Furniture row only wants to sell their furniture but dont want to stick to their delivery promises. I bought a couch from them in September with a deliver estimate in November but I got a call today from them to inform me that they can only deliver partial couch set and the remaining will come in late February 2021.. which means they expect me to wait another 3 months after I have already waited for 3+ months. The explanation I got was that they were back ordered.. so why are they taking more orders when they cant fulfill their current commitment? This is cheating..now that they must have achieved their monthly targets they dont care about customers sentiments. This is absolutely pathetic and last time I am ever dealing with these guys.Furniture Row are cheaters and liars.

I purchased a dining table on a Sunday and was told it would be ready for pickup the next day. The original salesperson called Monday morning and said there was a delay in getting the table to their location and that it would be in on Tuesday. He said he would call when it was ready for pickup. he never called. When I called to inquire about the table today (Wednesday) I was told by another salesperson Its not here, with no further explanation. When I explained the situation I was told unapologetically that it would be ready on Friday. In the meantime, I have dinner guests expected tomorrow night and nowhere to seat them. At this point Ill be surprised if I get the table at all.

Salesman was great! Had to make a 200 mile round trip to get bed parts that was forgot. Had to haggle to get management to compensate me for the mistake & miles

DONT BUY FROM FURNITURE ROW!!! We bought a rug that turned out to be the wrong size than Oak Express said it was and returned it for a refund. After three weeks, we finally received a refund check. IT BOUNCED!!! It was drawn on US Bank and they wouldnt cash it. WE WILL BE FILING FRAUD CHARGES.

After a frustrating day at Ikea and several other furniture stores that either had cheap junk or outrageously priced ok furniture, we wandered into this Oak Express and found ourselves a gold mine. Weve bought a number of items from here and have been very pleased with the quality and price.There were a number of mixups on a bed frame we bought that was on back order for a long time. Long story short, we fell through the cracks on their computer system big time. We were pretty frustrated, but wanted to give Oak Express an opportunity to set things straight. And set things straight they did! Troy, the store manager took the time to hear us out and hooked us up with a major discount on a sofa table that we really wanted. Ive inferred their computer system makes it really hard to move orders between stores. But Troy set us up to pickup at the Denver store which is much closer to us and without fuss or complaint.
