We worked with Jason at the Ft Collins, Colorado store. First off, I have worked in a customer service type roles and Management for my entire career, so I have very high standards. That said, I would tell you that Jason was GREAT! He told us that his goal was to make sure that we got the best mattress to meet our needs. My needs were very specific because of previous back surgery, age and unfortunately some recent weight gain. When he informed us if the company guarantee and that we could return the mattress up to 120 days if not satisfied I thought hummmmm, sounds like too good to be true. Well we returned it! Jason could not have been more accommodating and professional. He specifically and thoroughly addressed my issues, returned the old mattress, and sold us a new mattress at a discounted rate! I was amazed and very relieved as I felt that I had made a bad choice and was reluctant to return the mattress. He made the entire experience a pleasure. Thank you Jason!

Yesterday I was moving from one house to another. I had ordered a mattress weeks ago and was looking forward to having a new bed because my old one was pretty horrible. I had spent a lot on my mattress so I decided to wait on replacing the old box spring. That is until I went to move the old box spring and realized it was completely falling apart and no longer usable. I called all around Fort Collins try to find a store that had a queen sized box spring in store for me to pick up. Mattress firm CAME THROUGH! Only place in Fort Collins that had what I need when I need it. And they brought it out to my car and lifted it for me. Thanks Mattress Firm!

After almost 2 1/2 months of trying a mattress my husband and I decided we just didn’t like it. I called the store and talked to Jason and got the best customer service possible. He asked if I knew what mattress I wanted in exchange and quickly arranged an exchange delivery. The phone call took 6 minutes!! Yes there was a restocking fee, but we didn’t care. My husband and I have purchased two mattresses at this location. We have been happy with the ease and professionalism of their salesmen, they are helpful but never pushy. I was also impressed that they could deliver the new mattress within 3 days... on a holiday weekend!

The guy who was helping us at first, Sam, was sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and didn’t push. When I came back the following day to place the order and pay, the lady working wasn’t wearing a mask. That was the only true negative. I showed up about 10 minutes to close and she was polite and didn’t rush me at all. Just really wish she realized how many people she’s putting at risk with not wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic.

I would highly recommend this place. I forgot the young ladies name, we were there on Friday July 8th (I think). She was very helpful and was calm and also helpful with my 2 very hyper toddlers . She got us an awesome deal. Delivery was today (July 15th) exactly when promised, and the guys were very nice. The phone was answered promptly. The young man had a customer and said he would be with me and apologized for the delay. All of my questions were answered promptly and within between 5 to 10 minutes I was able to order my mattress and frame and given directions on payment and able to get information on a delivery date. The young mans name was Brenton Gagne and he was a very positive and present sales person.

This review is for product, not service. The sales person was good, but after buying two mattresses over a eight year period, neither one was good for us. Both were memory foam. Total purchase price for both king size beds were high, but we thought we were buying high end products and that was what you paid. I just dont like memory foam I feel like I am in a trough,

We stopped in at the Mattress Firm Fort Pavilion location last week to do a little comparison shopping for a new king mattress and frame. We were greeted by Dan G. and he gave us his full attention showing us mattresses that fit our criteria. Shopping with kids at a mattress store can be a challenge, and we definitely appreciated the Lego table right by the front desk that kept our kids entertained while we browsed. After looking around at 2 other stores, we went with the bed set up that Dan showed us because it seemed the best quality, and there was a great Memorial Day deal going on, too. We needed the bed for the holiday weekend, and Dan went above and beyond to make sure we had it delivered in time. Excellent experience!! :)

Outstanding Service!!! My review is a bit delayed as life has gotten a little crazy, but none the less I had to make a point to write this review for them because I was so impressed by the service! When I first walked in I was instantly greeted and felt welcome. I went in to purchase a full mattress for my daughter because we just moved and we were finally able to get my daughter her own bed. While there I was helped by Katherine Howe. She was super sweet the whole time, no pressure at all and even let me switch out the example mattresses multiple times to test them on the display bed to make sure I found the one I thought best for my daughter; all without any sign of irritation! We spent quite a while there and the whole time my 21 month old daughter, who was with me, was treated so kindly by the staff. She walked around most of the time just exploring and trying to share stuff she picked up from displays. Rather than just looking at her and asking her put it back or ignore her they played along and just said thank you. Then come check out time she was bored and wanted to leave (dont blame her..kinda boring for a little one). She kept trying to grab at things on the desk and I was trying to finish with Ms. Howe so without hesitation Zachary Ryan, the store manager, helped distract my daughter by taking her over to the Lego table and playing WITH her. Not just showing her the table, he actually sat there the whole time and interacted with her. I tell ya it was the sweetest thing!!!

We went into Mattress Firm randomly one day to look at mattresses as we knew we needed one just not in a rush. We were the only people in the store at the time which worked out great because my husband always had a ton of questions and loves that personal connection with others. We left buying a mattress for our knew rental that we just moved into this weekend and love it! Thanks so much will come back when we upgrade to a King!

I came in with a goal in mind - get a great mattress and arrange a credit card through Mattress Firm with which to finance my purchase. Alfredo was awesome and took the time to explain a whole lot about mattresses, sheets, protectors, and more. He showed me a few beds and asked the appropriate questions to get me into a great bed at a great price, even suggesting that I upgrade to a queen instead of a full and giving me excellent prices. I have never slept better; my cat loves it, too! The only hiccup was that the mattress had to be freshly made so it was delayed a few days, but I understand (I work in retail, too!) and it wasnt a big inconvenience.

We went in looking for a specific type of mattress. The girl who helped us was very nice, but didn’t quite show us what we were looking for. When she asked if we saw anything we liked, I kindly told her that we were looking for something pretty specific. She asked her associate, who was sitting at a computer, if he had any ideas. That’s when he blurted out, “Honestly, I find your opinion ridiculous!” I was shocked. First of all, it wasn’t an opinion, just what we were looking to purchase. He apologized and said he didn’t mean it to come off as rude. I told him that it did and I ended up leaving the store. My husband stayed and informed him on the difference between latex and memory foams. We purchased a mattress from another retailer 30 minutes later.

Had the pleasure of working with Kayleen over Presidents Day weekend and she had the best customer service I had experienced in a while. Looking for a new mattress was so overwhelming and she really made me feel at ease with a great selection of beds to choose from. I was able to do 0% financing to get the exact bed and adjustable base that I fell in love with!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! We purchased a mattress set - it had a hole. We asked for a redelivery & the replacement mattress had a hole. When I asked for help I was pushed from person to person. They were argumentative and rude. I tried going online as well as calling the customer care line and was sent on a never ending electronic loop - could not reach anyone. The area manager told me not to contact my credit card or they would stall giving my a refund. I finally had to call out of state to get someone to help me. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
