The ladies here are extremely nice and helpful. April went above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions.

April, is the absolute best property manager, shes very attentive to detail. She always makes sure all of my lockers are well maintained and looked after, I often receive deliveries and she will either hold them for me and even personally delivers them to one of my units. She is always willing to go above and beyond the call if duty. Just an absolute joy to be around.

She happily welcomed our family, streamlined the process answered all of our questions. She also went above and beyond her duties by coordinating with our moving company upon their arrival. It was not just supplying us with a unit it was the way she understood our situation had all the paper work filled out before we got there so I could be in and out. I give April a A+. She should have her own franchise.

April Cannady, property manager at Bragg Blvd., Fayetteville, NC did an excellent job of assisting us with our soldier sons storage unit. He is currently stationed overseas and of course he had not completed the appropriate paperwork to allow his parents into the unit. April worked with us through emails and facetime to make sure all was in order and we could enter the facility and take care of what needed to be done. I would recommend this facility, especially to our soldiers and their families.

I have rented multiple units at AFS on Bragg Blvd. for several years. The First manager Steve was excellent and I was nervous when I found out he was to be transferred. The new manager April and her assistant John have continued his tradition of excellent service. As a bonus there is a great taco truck one parking lot over. I would highly recommend this facility if you are in need of a storage unit or tacos.

I have 3 storage units for my business and several times she has helped me when I was out on the road with truck deliveries, customers and anything else that has come up, she is a blessing and I will continue to do business with her. I would like to give recognition to this particular storage facility. First, my initial experience renting at the storage facility was wonderful. The clerks were extremely nice, helpful and handled everything in a professional manner. I have never rented from American Flag before, but this will always be my only choice. Every visit, I see the manager, April, on-site busy keeping the facility grounds clean and monitoring the storage areas. She always waves to me and has a big smile on her face each time I see her. I even experienced a situation where I lost the key to my storage unit in which she personally came to my unit with contact info of a quick local locksmith. I felt that she gave me full assurance that she was concern about my unfortunate situation and actually came to me to ensure I was able to get the help I need. I think April is phenomenal as the site manager and it is apparent how well the facility is run and care for. My hat goes off to this professional facility manager and her staff.

I have been using American Flag Storage on Bragg Blvd. for almost 6 years. I have dealt with several of their employees over the years when I stop by to make a payment. They are always polite and friendly but the store manager, April, particularly stands out. She always remembers me and calls me by name and she can recall the smallest details about our conversations over they years. They care about their customers and it shows.
