The butterflys at the front door fluttered my heart. The selection that was presented absolutely blew me away. Every piece was shown to its full potential. I couldnt help myself from exploring the entire store. I ended my stay with a purchase of a gorgeous side chair. Might go back for a second buy!

I bought my first couch from Forma 10 years ago, and it still looks amazing, even after 4 dogs and 4 kids! Great modern furniture showroom here in Fort Collins. We found the staff to be attentive, knowledgeable, but never high-pressure -- we took several visits to make up our mind, and never felt rushed. We were even allowed to borrow some color swatches for a few days to see how they looked in our home!Strongly recommend stopping in for high quality, attractive Scandinavian furniture. I rarely (if ever) write a review...and Im actually doing it out of being so very impressed with this business. From the start of our purchase experience, when we were at the showroom for HOURS with a 6 and 8 year old. Becky treated the kids like little purchasers instead of burdens. She gave them a snack and drinks and often even engaged them in on the purchasing decisions (so cute). We went back and forth on what to buy...weeks later we were still downloading spec sheets from websites and trying to lay out the couch in our odd space. As it turned out a month later we landed on a design...which matched exactly what Becky had recommended (we should have trusted her from the start!!).They kept us up to speed on the timing of the order (actually not too delayed due to COVID) and then the delivery came. The two gentlemen who delivered the unit obviously knew what they were doing and treated my couch with utmost care (its expensive, to me, and they treated it as such). They put felt pads on each foot and balanced the entire unit.I would 100% use Forma again and would highly recommend leveraging their experience in design if youre uncertain (as we were). The unit turned out to be more than I ever imagined. Thank you!!!!!

Finding high-quality contemporary and modern furniture in Northern Colorado is not easy. But, those in the know go to Forma Furniture. Among other purchases, I got a beautiful media console at Forma Furniture for my house in Estes Park. The purchase and delivery processes were very smooth, and Im extremely happy with the outcome. Over the years we have made several furniture purchases at Forma Furniture and have always been happy with the quality of their furniture and their customer service.This last spring we sold our home and looked to downsize with a contemporary flair. You can always count on the quality of their furniture being top notch.What really made this experience even better was the service we received from Connie, the best sales associate ever, and Travis, the owner. Connie was so helpful, patient and on top of things. Over the last few years she always called us about sales and promotions they were going to have and it paid off for all of us.Travis has been very accommodating and flexible with us and we greatly appreciate his superior customer service.You might very well find furniture for less somewhere else but you will never be able to match the quality of their furniture and their great customer service. We were curious as to what in the world Forma Fit furniture could possibly mean. I called the owner, Travis, who spent an hour on the phone with me answering every question with great clarity and extreme courtesy. When we went in to the store, Connie worked with us. Her listening skills surpassed all expectation. She intuitively heard what I related our specific needs to be and led us right to the sofa which fulfilled those specific needs. The only things left were to decide which leather finish and which color we wanted to have in our home. She kindly sent the color swatches home with us for us to live with for a few days. I recently purchased the best mattress I have ever owned from Forma Furniture. I live nearby but had never been in because I believed that all of their furniture was out of my price point. I was delighted and surprised to see items available at a huge range of prices. I was able to purchase a close out mattress at an extremely good price. Customer service was top notch and I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them in the near future.

I love this furniture store! Staff is super helpful and friendly and the furniture is high quality. Manager even helped me by personally helping deliver a piece of furniture to my place. Brenda mentioned that she was a newer employee; so when she couldnt answer a question she immediately went to a more experienced person to get the information. Her courtesy and customer service were very much appreciated; she is an asset to the company.

I was initially offput by the floor selection but Sheri eased those concerns promptly by showing me the wealth of product and fabrics available on order. Glad to finally have found a decent furniture store/design center to save me the trip to Denver or Boulder. Highly recommended.

We have been customers of Forma Furniture since 2016. Our sales representative, Connie, was there to help insure that we found exactly what we were looking for, and nothing else. We cannot express enough how important it is to us to have folks like Connie, in sales, available to help us in our search for furniture. The furniture at Forma is high end, and the prices are somewhat reasonable for anything of this quality that one might be shopping for. We purchased bedroom furniture and a Stressless chair, and we couldnt be happier. Unfortunately, our parents followed our advice and went to Forma, as well. Their experience was somewhat less welcoming. Although Connie (the salesperson, not one of the managers) took great care of our folks (hats off to her), the management bungled our parents order and actually sold their purchased furniture out from under them. Apparently another customer came in after our parents and another Connie (in management) gave them our parents furniture, thus requiring the management to then have to re-order our parents furniture. This re-order took literally 4 months to arrive and in the entire time our parents were given the run around by management. The end result was that our folks paid out nearly $5000 in furniture that they couldnt enjoy for 4 months. This is bad business, and to make it worse, Connie in management didnt seem to care.

We moved to Fort Collins in July of 2017 and made a visit to Forma Furniture to look at furniture for our new house. Connie Allen greeted us and was so helpful with ideas for our new space and even let us know about the upcoming annual sale. We ordered several pieces for our living room and kitchen and while the pieces came in different shipments due to different manufacturers, Forma was very accommodating to meet us at their warehouse and help us with the pieces that arrived early. We did have an issue with the glass that arrived with our BDI entertainment console, however Shannon Long very quickly took care of the problem and contacted the manufacturer to have another piece of glass sent. We would strongly recommend Forma for anyone looking for furniture and design services.

After one week on our Magniflex mattress and adjustable base, I have been getting an extra hour of slow each night. This was the best investment we have made. Amanda Circo was very helpful assisting us in choosing the right mattress. The mattress arrive much earlier than expected.

Brenda was so helpful to my sister, who shopped for me at Forma Furniture, spending time with her to give us a good idea of what I wanted. I had only seen the furniture online so it was important that my sister see what I had picked out and get prices. Brenda was great!

Forma Furniture has a beautiful selection of unique furniture and extremely nice staff. They are helpful but not pushy and try to show customers what they really want to see. We made a large purchase before Thanksgiving and will go back again for our next choice. Nothing else compares to Forma in Fort Collins or nearby.

We recently purchased several items at Forma, a beautiful entertainment center as well as furniture for our double office; a dining table with chairs and bar stools. The quality and style of the furniture is top notch and the people at Forma were very helpful in our selection, ordering, delivery and installation. We visited Forma Furniture to look at recliners. We were helped by Brenda. She showed us the IMG recliners which look very sleek and have features we had not seen in other brands. Brenda was very knowledgeable about the brand. She was very patient and listened well to all our questions. We purchased a recliner off the floor and are very pleased with our purchase and the whole experience!

Connie is terrific, knowledgeable, very helpful to make sure we got the right thing for us. We went back for more purchases and she watches sales for us a notifies us when things we are interested in go on sale. Large showroom with lots to see, try out. The Stressless sofas and American Furniture pullout sofas are the best we found anywhere and we looked at a lot of sofas!

Replacing a 25 year-old white leather sectional was a daunting project made simple with the help of Connie Allen and Travis at Forma Furniture. Having an stylish selection of sofas and chairs with clean modern yet classic lines was initially key. Having quality fabric choices and samples to take home and consider was important to decision making. Above all, the genuine interest and careful attention to detail by Connie was invaluable. She ordered extra fabric for our Soho sofa and we also choose to purchase a service plan for stain removal should a guest or family member have an accident with wine or food. We added 2 arm chairs shortly thereafter. Now our living room is truly a comfortable and attractive room that everyone enjoys thanks to our friends at Forma.Travis and Connie also helped us with a platform bed/drawers (beneath) from Mobican along with a short headboard and pair of nightstands. Adding pieces after the manufacturer changed wood grains was not a problem with their wise counsel. The whole ensemble looks amazing in our master bedroom. Years before we had discovered a cherry Skovby dining room table (with collapsible leaf) and set of complementary chairs that have served us well too. Even found pads online for the unusual shape. When and if we need to add more to our household, Forma will be our first and last stop! They have terrific accessories too.

Bought two American Furniture sleepers from Forma in Ft Collins. Great service, delivery and setup was totally professional. Our guests say they’ve never slept so well on a sleeper sofa. Couldn’t be happpier.

We came back after being disappointed with what we saw at every other local store with our hearts set on a particular sofa...which was sold in the color we wanted. She offered many choices of in-stock and then helped us to find a high-quality sofa that was even better in the room, after coming to our home to help us figure out size, color, materials, and configurations (which we are terrible at!)We were so pleased that we later purchased night stands for the bedroom, which were delivered quickly, and a sofa, loveseat and coffee table for our great room! If I could give a zero I would. The start of our shopping experience was ok. Not awesome, but not bad. We like the look of the furniture and the quality (we think) is ok. However the ordering process is totally wrong in everyway. We knew ordering a couch would take some time, so we started 4 weeks before our move in date. We bought the couch, the sales lady said 4-6 weeks but we should have it in 4. 4 weeks has come and gone. 6 weeks is approaching and still no couch. Every time we call to discuss this it’s another week out. They are now saying 8 weeks until they will deliever the couch. If I would have known that they can not tell us when it will be here and have no control over their own furniture I would never of gone with them. If one thinks you can cancel the order that is simply “not their way”. According to Connie, the store manager in Fort Collins, there is a 25% restocking fee. They charge you when they are not in compliance of their own contract. There are a lot of furniture stores that have great quality items that do not operate like this. I now suggest that everyone goes to any of those stores before proceeding with Forma and this sales team.

We purchased an Ekornes Stressless Buckingham Highback Sofa with a matching Ekornes Stressless Mayfair recliner, all with leather finish, about a year ago. We are extremely happy with this purchase. Although expensive, the comfort and long-lasting beauty of these products is worth the cost. The people at Forma were of great asistance in helping us find furniture that fit our needs, welcoming us in form many sitting sessions in which to try out products and ask lots of questions. The quality of the furniture is much higher than anything else available in the area, and the back support is unbelievably comfortable for lounging and watching TV.
