For a really good one we priced them anywhere from $1400-2700. Yesterday I decided to break down and get one and made an appointment with this place. I was pleased with the selection, loved that I had one on one attention, she understood my needs and that I didnt want to spend a ton of money. I ended up with an amazing king size SET, box frame, steel so its quiet, stand and matress for $1150 and some change. Best part is I did the financing so I dont have to pay an arm and a leg right away! I also got same day delivery and the guy was super helpful getting my old matress out and the new one in for $40! Normally its $30 but I paid an extra $10 to have it right away :). After purchase it was in my house a few short hours later. Last night was my first night on it and I slept wonderfully. Loved how clean it was and wrapped tight in plastic so I knew it was sanatary and brand new. I have told many friends about this and will continue to do so in the future!!!!! If youre looking for a good, quality matress, this is a place you absolutely have to go even after checking out American furniture warehouse.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE ON THE FENCE ABOUT BUYING!!!!My roomate just came home from the matress by appointment in Greeley. This guy threw a tantrum with her because she wasnt sure about bout if she wanted to buy from him. With that tantrum she decided not to buy. He ripped up the aplication in her face and continued to REFUSE to give her a copy of conformation that her aplication was cancelled and refused to let her take a picture of the conformation on the laptop since he would not give her a physical copy. Then threated to throw her out of the store.Reson why Im reviewing on this one is because he told my roomate that he owns the one in fort collins tooSo I posted the story of my roomate. He deleted it. She posted, he deleted it. We screen shotted our psts and coments after that and he blocked us from the Greeley page.....so lets see how long it takes for him to block us from this page!Also.....YOU CANT DELETE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE!!!
