The team at Two Men and a Truck were wonderful withbetter pricing and better availability than other companies. Very nice workers and they did a great job. They had our two story three bedroom house all into the truck in three hours and unpacked just as fast. The office workers were great with any question I had, and I had many.Great company!

Moving is not fun but Two Men and a Truck made the day easy. 1 They called to let know they were on the way 2. They were on time!! 😀 3. They handled fragile items with care ( stained glass windows) 4. They worked hard and efficiently so we got through quickly 5 I thought the price was very reasonable. I recommend them!

After being told a different rate, arriving late, and breaking a piece of furniture. ALL of which I was still okay with. The lead mover, after pulling my bed base( that is electric) out of the room says ; if it has to be taken apart, they dont do that. After an hour or so of me explaining this is the service I paid for and if 1 guy could bring it in and set it up how on earth could 3 men not accomplish the same. The office then told me it was my fault for not telling them it was electric and they had issues in the past. I replied I didnt tell you about my electric sofa but that was already disassembled and on the truck. Long story short, I had to sign a waiver for them to do the job I paid for. Shortly after signing, the lead mover says hey my bad its much simpler than I thought. It was apart in less time than it took the sentence. And after all of that all I was offered was an Im sorry. And that is where they TRULY dropped the ball. Honestly I understand issues can happen, I just expect to be taken care of I so.e way. Just my opinion/ experience.

The experience that I had with this company was behond awesome. I had an issue/concern and when I called the company I had to leave a voicemail. Me thinking I am going to have to call them back before I can get in touch but no I received a call back within 24 hours explained the situation and they were on top of making sure things turned out just right. I dealt with Mr. Holmes and he made things seamless. He was extremely helpful he listened and did what he could to.make things right. Thanks for all you did and if you ask me I would recommend this company over and over again.

The entire team from start to finish was excellent to work with. Jessica in the Fayetteville office made sure my paperwork was ready and accurate for the drivers and the manager Mike came to check on me and even assisted the team with moving items. Darsell and his crew ended up coming from the Tucker location to assist and were so professional and took care of my things as of it were their own. They moved throughout my home with care making sure not to scratch up my walls and I appreciated that.

My 94 year old grandmother sold her house. She was not able to do any packing or picking up. We hired Two Men and a Truck to pack everything up and move everything to storage. The guys who came to the house were on time both days. The first day we did packing. They did an amazing job. All three were very respectful and careful with our stuff. Day 2 they put everything in a truck and moved it to a storage unit. They were efficient and saved us money by working quickly. We paid lower than our quote due to their efficiency. When we move we will definitely be contacting them again. This was the best experience we have had with a moving company and moving team. Kevin, the sales rep I initially spoke with was great, the office manager Jessica was amazing and the movers, Linus, Faye, and Kenneth, I couldnt give any higher recommendation. I dont write many reviews. Robert and his team were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. When they showed up, they hustled their butts off and loaded a three bedroom house safely in the truck in under four hours. They were professional and engaging, actually making moving a fun day. Robert is a natural leader and one of the friendliest people Ive ever met. The value is unbeatable. Closest of the three other quotes I got was $800 more. They finished in exactly the quoted time. Id recommend to anyone who asks.

Hired this company to help move my girlfriend as I live out of town and have to work. They were suppose to arrive at 10am on 5/28 to move. They called her to say they would be late as they broke their truck with their ramp (?). Then they called saying they would arrive first thing tomorrow. Frustrating, but after moving appointments around, it was doable. Then at 6pm they called to say they wouldnt come at all. Their advice was to see if we could hire their competition. My advice is to cut out the middle man, not struggle to find help after hours, and start by just hiring someone else.

The movers were on time, very efficient and courteous. We were so pleased with their work and would definitely use this company again!

And when the office sent them in a truck that did not have the right ramp for my riding mower, even though they charged me extra for moving that piece of equipment, the guys made it happen. All aspects of the move were very professionally handled from the office staff taking my request to the guys who did the actual move. They were on time, efficient and moved an entire truck full of my belongings from my house and into two 10X15 storage units 40 miles away in 5 hours. Updated to address the false claims that we did not pay. We actually called to pay multiple times. We had to wait 8 days from the day we first called to report issues for a response back. We called and email as well during this time to try and discuss issues and were told to wait to pay. When they did call I was told they’d reach back out within 24 hours, but did not. When they finally did reply it was via email as they called when I said I wasn’t available. I replied my husband and I had to discuss their “resolution” since no manager would call us, but we’d get a 0.5 hour credit. The next two days my husband called, leaving voicemails asking to pay, and no one very returned his call. He only stopped calling when the total came out of our account. Without anyone very talking to him or I. This review was posted the day after they took the money from our card.I would be very careful using this company. Estimations of size of truck needed are inaccurate, their own movers told us repeatedly this is always an issue on moving day for them. They charge you by the hour, so be sure to watch how long they spend moving. In our case we had issues with one of the movers holding the crew up and slowing them down. There was a lot of wasted time and I’m not sure what his role was other than slowing progress as he moved about only a few items. I saw him constantly stop the other 2 and make them wait to move items. We had to get him away from the 2 main movers so they could work! Also, their office is super slow to respond and it was impossible to get a person on the phone after my initial estimate. All their trucks are 26’ so use a move estimator! If they come out and don’t fit everything they will not send a second truck. The movers refused to move a bunch of stuff that day because the truck was “full” even though their was a good 4 feet left on the truck, and another 2-3 feet that was only used sparingly. We had to rent another truck from uhaul for those items as we’d already filled our cars with valuables like artwork. When trying to call to get a second truck or find a resolution with the office we couldn’t get anyone and the movers wouldn’t wait so we didn’t have any other options. It took 1 week before I got any response to my call/emails. I never heard from anyone other than the their office person in our area I’d been speaking with already. They offered us a minor credit (.5 hrs off) because the move didn’t take as long as estimated. In reality we paid for less time because they moved significantly less than they’d estimated, so of course it was quicker. We incurred the cost of an additional rental vehicle on the day of moving because they wouldn’t put items on the truck. There’s so much more to our experience that really soured us from this company; from the unprofessional attitude of the lead mover who bad mouthed his office both days they were out, to the attitude of the office who take zero accountability for their poor services and issues with the movers. Whoever the managers are above the office personnel was too busy to call or respond to anything so it was clear that we were of little priority to them. We certainly won’t be using them again, and if I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. Worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time.

We completed a local move with Two Men and a Truck. It was excellent in all aspects. Arrived on time. Did a great job with the load and upload. The three man team were experience, worked hard and made our move quickly, expertly, and safely. Would definitely use them again.

My fathers belongings had to be packed and moved from his senior living community without us entering, due to Covid-19 restrictions. The three movers were late, they ignored every request we made, they refused to pack items in the boxes we ordered from their company, using clothes hampers and other items from my fathers room instead. They dropped an antique mirror and then hid that heirloom in the facility dumpster instead of telling us it was broken. We found it later, after they had left the property. They took no care with anything he owned. Despite extensive communication and documentation, the company has not made adequate compensation for everything we were put through. This is no way to treat an 89-year-old veteran and what few belongings he has left. My dad is under hospice care, and this experience has just added immeasurably to our grief.

This is back to back wonderful experience I have had with TMT. We moved very quickly in October to storage units while our house was started, 5 months later we go back with TMT and get another great experience. Both sets of movers were on time, polite and professional. Both teams were hard workers that loaded it right but did not waste time Everybody has a story with movers....well my last two stories were great.

Let me ask this: If I am leaving out crucial information in my review, what is the information or details I am leaving out? Does it have to do with my cats? Because I told BOTH agents I spoke with on the phone that I have cats, so yall picking movers that have cat allergies is CLEARLY your fault. Does it have to do with the constant changing move dates? Because with BOTH agents on MULTIPLE phone calls I stressed time and time again the EXACT SAME move date. I fail to see how it is my fault that your agents routinely got my move dates wrong. If you did not have movers available on those dates, why was I told that some were? If there were no movers available on those dates, THEN WHY DID TWO STILL SHOW UP, HANG OUT FOR 15 MINUTES, AND THEN BAIL ON US? If you would like to speak to me in private about the credibility and accuracy of my review, you have my phone number on file. Call me about it (which to this date, 27 July 2020, THEY STILL HAVE NOT DONE). But DONT go on Google reviews and tell people that I am omitting important factors and then NOT LIST THOSE FACTORS. They will either not show up, or worse, show up and then bail after working for 15 minutes.I set up the appointment for a Saturday Afternoon. Upon checking the quote that came in 2 days later, they had listed the wrong Saturday, as well as having the from and to addresses mixed up. I called them to rectify this, and was told that the Saturday I had originally asked for was no longer available, but the next day (Sunday) was. I was told that he would swap the addresses.On Saturday afternoon, I got a conformation call that informed me that the address issue had not yet been fixed. I had the rep that called me fix the issue.On Sunday, the movers showed up about 5 minutes late. Not a big deal. We did the walk around of the apartment. They removed my mattress and box spring from the bed frame. They went outside for about 20 minutes, only to come back and tell me one of the movers has a cat allergy. I made 100% sure to tell BOTH of the agents I worked with over the phone that we have cats, SO I CANNOT POSSIBLY UNDERSTAND WHY THEY SENT ME A MOVER WITH CAT ALLERGIES.After making a few phone calls, the supervisor told me that he was unable to get a replacement mover and that they would have to cancel our move. I tried calling every single phone number listed online, but no one answered. After a few minutes, the driver came back to get his dolly that he had left. I asked him for the phone number of a supervisor I could call to get the issue fixed and a new move date set, and I HEARD HIS SUPERVISOR OVER THE PHONE SAY Just tell the customer that I will call him in the morning and deal with him then. So, clearly she was able to take calls, but simply refused to. Why are there moving dates available when the company is closed??She did not call me back in the morning. She called me at 3 in the afternoon when I was busy at my own job. I returned the call THREE TIMES AT 4 IN THE AFTERNOON, and not ONCE did anyone answer. I left a voicemail asking them to call be back by the end of the business day. I never got a call.It is now the Wednesday after. It has been 3 days and I have not heard a single word from anyone at Two Men.Let it be known that I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because A. They actually did show up (surprisingly) and B. We have used them in the past and the service was mediocre, not good enough nor bad enough to leave a review.We now have to scramble to find available movers, AND OF COURSE EVERYONE IS BOOKED SOLID.So, thanks Two Men and A Truck, for leaving us stranded in an apartment with no way of moving out before our lease ends. This is going to cost us far more than we were going to pay you for the service.

I would recommend this moving company to anyone trying to move. Moving into a new home is a highly stressful event but I feel they made it seem easy. I love the way they wrapped up my furniture to prevent any damages, they arrived on time, they were very professional, and when they arrived at the new home they checked with me on every item of where I needed it placed. At the end of the move, the last part of business they recap what was moved and what was accomplished and sign documents. There are some companies where they say just sign here and see you later, not 2 men and Truck. They actually went item by item of what was done, it made be feel like I mattered at that point . Very impressed....

Three Men and Truck came out and did a wonderful job. They did not waste any time, yet took enough time not to damage anything. All of the guys were pleasant and courteous and took care to get everything moved in with the least about of fuss. We moved to an apartment on the third floor and with some pretty heavy items and it was done in a decent amount of time. I know that this is a franchise and like most franchises service ranges from one to another, but this one did a great job.

If I could give no stars I would. This place gave absolutely horrible customer service. Ashley Florence (manager) took no accountability for the movers errors and Lewis just tried to talk his way out of the situation. The movers showed up an hour after scheduled time. Screws to 2 out of my 3 beds were lost and the movers left beds in plastic and stated there was nothing they could do. I have 2 piles of wood sitting in the rooms. A day after move, Lewis states that they could come out to put beds together and no one showed up. Full price was paid for this move and a half job in service was performed. They definitely dont abide by their motto To treat everyone the way you would want your Grandma to be treated. Weve been sleeping on couch for 2 days and Ashley states, Shes been through worse. This place lacks empathy and professionalism.

The crew called when they were on the way like the office said they would. They showed up on time. They worked hard all day long and were very pleasant and personable all the while. This was a two truck move and both trucks were packed. They had over looked some stuff in an attic area. When I showed it to them they went right to it and loaded it into the trucks. It was the hot part of the afternoon but there was not so much as a hint of complaint.A supervisor/account exec came by about mid-morning to check to see that all was going well.They unloaded at the new location and set up the furnishings.These guys were great. The moving guys did an awesome job getting everything moved out of the house. I wasn’t aware that they could store my things on their site so it was a great relief to have somewhere to keep everything for a couple of months. The guys were personable and professional. I had to call to get the final details about what the weight was and breakdown of final charges.

The gentlemans that came to move my furniture was just awesome. My schedule time was 1:30 to 4:30 they arrived at 1 oclock calling 30 minutes before scheduled time. Great move none of my furniture was damaged, everything was placed in place as it should have been and place where I want it before they left my move with 2 Men and a Tuuck was great.

I had a good experience with Two Men and a Truck. Their website is very polished and easy to use, and the pre-move customer service was clear and helpful. The movers did a good job - they worked quickly and carefully, and caused minimal damage (one cosmetic bit of damage to a piece of furniture and one minor ding on a door frame). The rates were less expensive than I was expecting.

The movers was on time and very pleasant. The only problem I have is the service fee of $140. The move is already expensive at $140hr and that trump of service fee is too much. I will not ever use them again or recommend their services.

Our movers were fantastic! Very efficient and professional. They got us moved from two separate locations to our new house quickly and with no damage at all to any of our items. The team was very polite and careful to not ding walls or scuff the flooring. The pricing was very fair and the coordinator we had was very responsive. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

The gentlemen (Tyler, Chris and Trenton) were professional and most helpful. While we got stuck in traffic for quite some time and it was after 11:00 P.M. when we finished, they did not complain, and saw the job through to the very end.One aspect that could have been better was the initial estimate. I called initially with the breakdown of the things we packed. The estimated weight came out half of the actual. This caused some complications as I had to get a pickup truck and utility trailer for some other items that were not loaded. I feel with a few extra minutes during the beginning phase that this could have been avoided.Two Men and a Truck is a great company, and I will use them again.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was fantastic. The estimate we got from Kevin as very accurate and the movers could not have been more professional and courteous. Every piece of furniture was carefully padded and wrapped. This was, by far, the best moving experience weve ever had. I would absolutely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!

The Two Men and a Truck crew was AMAZING. They worked with me when I had to change the time of my move, the packed my place quickly and efficently, the unloaded my place at an even quicker pace, set everything up including my washer and dryer, and made sure all my stuff was where it needed to be. My sister and brother-in-law recently moved from the Atlanta area to North Carolina and used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. My wife and I both assisted in several stops of the process including meeting the crew when they came to unload here in NC.The crew could not have been nicer or easier to work with. They went above and beyond including protecting my sisters new floors to avoid scratching and making sure that all of their furniture was placed where we wanted it before they left. My wife probably drove them nuts because she made them move a sleeper sofa multiple times but they smiled and were accommodating throughout.Moving companies probably hear the bad far more than they hear good news, but these guys were a breath of fresh air. I made a point to ask their names because I want to commend them for a job well done. If you are moving in the Atlanta area or going long distance, be sure to ask for Charlie and Tovainne. They were amazing to work with! My sister and brother-in-law were also thrilled with the service that they received. Thanks again!

I do believe in the providence of God.... I have moved twice in less than a year due to a family issue. I needed to do it on a shoe string, so I chose to try 2 men and a truck. The did a great job, but I also met 2 of the nicest young men. God is good.

I moved into my house yesterday and used this company. I was beyond satisfied with their service .They took their time and asked all the necessary questions they needed from me and my wife to make their job easy .Nothing was broke, and they moved everything fast. We had a great time .We laughed all day working with our two guys. I couldnt ask for a better experience. I hope the company know they have some special employees within Bo and Tolby .They are very professional and represent the company very well . There was no stress with the moving process. The gentleman that represented Two Men & a Truck performed superbly. Cecil and Anthony communicated well regarding their arrival time, and ETA. The two worked swiftly and orchestrated well. Their communication with clientele was above and beyond, meeting the customers needs. If and when another move arises, I’ll call again and I would request these two gentleman specifically.

The movers were very professional and courteous with their work. They were timely and proficient in the move. Although a piece was damaged, the movers were devastated and quick to supply information as to how this could be resolved. I would use the services again.

This was the best money spent!!! We paid for two movers and they sent a third for free and they were the nicest, most efficient, amazing movers I have ever seen!!! We were moving into our new home and our driveway was up a large hill l, and they all did such an incredible job moving heavy, heavy boxes and furniture for two hours, up that hill, without hesitation (in the HEAT!!) With smiles and laughs! I couldnt believe how much they accomplished. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
